The only teleportation spell I ever learned was the one that would send me to the Witch world. Orion had been with the team when they left with Tornado and Canary.

I was left alone with three mind-controlled heroes who could flatten me before I could blink.

“Star?” M’gann’s voice came into my com.

“Miss Martian?” I whispered back.

“Why are you whispering? Are you still at the cave?” Wally asked. 

“Yes. Icon, Cap and Fate are in the cave too. I’m still in the med-lab,” I replied. My hand reached up and flicked all of the lights in the room off in an attempt to not attract attention.

“Zatanna? Do you know the spell for portals?” I whispered.

“N-No, I’m sorry. Wizards can’t create portals…I think. That’s a Witch thing. But you’re a Witch, right?” She asked.

“Midnight is. Witch Boy never fully taught me how. Didn’t want me running off I guess…but I could always try. I remember him mentioning something about it.”

“It may be your only way out,” Robin’s voice said. I crept over to the side of one of the beds, incase someone looks through the window.

“Also. I think I have found the correct means to create a counter bio-tech,” I whispered.

“How?”

“All we need is-“ I stopped mid-sentence as Cap’s face appears in the door window, blocking out the hall light.

“Oh my Disney,” I whispered into the com.

“What is it? Who is it?” Someone question.

“Marvel,” was my only answer, before planting my hands on the ground. I tried to imagine sitting in the meadow with Klarion whilst he taught me things.

“Star? Star!” Someone called out. I wouldn’t dare speak, watching Cap’s eyes dart around.

Imagine the shape of the portal Hana. What colour is it? How big is it? Where is it going?

A star. It’s green and blue. It’s going to the hangar. To the Denominator. I picture it, pushing mana into the floor. The hangar. 

The door suddenly flew across the room and hit the far wall, revealing Fate and Marvel standing there. I screamed, knowing I was going to die if I did not get out of here fast enough.

Thank Walt Disney that a giant Star portal opened beneath me. I dropped into it right as lightening crackled the wall behind me.

When the Star opened back up, I was at the door of the Denominator. I ripped the door open, hearing a strange sound to my left. Automatically a shield went up around me, deflecting an energy beam from Icon.

Sending my own back, I jump into the Denominator.

“Voice activation; emergency take off!” I yelled, feeling the Denominator burst into flight and straight out the hangar door. I dropped and took a deep breath.

I wasn’t going to die tonight!

“Emerald Star to Team!” I yelled into the Denominator’s com.

“Star! What happened?” Robin asked.

“I did it! Made a portal! Wasn’t that hard actually…”

‘Good, but you might want to disguise the Denominator,’ M’gann said in my head. Looking up, I realised the Bio-ship was right above me.

I turned the Denominator’s invisibility on and flew up into the ship.

“I have a plan.”

Using my portal, I managed to get Queen Mera and Head Scientist Vulko from Atlantia to Star Labs, where Serling Roquette and Amanda Spence awaited them.

Together they made a cure for the tech, but using the magic drained me considerably. When the  ‘Cure-tech’ was made, I managed to open a portal for Vulko and the Queen to return home, before collapsing.

“I’m fine,” I assured the others as Superboy held me up. “Just need to…catch my breath.”

So a plan was made after Canary and Red’s body were cleared. We all took on the tech as well, vaccinating ourselves.

While I rested, trying to reimburse my magic, Red Arrow came over to me. “I wanted to apologise for…acting the way I did. It was an order, to put suspicion on you and the others. I’m sorry,” he said.

“I understand; thank you,” I smiled at him, taking another drink from my glass. I felt reenergised now.

The plan scared me, but I tried to not let it show. I was the pilot this time, as we took the Denominator up to the Watchtower seeing as it was virtually undetectable.

I could feel the difference of flying with so much weight from the Team, Arrow, Tornado, Canary, Wolf and especially; Sphere.

Parking the Denominator just outside of the Watchtower’s shield, I put the bridge up, linking us to an entrance Red Tornado told us about.

He, Canary and Arrow went ahead. Minutes later, we did. Robin first checked if Tornado had succeeded in meddling with the security.

“Move out,” Aqualad commanded.

Orion, Wolf and Sphere came with me. We were to patrol the outside of the Tower, which I found to be awesome. I’d seen this place from afar; going back and forth from missions.

Wolf growled when Hal flew down onto our path. I readied the tech and Sphere attacked first, rolling forward in attempt to hit him.

Hal created a hand of mana which gripped Sphere tightly and threw her. This gave Wolf the chance to attack from the side, and me a chance to make a frontal assault.

“Forgive me,” I said as Wolf bit his ring arm. I grabbed his head and pulled it down into my knee. I slapped the cure onto his neck and he fell to the ground.

“Hana! Look out!” Robin and Superboy yelled together, coming into view. I had no idea what they were talking about, but I created a shield over myself, Wolf, Sphere and Orion anyway.

It almost shattered upon the contact of Hawkwoman’s mace. Crazy lady. I reached out and grabbed a hold of the mace and didn’t let go as she swung it around.

I sent electricity down the metal weapon, electrocuting her as she dropped. Wolf pounced on her and I placed the cure on her neck.

Something wrapped around me tightly. I frowned in confusion at Robin, who glanced back for a moment before I was suddenly thrown around like a rag doll.

I hit the wall, putting a gigantic dent in it. When I landed, I was in pain; not being a normal human it wasn’t that bad. I rolled out of the way as I fist slammed down where I was.

Jumping up, I faced John. He thrusted his fist forward and I did the same. Two beams of different green-coloured mana connected.

Whoever was in charge clearly was at a disadvantage. Sphere crashed into John from behind, pushing him to the floor. I ran over and placed the chip on his neck.

As I walked over to help Rocket with Wonderwoman, someone grabbed my hair and pulled me back.

“Woah!” I yelled, trying to grab my attacker. It was Robin who saved me though. I fell forward and turned to find it was Batman. I knew if anyone had a chance it was Robin.

“Rocket, can you create an opening?” I asked, running over. 

“Yeah, a small one maybe,” she replied. I created an arm with some mana and placed the chip in its hand. 

Using the opening Rocket made, the mana went into it. Wonderwoman fought, but I forced more mana from the wrist of the arm to restrain her. 

The chip went onto Wonderwoman’s neck and she fell unconscious.

“Nice job,” I grinned, high-fiving her. This means all are caught, except for Bats and Superman. Rocket and I leaned around the gigantic hole someone put in the floor an watched Robin and Superboy vs. Batman and Superman.

Soon enough, Batman was cured and Robin used kryptonite to weaken Superman, enough to cure him.

The two stared at their achievement; to have beaten the two strongest members of the Leauge.

“When you’re finished basking in glory,” I called out to them, smiling. 

“Etativel meht,” I said, bringing them up.

The next objective was Savage. We went running to the mission room where the rest of the team were waiting at the door; but it didn’t open.

“Relax,” I said, remembering something. “This is an old Green Lantern base. The League’s Lanterns dragged it into Orbit when the League asked for a secret quarters. Voice activation; Teal Heart code JLA.”

That little code gives all Teal Hearts access to Green Lantern paraphernalia. The door slid open to reveal a Witch Boy portal swallowing up Vandal Savage.

He got away. Well, Disney.

The next chapter...will be the last. Should I update that and then the sequel today, or leave it until tomorrow?...hmm...;)
