I. Please be diverse! Even though Seiryu takes place in Japan, they accept students from all over the world as it is an international school so obviously people come from all over the world to attend. First password is to follow me for announcements about the story (I do selective followbacks so don't expect me to follow you back please.) I don't want to see just females in this story, give me diversity! You're allowed to apply as many times as you want but make sure your characters are different from each other. Repeats of characters are fine.

II. Please be kind and treat others with respect. Hate the character, not the creator. This book is a respectful place and any rude and/or hateful comments will NOT be tolerated. If you do not get chosen for the applyfic, no big deal! I have a bunch of other applyfics in my drafts you can apply for and I'm sure your OCs are amazing.

III. Be neat please! The messier your form the less likely you will be accepted into the cast. I prefer google doc forms because they are better for me to read but commented, canva, and carrd is fine as well. Second password is to announce this book and tag me. 

IV. Don't use AI. I'm not stupid and I can tell. I don't mind you using AI for small things such as prompts, names, or if you're simply just stuck on something. But if you're using AI for  the whole form, I will not accept it.

V. If your OC is chosen, please be active! Spams and votes are appreciated, but if you're going on a hiatus please let me know. We all have lives outside of Wattpad and we're not on here all the time. If you're not active I will kill off and replace your character.

VI. Face claims will be animated! Please let me know if you need help finding fcs, I will always be happy to help you. That being said, don't be afraid to ask questions!

Yet not much is known about Shuhei other than the fact he started WhisperWire, when you speak to him, you don't know much about his personal life or himself. He barely talks about himself, finding ways to turn the topic to something else rather than have the spotlight on him. Shuhei would rather have the spotlight on anyone else if anything, anything but him. His parents aren't even in the country anymore to stop him from garnering all this sensitive information. Nobody even knows how Shuhei gets all the information, but one thing is for sure. All what he says is the truth.

A typical good student, but not surprising due to their father being a cop. They have a relatively clean slate so far, nothing has ever been posted about Kieu. At least not yet.
