(Y/n) POV

"Hey! (L/n), we're going to the quirk center now! Hurry up, Hurry up!" Denki says.

"Okay, okay wait and calm down," I say while packing up the rest of the things we need. "Okay, I'm ready. Let's go."

"Thank you. Now run!"

"I'm faster than you."

"Shut up!"

We reach the quirk center pretty quickly and start training the moment we get there. We did the same kind of training as we did before the sports festival. Thankfully, Kendou from the other class told us that for the other years, it was just another fight against the villain bots again. It should be fine but I have a feeling that that's not all there is to the test this time.

"Okay, break!"

"Whey!"

"Pffftt" I laugh. Breaks happen whenever his brain shortcircuits because he's useless. Break ends when his brain goes back to normal. 

~A Few Minutes Later~

"Oh, you're back to normal. Okay, we start again."

"Noooo. I need a real break, I don't feel like a real break when my brain's on short circuit."

"So you don't remember anything while you're on a short circuit?"

"No, not that but it doesn't feel fulfilling. Like, it feels like I took a break for half the time we actually took."

"Okay, okay, you can wait for a bit, I'm going to go do something."

"Where are you going?"

"I'll be back"

I quickly went to the first floor to buy a few drinks and energy bars. I went back up and tossed one to Denki.

"Hmm? Oh, thanks."

"No problem. Let's end it here, but I gotta practice a more, so you can go home first,"

"I'll wait."

"Okay."

I go up to the field again and stand at the center of it. When I train or practice, this is usually how I always end my training. I would use up all my energy left and drain it all out in one go. I pulled all the rain clouds, the wind rain, whatever I could. "Oh, Denki, I think you should go inside, just for a bit, you might get drenched."

"Okay."

I decide to use up to the bottom of my strength to pull lightning, wind and water towards me. The water hit me with extreme pressure and about 7 strikes of lightning fell upon me, there was wind swirling around me for about 2-meter radius. I struck another lightning or two on me and kept it up for about 5 minutes. I usually only would last about 3, but this time was especially long. I was able to keep it up for about 6 minutes and a half before I screamed in pain unable to withstand the lightning. The pressure of the water was crushing me and the air around me almost swept me away. I finally stop and fall to the ground, I slowly faint, 'Oh no, I went too hard, I forgot I had to go home. I usually make sure I have barely enough energy left to walk.'

Once I wake up, I realize that I'm in a bed that's not mine. Whose room is this? I look around. 'Oh, it's Denki's room.' I thought. 

"(L/n)! Are you up yet? Dinner's ready!" Denki called from downstairs. I realize that he bandaged up where I had scratches and minor cuts. I couldn't help but laugh. 'I like him,' I thought. 'but for now, I'm going to be his childhood friend & classmate. Nothing more, nothing less. Until school and everything has a leeway, I'm going to leave this the way it is. And I'm more than happy the way it is right now.' "Coming!" I say.

Beep Beep Beep

"I'm up, I'm up" I mutter while stopping my alarm clock.

I wake up and decide to run to Denki's place as soon as I'm ready. I was way too tired to make breakfast, maybe I'll steal a bit of food. I ring the doorbell.

"Coming!" Denki says. "Who is i-- Oh. (L/n), why are you here?"

"I'm here to steal some food. Can I come in?" I say while walking in.

"Don't ask if you're gonna come in anyways..." Denki sighs and I quickly laugh

"Oh! Are you here to have breakfast with us?" Denki's mom asks me.

"Yes please!"

I eat in happiness and decide to relax on their couch until Denki's ready to go. I scroll through google and realize that I'm still on the page concerning problems with how dense I am. 'Oh darn' I thought. 'Better leave the page quick...'

"Whacha looking at, (L/n)" Denki asks. "Wow... you have to ask google for that?"

"Shut up, I wasn't i-it wasn't for me, it, it was"

"You don't have to hide it. What's wrong with liking someone." Denki says. "So, who is it?"

"N-no I told you it's not me, I-I don't l-like anyone."

"Hmm. I mean I have someone I like."

'Oh yeah, this guy likes Ochako' I thought, it hurt a little but I ignored it.

"It's Ochako right? Don't worry I haven't told her."

Kaminari POV

"It's Ochako right? Don't worry I haven't told her" (L/n) says

'What? I like Uraraka now? What? Since when did I like Uraraka. What does she have with me and Uraraka anyways.' I thought. ' Oh right, it's since the sports festival. But the bigger problem is that she likes someone. Ugh. Who is it...'

"I don't like Uraraka though? Why do you think that I do?"

"What! Don't you? Ugh. I was convinced you did. Wait, but if it's not Ochako, who is it?"

"Haha... I'm not telling you."

"Why not?"

"Just cuz."

"Okay, fine."

"Get up, we're going to school now. And we have our practical exam today."

"Yeah yeah I know," she says while getting up.

We walk to school and talk through the whole way. 'I wonder who she likes though. I didn't think she liked someone... is there a possibility it's me? No. No there's no possibility for me. *sigh*' I thought

"Your practical exam will be a 2 student vs 1 teacher, if you're able to handcuff the teacher or get out of the escape gate within the time limit, it's your win."

"WHAT? But all of the teachers here are pro-heroes." some people complain

"We will be announcing the pairings now.:

Kirishima Eijirou + Satou Rikidou = Cementos

Bakugou Katsuki + Midoriya Izuku = All Might

Asui Tsuyu + Tokoyami Fumikage = Ectoplasm

Iida Tenya + Ojirou Mashirao = Power Loader

Todoroki Shoto + Yaoyorozu Momo = Eraser Head

Uraraka Ochako + Aoyama Yuuga = Thirteen

Kaminari Denki + (L/n) (Y/n) = Principal Nezu

Kouda Kouji + Jirou Kyouka = Present Mic

Hagakure Tooru + Shouji Mezo = Mt. Lady"

"At least I'm with (L/n), I have a better chance of passing..." Denki says.

"But there's a perfectly good chance that I'll pass and you won't," I say.

"*gasp* Darn, that's so true," Denki says.

Our group went last and the other groups went pretty smoothly.

Iida & Ojirou Won

Uraraka & Aoyama Won

Todoroki & Yaoyorozu Won

Sero & Mineta Won, but Sero didn't do anything so who knows if he passed or not.

"KAMINARI DENKI AND (L/N) (Y/N), YOUR PRACTICAL EXAM IS STARTING."

"This shouldn't be too hard," I say

"Are you kidding me? Don't you know what principal Nezu's quirk is?"

"No, what is it."

"High specs. Super smart, maybe the smartest thing in the world."

"Seriously?"

"Yeah. I thought you knew."

"How was I supposed to know that!" I complain

"He's probably gonna block every path we have to get to the escape gate, so we better start heading to the exit so were as close to it as possible."

The wall and the path behind us start to crumble and (L/n) starts to sit on the ground. 'OMG, what is she doing?' I thought. 'Does she want to get crushed?'

"Hurry up, get up! Run!" I say

"Denki, sit down," she says.

"Wha--"

"NOW."

"Yes, ma'am. yes." I say and sit down next to her. the wind starts to push me up and I'm literally sitting on air, it was incredible. The air was pushing us towards the escape route. Then I notice a water tower almost falling onto us. "Darn." (L/n) says and puts us back down. "I didn't want to do this because I was afraid that we would lose marks for destroying the place, but now that I think about it, if Principal Nezu is allowed to destroy this much stuff, I should be allowed to too." she says "I suggest you stand a few meters behind me if you don't want to die."

"Yes, I'm moving, I'm out of the way."

The wind blows harshly and fast, pushing down everything in the way of the escape gate and within a few seconds, there was a straight path to the escape gate. I just stood there in shock at how much destruction power she has.

"What are you doing, hurry up before he breaks anything else!" she says while running

"Yeah," I say and run to the escape gate too. We pass but I have a very good feeling that I didn't pass, just like Sero probably didn't.

"Okay, good work everyone and congratulations on finishing your final exams!" Aizawa-sensei says. "Everyone somehow passed the written portion, but 4 of you didn't pass the practical."

"I knew it, I didn't pass!" Sero and I say.

"Yeah, the four of you who didn't pass will come to the training camp with everyone but you will have extra lessons at the end of the day, after training. "

"YAY! WE CAN GO!" the four of us who didn't pass say in happiness. Everyone laughs, but for now, I laugh with them.

The day ends with everyone in a happy feeling or some in a bittersweet one and helped them realize what they need to work on.

"(L/n)! Let's go home!" I say.

"Yeah."

We walk to my place quietly and talk about the exams. There's a soothing wind blowing that feels so nice, though I wish it was a little bit stronger.

"Ahh, the wind feels nice," I say. "I wish it was blowing a little bit stronger though." (L/n) made the wind blow a little bit faster and the air that hit my skin was a little bit cooler. I laugh and continue to walk. She has dinner with us and I walk her back to her apartment as usual. I hum the tune I like so very much, and (L/n) starts to hum it along with me.

"What? You know this tune?"

"Of course I do. I'm the one that taught it to you, don't you remember? Well, it's a miracle you remember the tune, to begin with, but."

"Oh, so it was you who sang this. I've been trying to remember it for a while."

"There are words you know? I don't remember them though."

We continue to hum the rest of the tune and walk at a slow, steady pace until I feel a hand grasp mine. I look down to see (L/n) holding my hand. I didn't question anything and just held her hand too. We got to her apartment and she let go of my hand. I watched her go up to her unit and stood there. She looked back to wave at me before she started to enter her unit.

"Wait! (Y/n)!" I say

She turns back around surprised that I called her by her first name.

"What is it?" she asks

"About the person I like," I say "It's you!" I give a huge smile and run back to my place before she can ask me anything. 'Darn, I wasn't supposed to tell her...' I thought. 'But, I hope, just hope, that she was a bit happy about it...'
