Lucy's POV

Now that I knew how to immobilize a dragon for at least a short amount of time I had a slight advantage. So I ran towards the second dragon while I still had the chance and hit it smack in the face with my water dragons iron fist. Unfortunately there was another dragon right next to it and they were both looking at my in rage of my actions.

In my stupidity I waved at them hoping they would see it as a sign that o was friendly, but they still glared and a loud roar came from both mouths. The sound rattled my ears.

The purple dragon let a green gas spew from between its long snake-like fangs as it settled to the ground it slithered its way across the ground. Above me I noticed all the trees turning brown and started wither, also the grass shriveled up and looked like the slightest touch would shatter it. I bolted away from the gas trying not to get enveloped in its clutches, but little did I know that the second dragon had moved from its original spot. Now it was right in front of me, but I couldn't stop running lest the gas consume me, I could only prey the opposite dragon didn't move. But I was wrong, roots shot up from the ground and twirled themselves around my limbs. I crashed to the ground from the great amount of force they had on my body, as I lay there more roots slowly crept themselves around my waist, neck and thighs. I was completely trapped, and soon the gas was right at my feet.

It felt like I was slowly being lowered into a giant bowl of acid as the gas crawled up my body. My whole being was ablaze, I struggled at the vines uselessly, just as the gas was reaching my neck I head a voice.

"Na Na!!!!" It was quiet at first then became extremely loud and I felt myself flying, the wind felt so good on my burning skin. Still not aware of what had happened I opened my eyes to see Ellie was carrying me threw the air and threw me into a small lake. Yes! Water, my battle ground and with the water I could heal my wounds.

"Ellie! You are awake!" I exclaimed, happily.

She nodded, giving me a bright smile.

"Now lets go kick some dragon butt!"

Quickly I slurped up as much of the water as I could and was ready for battle once again.

Erza's POV

Erza was ushering everyone through the dark halls of the dungeons, it was hard for the dragon slayers to keep up, they were all very week and feeble at the moment. Especially Wendy, she was stumbling around and tripping every so often, so she gave up and carried her on her back. Besides it wasn't like they could just pull over and take a ten minute break.

Almost right before the summoning ritual for the dragons started both Erza and Grey were notified of the situation, Phantom Shadow's plan to set dragons on all Magnolia. In reality this was a genius plan, a plan that Erza would never have though of. But it was just too evil to do to innocent people.

"We are just walking in circles!" Grey complained.

"He's right I have defiantly seen this post before." Natsu gestured.

"We are going the right way, all the posts look the same!" She lost her cool.

"Look there is another door over there, lets try that one." Wendy pointed from on her back.

She was right, that door wasn't there last time if they were walking in circles.

Erza walked towards the door and opened it, inside was a large room, it was circular and had many tables. But the problem was that around the whole room were more and more doors, at least fifty more doors to open.

"What the heck is this?!" Natsu grabbed his hair.

"Calm down, we just need to find out which one leads us out, try to find a staircase up." She reminded them.

Erza slipped Wendy from her back and they all spit up looking threw the doors trying to find a way out.

After twenty minutes of opening and closing random doors they all collapsed in the middle of the room, exhausted.

"This is impossible, how are we supposed to which one leads out?" Gajeel sighed, right behind was a symphony of sighs from the others.

"Are you sure we checked all the rooms?" Erza asked.

"Ya, except for that one labeled excite..." Natsu said flatly.

Everyone stared at him, bewildered.

"Say that again?" Grey asked.

"What? Ecxite, like 'if you enter here, you will be excite'!"

"NATSU!!!" Everyone yelled at him.

"What?!" He shrugged.

"The sign says 'exit' not 'excite' you idiot!" Gajeel shouted.

He just formed his mouth in the form of a cheerio, looking to the ceiling.

They all ran out the one unopened door and up a flight of stairs, at the end of the hall there was a one last door, she swung it open and the beams of sunlight streaked through the frame. They were out, free at last. She could feel the sun light on her skin for the first time in what seemed forever.

She stepped out of the hallway to let everyone else out as well, they all had the same expression on their faces, pure and utter joy. Glad to be out of that death pit and back in the light.
