"Our caves aren't actually close they are far I just needed an excuse to get the crowd away from me," Inferno confessed to Lotus. Embarrassment flooded Inferno's mind and body as he confessed, he knew what heat felt like but he didn't know what this feeling was.

"It's ok. Trust me I understand. Besides she knows where the caves are." She pointed to a smallish NightWing chatting and guiding a NightWing with a cloth over his face.

"Do you know them or something?"

"Sort-of, the chatting one is Fatespeaker who usually takes care of Starflight the blind one." Inferno stared in awe, right in front of him, more like down the hall, was the NightWing of the dragonet prophecy.

"Starflight, come on you know the school better than anyone now, you have been here hundreds of times, just think about where you are and find the library," FateSpeaker said in a slightly annoyed tone.

"Sorry just give me some time, please. In case you forgot I can't see where in Pyrrhia we are," Starflight retorted.

"Yeah, I remember your blind, I was there when it happened,"

"Hey, Fatespeaker!" Lotus yelled as she ran over to Fatespeaker and hugged her, Starflight surprisingly turned his head to the sound of the noise, "Do you know where my cave is? I can't read and I was talking with Inferno and got lost," Fatespeaker took the scroll out of her talon and unraveled it, only to show the layout of the school.

"All you have to do is go down this hall and take a right and then look for your name, and Inferno would you like help to find your cave?"

"No, I can find it," Inferno replied, and walked off into what he thought was the right direction being cautious of any dragons nearby.

When he was walking down the halls of the new school, he realized that he had a cave that has right next to everyone else's, Have to be more careful than normal, but while he was thinking he almost ran into someone that was just staring at a scroll,

"Watch it!" He shouted at the NightWing, and he immediately jumped up,

"S-sorry," Oh, it's the jumpy NightWing from before, just try not to scare him, he's probably been through something, AH! What am I thinking! He's a NightWing!

"Just watch it next time, ok!?!" Inferno scowled at the NightWing and stormed off in a hurry, but he noticed that as soon as he left, the NightWing let his wings droop when he looked back at the NightWing. Don't feel bad for the NightWing, he's just as secretive as the others, and he doesn't care about anyone else but himself,

Inferno assessed one or two or fifteen dragons when he realized that it was midnight, so he tried to hurry to his cave as fast as he could. And soon enough he got to his cave, it looked kind of bland with some colored rocks for decoration. Not much room for his things but then again he can't have many things, thanks to his curse. However, the room wasn't bad. And he liked the layout and colored rocks. And because of Inferno's curse, he slept peacefully on a piece of rock. Two more weeks and I will be home, where I belong.

Inferno woke up early as his mother taught him to. Except for today, it was for a different purpose. Normally he would wake up early to hunt for breakfast so his mom could rest and so he could get needed hunting practice, not that he needed any. Today he woke up early, the sun was just getting up. So he decided to get to class early so doesn't burn the students in the halls. Inferno stretched and checked to make sure his necklace was still there as it is, It always was. He walked towards the prey center when he stopped immediately.

"Lotus! I could have burned you and why you of all people are up so early?" Inferno told her angrily. How could I live with myself if I burned my only friend? Friend, right, she's my friend I guess.

"As I told you before, I'm different then the other RainWings, I don't like sleeping late so I got up and decided to go and explore the academy a bit, I tried to get Starflight or someone to teach me how to read, but whenever I say that I took scrolls from the NightWings, Starflight goes nuts. Now what are you doing here?" she said quickly, why was she concerned about him, she only knew him for less than one day.

"I umm.. I want to go meet Starflight and Fatespeaker cuz' you know, they are our first teachers" Inferno lied, however, he could tell be the look on Lotus's face she wasn't buying it.

"You're going early so you won't burn anyone, aren't you?" Lotus was too quick for him, and a bit too smart, really kind of annoying at this point. Why is it weird she's smart? She's just another dragon, but weirdly enough his brain hit back because she is a RainWing. Their all dumb and lazy. I mean Glory is different but, I understand she isn't a normal RainWing being raised by the Talons of Peace and whatnot, but Lotus is just a RainWing. Well, I guess not a completely normal RainWing. He stared into the abyss of the eyes She does have the weird eyes which were blue with green on the edges today but oddly enough her pupils still remained normal, weird.

"Yeah, kind of don't want to kill anyone on my second day here," Inferno confessed to Lotus. No point in lying to her she seems like the dragon who would figure something like this out anyway.

Smiling Lotus said"You know, you're trying too hard to not hurt people and be good even though you don't want to stay here long,"

"No, I'm not, what are you talking about?"

Lotus started to back up, "Well, you are trying to not burn anyone, you tried to warn Star to watch out for you so you wouldn't burn him, and you wanted to talk with me alone." Inferno didn't even notice Lotus moving away while he was contemplating his behavior, Why am I being nice? I don't care about these dragons.

"So who is this Star anyway you talk about him a lot and I assume you aren't referring to the Starflight."

"Umm. . . Well," Inferno knew that either she didn't really know who he was, or was just being weird for a different reason he didn't want to consider, "He is just a NightWing I know, not know, I don't know, we briefly met after he was introduced into the village.".

Inferno noticed that while she was finishing her story of how they had met, she had started to trace the reflection of the moon-globes, the only thing that provided light in these dark hallways. But what took more of his attention was the sun, blazing its way through the dusty leaf windows of the halls. It was almost midday, meaning dragons would start waking up for class.

"You have to go," Lotus said out of the blue, What, why,

"What?"

"You know to not burn people on your way to class, you know what it doesn't matter, let's just go." Lotus started walking the barren hallways until they were at the front of the school, the first class that they had was in the library with Starflight and Fatespeaker, Winglet time. What would I do in that class? I barely even know what a Winget is.

As soon as they stepped into the library, Inferno was finally aware of everything in here that he could burn, the leaf windows, the scrolls, the tables, even the racks holding the scrolls.

Bong, bong, bong

The three gongs ran through his head, it wasn't that loud, but you still could notice it over a couple of yelling dragons. Which was exactly what other dragons were doing,

"You better watch it SeaWing!"

"Or what? You gonna turn me to ashes smoke breather?" At this point, a crowd had started to form around the two hot-tempered SeaWing and SkyWing,

"Hey, Pike, Carnelian, can't you guys just calm down," And there was Clay, the warm-hearted protector of the Dragonets of destiny, "The war is over, Pike walk with me, Carnelian, come see me later after class,"

Inferno couldn't believe his eyes, jumping so much he looked like he was vibrating in place. Two members of the amazing Dragonets of Destiny in one day! This is going to be better than I had hoped!

The SkyWing stormed off in a rush, so Inferno just headed back into the library, almost tripping once or twice between thoughts of Clay. Mostly Tsunami. And Sunny. Really he couldn't stop thinking about all of them and stopped paying attention to the outside world.

But mostly he was fan-boying the entire time he was walking.

"Peril?" Starflight asked quietly from behind the desk in a form of fear and hatred in his voice. Wonder who Peril is and what she did to a member of the Legendary dragonets of destiny

"Staflight, it's just Inferno, he is part of the Pearl Winglet you have first," a voice said from behind a rack

"What's a winglet?" Inferno asked stepping over a pile of scrolls,

"Oh, it's the group of dragonets that you will be classmates with the entire year," Staflight answered calmly, "One dragnet from each tribe in each Winglet, we tried to pair people that would work together in the same Winglet," shorter then a whisper Inferno couldn't make out, "Or who don't fit in." "off of what the queens told us, you being the exception. We got info about you from your mom." he soon found that the voice behind the racks was Fatespeaker, Huh, does she take care of him? Wait,

"WHAT!" Inferno erupted "THAT MEANS THE QUEEN KNOWS I EXIST. SHE'LL KILL ME!" I have to get out, I have to get out, Inferno thought over and over, thinking of all the ways they could torture and kill him. But as soon as he ran to the entrance to the library, there was a SeaWing at the door chatting with a MudWing. He rushed to stop but it was too late.
