(Firestorm above :/)

I burst into the clearing as loud yowls could be heard. Moonshade grabbed me by my scruff and put me in the nursery.

"Don't ever run off like that again!" He scolded.

But the yowling quickly made it to a stop. I noticed Silvergaze speaking to one of the rogues! They both nodded and the big tom ran away with the other rogues.

I took a step out. "That was so cool!" I squeaked.

"How did you do that!?" Ravenstar asked surprised.

"No one deserves to see there own blood." Silvergaze replied limping into the medicine den.

Ravenstar watched her for a moment than nodded. Everything was quiet once again.

"Moonshade, seapaw, firepaw, and I will go on dusk patrol to make sure the rogues left for good, the rest of you should go to your dens and get some sleep." Stormwind explained to his clanmates.

Roseleaf nudged stormwind, her father, a good night and good luck as she padded into the Warriors den.

Moonshade looked down at me. "I'll be back, I expect you to be asleep by the time I return." He said sternly as he left the nursery and waited for seapaw and the others at the entrance.

I looked down at my paws and slept in the deepest darkest corner of the nursery.

Starlingkit padded in and sat next to me. "I told you not to go, I am older than you know, you should trust me." She said with an unreadable expression.

I heard rocks at the camp entrance, ivytails voice could be heard. "Ravenstar! I found a kit in clan territory!" She yelled.

I padded out to see a strange kit with two different eye colors, the left side of his face was black as the other side was orange.

Ravenstar padded out and stared at the kit with worry. "Silvergaze, do you still have milk?" Ravenstar asked. (Awkward conversation between two best friends.)

Silvergaze looked out of the medicine den and nodded. "I have some." She replied.

"She looks strange." Dewkit said tilting her head.

"She's not strange! She's unique!" Sapphirefur growled.

Dewkit ducked her head. "Sorry." She said apologetically.

Silvergaze picked up the tiny kit and brought her to the nursery and laid down.

Ivytail crept in. "Mind if I name her?" She asked.

"Of course." Silvergaze replied.

"Halfkit..." Ivytail said licking the kit than leaving the nursery for the Warriors den.

I laid next to momma and curled my tail over my nose.

The next morning I gleefully padded out of the nursery towards Ravenstar. "Hi Ravenstar! Can you teach me to fight!?" I asked tilting my head.

Ravenstar looked at me for a moment and shook her head. "Maybe when your six moons old."

"Oh please! I'm the size of an apprentice already! Can you atleast teach me to fight!?" I pleaded again.

She sighed. "I'm afraid I can't, I'm sorry."

I flattened my ears as something caught the corner of my eye.

I turned to see a bright orange she-cat with death spelled in her eyes, her head was tilted with the creepiest smile as she vanished.

Chills crawled up my spine as I decided to ignore it and go back into the nursery, I little frustrated, but a strong hint of fear along with me.
