Chapter Six

•Chapter Six {Assisting}•

Ashley's POV~

"I've sent the photos, doll!" Garcia pipes.

"Thanks Garcie." I smile, I lean over and grab my phone. As I was leaning over, Joey snuck a kiss on my cheek.

I opened my phone and downloaded the photos to look. The bathroom looked perfectly clean and everything was in order. Her purse was found under the sinks and the body laid in the middle of the room. "Everything looks clean. Too Clean." I noted.

"Yeah. Either the Unsub is a female, or the guy has some serious OCD." Emily says.

"Wait. A clean room means a female killer?" Joey asks, raising an eyebrow.

"Yes, babe. Mostly female killers leave a clean crime scene, clean kills." I say.

"Oh." He says.

"Yeah. Female killers are usually cleaner than men. Normally. Like most of the time how if you walk into a house, a guy's is usually not as clean; not as clean as a woman." Spencer informs.

"Good example Spencer." I smile.

"Thanks Ash." He replies.

"Well, we already have our suspect list. Anyone who showed at the concert." I informed.

"Do the guys have alibis?" Emily asks.

"Yeah. We do. We have security with us at all times." Joey says.

"Whatcha talkin' bout?" Chad asks, as he walks in.

"Guh, Chad don't talk like that. You're going to make me angry and wake Caleb up." I cringe.

"Nah." He smirks.

"So we know that the guys have alibis. So that's good." Rossi repeats.

"When you have security on you; is it one person or do they do shifts?" Hotch asks.

"Sometimes they do shifts or different rooms. But we always had one person." Chad informs.

"I was gonna say that." Joey whines.

"Sorry bro. Beat ya." Chad teases, sticking his tongue out.

"Emily, here is my proof." I laugh, "My evidence."

"Your evidence?" Chad and Joey say together.

"I said it first!" Chad shouts.

"No! I did!" Joey argues.

"Boys! Trying to work here." I interfere.

"I see that." Emily laughs, so does Rossi, Garcia, JJ and Spencer.

"What's so funny?" Alan asks, rubbing his eye.

"The fact that I have evidence that you four can and will act like children at times." I say.

"These clowns do." Alan teases.

"Okay, if you four could act like mature adults for a couple of hours that'd be great." I smile, hinting a bit of sarcasm.

"Sorry." They mutter. Alan and Chad walk to the front, and Joey sat up and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Anyway, we should do background checks on all security guards. Just in case." I suggest.

"Yeah. Garcia, you on it?" Hotch asks.

"Are you on it." Caleb corrects sleepingly.

"Caleb, this is not the time to be correcting everyone's grammar." I say.

"Yes Sir!" Garcia pipes.

"Did anyone seem weird at the meet & greet?" I ask Joey.

"No, but not everyone goes through it." Joey says. "And they all seemed obsessed with me, like always."

"We were like that!" Emily laughs.

"We were." I laugh too.

"What? I'm lost." Joey says, raising an eyebrow.

"I'll tell you later." I say.

"Ooo. Babygirl is keeping secrets." Morgan teases.

"Morgan, I would lay off if I were you." I suggest.

"Sorry, Morgan. But this baby girl is taken." Joey says.

"Joseph Stamper, Derek Morgan." I warn.

"Sorry baby." Joey says, kissing my cheek.

"Anyway..." I say, trailing off.

"None of the security guards have criminal records." Garcia informs.

"Thanks anyway. Garcie." I say.

"No problem, doll." She smiles

"Alright, we have paperwork to do. We have to go." Hotch demands.

"I'll be down there tomorrow evening." I say.

"Bye, doll!" Garcia smiles.

"Bye, guys." I say.

They hang up and lay back down on the bunk. Joey looks at me, then kisses me. Either one of us refuses to pull away. We hear footsteps then someone's voice, who turns out to be Alan, "Either stop kissing or close the curtain."

Joey smirked, and shut the curtain. He laughed a little, making me laugh too. He pulled away and looked at me, "Are you coming to the concert?"

"Why wouldn't I?" I ask, raising an eyebrow.

"I dunno. Maybe you secretly hate me, and only married me for my looks and fame." He smirks.

"Such a horrible accusation." I playfully gasp. He laughs and captures my lips with his, telling me politely to shut up.

I pulled away and playfully slapped his chest, "No. Apparently I hate you and only married you for your looks and fame." I said sarcastically and crossed my arms.

"Really? You're gonna be like this?" He pouts.

"Yep." I smile. He sighs, and lays on top of me, trapping me in his arms. He smiled at me then started to kiss my neck. "So you love me, but I hate you?" I ask.

He sits up and glares at me. "Seriously? You know I was just messing around."

"I know." I smile, "Just being my sarcastic self."

"One of the many reasons why I married you." He smiles.

"So you like my sarcasm?" I smile.

"You could say that." He smirks.

"Good, because it might never go away. It's a curse." I laugh.

"It's not a curse. It makes you, you." He says, kissing me.

"I love you." I whisper.

"I love you too." He smiles.

"What time is the concert?" I ask.

"Soundcheck's in about 2 hours." Alan calls from the front.

"Thanks Al!" I shout.

"Now can we be ourselves?" Alan asks.

"Yes, sir. You may." I laugh.

"Woo-hoo!" Chad cheers.

"There's the Chad I know and love." I giggle.

"What about me?" Joey pouts.

"Of course, I love you. I wouldn't of married you if I didn't." I say, with all seriousness.

"I love you too." He smiles, kissing me. We hear footsteps again, and someone opens the curtain.

"Okay you two." Alan huffs. Joey still doesn't pull away, and I smile, knowing that we're making Alan annoyed. "Okay. You need to get ready or I'll get Chad." He threatens.

"Like I'm scared of Chad." I say, in between kisses.

Joey pulls away and looks at me, "No, but I am."

"Dang, you people are no fun." I sigh.

"We are. I just don't wanna be in a headlock." He whines.

"You act like I'm not in the FBI. I can tackle Chad." I inform.

"True. Let's not tell him that. Use it as a surprise." He mischievously smiles.

"I've tackled guys bigger than all of you four put together." I exaggerated.

"Wow. I could totally do that too." Joey says, unimpressed.

"Really, you could take down Chad if you wanted too. Do it when he's least expecting it." I smile.

"Thanks baby." He laughs.

"You're welcome. We might wanna get ready, before Chad gets to us." I suggest and laugh. He nods and gets off of me. I get up and walk to my bag. I chose a simple, white blouse and black skinny jeans. I quickly change into those.

I make sure that my firearm is in its holster, and I have my ID. You never know when you need it. I grab my phone and anything else I might need. "Ash, are you ready?" Caleb asks.

"Yes. I'm coming." I answer. I walk to the front and off the bus, meeting the guys. Joey takes my hand and kisses my cheek.

"You look beautiful as always." Joey smiles.

"Thanks." I smile back, "You four don't look so bad either."

Once we arrived at the venue, people were standing outside. Going insane at the sight of the band, and waiting to get inside. A lot of people didn't like the idea of me being able to go in, and they couldn't. A lot of people knew that Joe was married, they just didn't really know what I look like. Some did and others didn't.

I was calmed once we got inside, and I couldn't hear the fans screaming.
