Chapter Fifty-Three
Ashley's POV~
The day right after Joey and I got home from Ohio, the team had a case. Luckily, I couldn't fly so I was with Garcia in her office.
"Man," Garcia muttered, slamming her office door. "This one's all over the news."
"Is it bad?" I asked.
"Yeah. Seven bodies total." She sighed.
"Has the press given him a name?" I questioned.
"Don't think so, not yet. JJ has this." She reassured.
"I'm sure she does." I nodded.
Just as she went to say something, the silence was cut by her phone ringing. She sighed and pressed a button.
"Hello! You got two sexy mama's in the house! How can we assist?" She greeted.
"Well, hey there sexy mamas." Morgan laughed.
"Hey Morgan," I giggled.
"How's the little spitfire of a future agent?" He asked.
"He's good." I answered.
"Hey, sugar, what do you need?" Garcia asked.
"Right. Any connections between the new victim?"
"None. Other than going to same high school. That's all on paper." She answered.
"What social media accounts?" He asked.
"Sorry, honey, that's gonna take awhile. I'll call with more." She sighed.
"Thanks mama," he mumbled.
"Yep!" She said, tapping another button, hanging up on him. She shook her head and began to type away. "So," she spoke, "I know we're always together, but when is he due?"
"January 1st," I answered.
"Ugh." She groaned.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"I can't find anything," she grumbled.
"What about their accounts from high school? You know, can't you make a program?" I suggested.
"You're a genius, Ashley Faith!" She exclaimed.
"Why thank you!" I smiled. She laughed and rolled her eyes.

Garcia and I were both tired that next morning. We had both stayed up all night working on the victims' social media accounts.
"Sweetheart, can you get that?" Garcia asked as someone knocked on her door.
"Yeah." I nodded. I pushed myself up from the office chair and waddled a few feet. As I opened the door, I was met with my husband, holding three coffees and a white bag. I smiled, "What's this?"
"Breakfast and coffee." He grinned.
I turned to Garcie, "Hey, yo, sexy mama."
"Hm? What darling?" She asked, not turning around.
"You hungry?" I asked.
"Yeah. Why?" She questioned.
"My wonderful husband brought breakfast and coffee for us," I stated.
She got up and faced us with a giant smile, "Oh! Thank the Gods!"
"Thanks babe," I smiled, kissing his cheek.
"Yeah. No problem. Look, babe, I gotta go. We have a band meeting." He sighs, handing us our food and coffee.
"Do you need me to walk you out?" I asked.
He grinned, "If you don't mind."
"Hey, Garcie, I'll be back. I'm gonna walk Joey out." I inform.
"Okay, that's fine." She nods.
"Shall we go, my wonderful lady?" Joey grinned. I rolled my eyes and nodded. I shut the door as he took my hand. A little while away from the door, Joey began talking to me, "So, how's the case going?"
"It's okay. We have seven total victims so far, and the only thing connecting them is their high school." I sighed.
"You'll get them. Don't worry," he reassured.
I sighed as we came to the end of the hallway and into the bullpen. He stopped and turned to face me.
"I love you," I whispered.
He smiled, "I love you too."
"Be careful, knowing you. I should be home in a couple of days. Okay?" I stated.
"Okay, I'll see you later." He sighed before kissing me quickly. "I miss you and our little boy already."
"I miss you," I mumbled.
"Alright, I have to go, babe. I love you." He frowned.
I smiled, "I love you too."
Joey quickly kissed me again before leaving. I sighed as I turned and head back towards Garcia's office. I shut the door as I entered.
"Must be nice having someone to return home too." She mumbled.
"What are you talking about?" I asked.
"I mean, you have your husband to go home too, JJ has Will and her boys, Hotch has Jack. The rest of us are single. Even Rossi has a daughter, but she's in France." She explained.
"Okay, but there's someone out there for you. You just have to be patient." I reassured.
"I had someone, but we broke up when he found out that I was moving to Nashville." She sighed.
"There's plenty of people, Garcie, you just have to find him." I smiled.
She smiled slightly, "Thanks doll."
I nodded before carefully lowering myself into the chair. I sighed as I looked down at my large belly, "You've grown so much, and now I can barely sit down. You're definitely working your little magic here, little man."
"Hey, you've only got like six more weeks." Garcie smiled.
"Yeah. I'm deciding when to take on my maternity leave. Either taking it in two weeks, or just working until I give birth." I shrugged.
"I'd say in a couple of weeks. JJ went into labor at the building in D.C." She laughed.
"Yeah, but if I take leave soon, Joey won't want to leave me alone at the house." I giggle.
"Maybe, he just cares." She stated.
I smiled, "I know he does. And I completely understand, this is our first."
"Remember when we first met you, and the team was asking questions about if you wanted kids?" She recalled.
"Yeah. I was so embarrassed for some reason." I sighed.
"Why?" She asked.
"I mean, I just turned 27, Joey just turned 28 last month. You look at most women my age and they already have children. A friend of ours had his first child at 24, 25." I shrugged.
"But the point is that you're having one now. And I can't wait to spoil him." She grinned.
"Great. His Aunt Kelsey is already throwing me a baby shower and already has a drawer full of clothes for him." I laughed.
"That's Chad's wife?" She asked.
"No," I answered, "Caleb's wife. The other short one besides Joey."
"And she's pregnant also?" Garcie questioned.
"Yes. She's due April." I nodded.
And once again, just as Garica went to say something, the phone went off. She tapped a button, "Hey, whatcha need, chocolate thunder?" She greets.
"Hey mama. Got anything on the socials?" Morgan asked.
"Sexy mama number two and I have got one more to through." She answered.
"Let's get going, babygirl." He stated.
"Oh sugar, we're working. Ashley and U got a little hungry." She admitted.
"My husband was amazing enough to bring us coffee and breakfast after the night we had." I stated.
"Should you be drinking coffee?" Emily asked.
"Actually, it safe for pregnant women to consume coffee. Just no more than 200mg a day." Reid recited.
"Where do you learn this, genius?" I asked.
"I read a lot when JJ was pregnant with Henry." He admitted.
"Topic." Hotch scolds.
"Yes sir." I mumbled.
"Alright, I think I got something." Garcie stated.
"What is is babydoll?" Morgan asked.
"Well, besides going to the same high school, they were all part of the clique." She answered.
"Is that all mama?" He questioned.
"Hey! There's more than one mama in the little office." She scolded playfully.
"Okay hot stuff, what else is there?" He repeated.
"It looks like this clique cyber bullied other kids," she stated.
"Payback?" Rossi wondered.
"Possibly," I agreed.
"Thanks goddesses." Morgan praised.
"Get us that list, Garica. We can go through the profile." Hotch demanded.
"Yes sir!" She nodded and hung up.
She began scrolling through pages and typing away. While she did her thing, I looked down and rubbed my pregnant belly. I sighed, "I bet you miss your daddy, huh? Don't worry, we're almost done."
"You're gonna be such a great mother," Garcia smiled.
"Thank you," I whispered.
