Quick note: My stupid computer glitched and it didn't post the whole chapter I'm very sorry guys. This chapter is super long and its very important and it has events up to the next chapter so I was furious when the rest of the chapter wasn't posted. I spent hours typing this chapter. it has a total of 5262 words. Lillian's POV:

The day had passed quickly and Cynthia had picked her partner Mimikyu. Lexie caught a Stuffle that was causing nothing but trouble in the mansion. It was stealing berries from other Pokemon as well as food from other people. Lexie caught Stuffle in the act of stealing Ash's lunch. She battled it with Oshawott and ended up catching it with the Luxury Ball I gave her. Now it was close to dinner time and Lance had gathered us all in the living room along with the family head Elijah.

"I'm glad you all came. Well I have a huge announcement."

Said Lance happily.

Lance went out to the hall and came out of the hallway holding the hand of a girl who looked about in her twenties. She had long light blue hair in a ponytail, and she had big blue eyes. I knew this girl. This was my friend Lana as well as an ex admin of Team Aqua who disbanded and Team Aqua now runs a museum dedicated to Kyogure and to water type Pokemon. She was also Aracel's big sister. I had actually knew about the big news that Lance was about tell. Lana was extremly hesitant about Lance revealing their secret big news but she knew that this would make Lance happy and that's all she ever wanted was for him to be happy. I glanced over at Aracel who was gripping her water glass tightly. She looked nervous. I think she was nervous about how Lance's family would take the news. She was particularly nervous about how Guzma would take the news. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw Elijah glaring at Lana with a look of disapproval. Lance cleared his throat and began to speak.

"This is Lana Mikaelson. She and I have been dating for a year now. I have asked her to marry me and she said yes."

Said Lance with a big smile spread across his face.

I clapped my hands and cheered. Aracel and I high gave each other a high five. Everyone else seemed extremely happy for Lance. Ursula looked very happy, Hydra looked shocked but seemed Extremely happy for lance, Lance's mother Dracena and his Father Austin looked thrilled, and Guzma looked shocked but he didn't look like he had any complaints. All of Lance's family looked very happy except for Elijah who stood there with a scowl on his face. Aracel looked at Elijah and looked very nervous.

"I don't think he's going to take this well at all."

Said Aracel.

"Well he needs to grow a pear and get over it! Does Lance's happiness even matter to him?!"

I shouted.

"I hate to break it to you but Elijah only looks out for his own interests. He doesn't care about anyone else."

Said Clair coldly while scowling at her grandfather.

"I do not approve of this!!!"

Shouted Elijah.

His shouting shook the entire mansion. He stood there angrily and crossed his arms.

"But grandfather!!!"

Protested Lance.

"Why would I trust an ex-Team Aqua member?!"

Shouted Elijah.

"You have no right to speak!!! You've kept something from all of us!"

Shouted Clair angrily.

"Silence Clair!!! This is isn't up for discussion!!!!"

Boomed Elijah.

"She isn't wrong!!!"

Shouted Larissa.

Larissa was Lance's cousin and Clair's younger sister. Her turquoise eyes were filled with fury and anger. Lexie stood there next to me in shock and she wasn't sure what to say. Calem came from behind me and held my hand.

"Well I have something to say!"

Shouted Guzma.

"Like I would listen to the ex-leader of Team Skull!"

Said Elijah arrogantly.

"JUST SHUT UP AND LISTEN TO HIM!!!!"

Shouted Jonathan.

Elijah stood there in shock that someone would dare stand up to him.

"Thank you Jonathan. Look. You have a right to not trust me however you shouldn't judge Lana just because of my past mistakes I refuse to let you judge her because of me!!! Lana joined Team Aqua because she was raised by Archie and Shelly. She was separated from her mother and her Father Cyrus was an even bigger whack job than Archie so Archie and his Girlfriend Shelly took her and raised Lana as if she were their own child. He did a heck of a lot better of a job raising her than I ever could've. Heck I don't even know how Aracel turned out so great!!! I struggled to make a living to raise Aracel on my own. Aracel didn't exactly grow up in a huge mansion like this! She grew up in a shack! Lana grew up in a nice cottage on the beach that Shelly owned!!!"

Shouted Guzma

"Cute story but I'm still confused about what all of this has to do with our issues!"

Shouted Elijah.

"You mean your issues."

Said Clair coldly.

Elijah glared at her and Guzma began to clear his throat so he could speak.

"What I am trying to say before I got rudely interrupted is that Lana is very sweet girl and she's a good person despite my two screwed up siblings Lana turned out to be an amazing dragon type trainer as well a great young lady who cares for her little brother and sister and she cares about me too no matter how annoying I can be. And I can be very annoying. Am I little shocked about the sudden news? Well yes I am but I'm nowhere near mad. Yes sure It would've been nice to know that they were dating but if Lana's happy than that's all I care about. Everyone else seems very happy for these two so why can't you be?"

Asked Guzma while approaching Elijah.

Plumeria looked over at Guzma and smiled.

"Wow that was actually a good speech you made Guzma. Not bad."

Said Plumeria

Guzma turned a shade of red and smiled.

"Well I had to get through his thick skull somehow."

Said Guzma.

"Guzma has a point maybe you should listen to him."

Said Hydra.

"His little speech does not change my opinion on this marriage and I refuse to ruin the Draco family name by letting my grandson marry a Mikaelson !!!!!"

Shouted Elijah.

"You're being irrational! Our family name is already ruined away!"

Shouted Ursula.

"And you have no room to speak young lady!!! You're the biggest disappointment in this family! Choosing to be coordinator over being a dragon trainer! It's pathetic really! I gave you Gible as your partner and you choose to use her in Contests over true battles!!! Its a huge let down! Hydra is the only one who hasn't let me down!!!"

"SHUT UP GRANDFATHER!!!!!"

Everyone turned around to see Celia. I never thought that she would show up. Lance had told me about Celia before. She ran away at the age of eight and hasn't returned home since. She was only a year older than Ursula. She was seventeen and had finally come back home. Celia was very pretty. She had her Father's peach colored hair, but like her mother's hair it was straight. She had her Father's sharp facial features but she had her mother's bright green eyes. I envied Celia. She had the prettiest green eyes and green happened to be my favorite color. I had secretly wished that I had innerrtied my grandmother's soft grey eyes or my aunt's soft blue one's. Instead I had inerrtied my Father's Hazel eyes while my little sister got lucky and inherited my Aunt's squeezed soft blue ones. My friends have always told me that my eyes were beautiful. Calem in particular seemed to like my eyes. He described them as two bright gems that sparkled. Celia looked really rough. She had a fresh bruise on her left cheek. A few scratches on her legs, her kaki shorts were muddy and had several holes in them, her red t-shirt was a little big for her, she was soaked from head to toe. It had began to storm only about an hour ago so she must've gotten drenched trying to get here.

"Celia?!"

Shouted her mother in Dracena in shock.

"Hi mom."

Said Celia quietly.

"we thought you were never coming back."

Said her father Austin.

"I didn't think I was either but I'm here."

Said Celia.

Darius sighed and crossed his arms.

"Now's not the time to appear out of nowhere sis. You can see that we're in the middle of a huge argument."

Said Darius.

"Its a shock to see you here sis."

Said Hydra almost in tears.

"I thought you died and would never come back home."

Said Ursula while crying.

"Where the heck have you been?!"

Shouted Lance.

Celia glanced over and crossed her arms.

"Hello Lana its a shock to see you here. I never thought you and my brother would get hitched then again I never thought I would come back home but here I am."

Said Celia.

"How do you know her?!"

Asked Lance.

"She was my rival for a while. We battled a lot but I always came out on top. I never knew that she was your sister."

Said Lana.

"Stop changing the subject and answer me!!! Why did you leave?! And where the heck have you been?! You made us all worry! I thought you had died! We never knew what had happened to you!!! Why would you pit us through this?! Why did you leave?!"

Shouted Lance.

"You see why I had to leave. You should know. Look around you lance. This family is extremely dysfunctional and you're trying to act like our family isn't send that everything's fine. I live in reality. I have come to accept that things would never change so I left. I never meant to hurt my mother and father, or my dear siblings. As long as grandfather's here nothing is going to change and It doesn't matter where I went. I'm here now and Grandfather I see that you haven't changed one bit. You're just a s cruel as you've always been."

Said Celia coldly.

"I can't believe that you have the guts to return home after leaving eight year ago!"

Shouted Elijah.

"I live here. I have a right to return home."

" Celia all of a sudden decide to show up out of the blue after running away from the love this family has given you! If anything you're all nothing but big disappointments! Your father had chosen a perfect dragon trainer to be his Bride and then she gives birth to you ungrateful brats!!! You're all nothing but big failures!!! At least Hydra and Darius turned okay."

Shouted Elijah.

"How dare you speak to them in that way!"

Shouted Drayden who was Lance's uncle and Dracena's older brother.

"At least you took Iris under your wing and turned her into a champion! Clair's training did absolutely nothing."

Said Elijah.

"Now hold on a second! Iris chose to go with Drayden and she trained at the Oppeluced City gym! If anything my training prepared her for her training a Oppeluced City's gym leader. Drayden was able to prepare her better for her battle against Alder."

Shouted Clair.

"Clair was a great teacher and her teachings helped Iris understand dragon types at a deeper level. That's definitely something that I would've never been able to teach her to where she could understand it."

Said Dryden

"Drayden is absolutely correct! I can vouch for Clair! As an elite four member in Hoenn you must understand the ways of the dragon. Clair seems to understand this very well which is hy she was an excellent teacher for iris to start off with."

Said Austin's older brother Drake.

"Please you're all foolish!!!"

Shouted Elijah.

"Now hold on a minute! You have no right to treat them that way! You may be my grandfather but you act like angry tyrant!"

Shouted Darius.

Darius was only a few years younger than Lance. Darius was an incredibly strong trainer who ran a battle facility. He was battle brigade member. However unlike the rest of his family he chose to raise steel types. His partner is his shiny steelix that can mega evolve. He worked at the clock tower back in Romine City where we lived. Darius seemed to take a huge interest in Dialga. Dialga would occasionally come Darius's battle facility and Dialga would battle with Darius against other challengers.

"Darius I have accepted that you have chosen to walk with the steel type due to your deep connection with Dialga the protector of time however it doesn't cease to amaze me that you think that you have the right to challenge me this way!"

Shouted Elijah.

"It seems like we're not the only family that has issues."

Said Gladion under his breath.

Lusamine looked at Gladion and sighed.

"Unfortunately you're not wrong."

Said Lusamine sadly.

"You're not the only ones with crappy parents."

Said Iona taking a sip of her soda.

"At least your father isn't the leader of Team Rocket."

Said Silver.

"True."

Said Iona.

"Hello my family is the definition of screwed up."

Said Aracel.

"You aren't wrong."

Said Silver.

"Every family has its issues, some more than others."

I said.

Then I thought back to my family. My parents are never home. I will see them at the ball tomorrow night since they were invited and Olive said that father was going to host the battle tournament while my mother hosted the double battle tournament. My father was William Duncan the famous World Champion of the Euro Isles which meant that he as the best trainer out of all of the champions in Euroneon Regions. Someday I wished to take his spot as World Champion of the Euro Isles. My mother was a world Famous Top Coordinator along with Aracel's mother Regina. Regina died in some sort of freak blizzard in Snow Point City and now Aracel took her mother's spot as world class coordinator of the east Asiseo Nations, while my mother was World Class Coordinator of the Euro Isles. She was probably one of the most famous female coordinators out there besides Regina who is still idolized even after she supposedly died in the blizzard. My parents' busy lives as world famous trainers kept them away from home and distant from their own children. We barley spent time together as a family. I spent most Christmases and birthdays with my friend or with my Uncle Brandon. Olive is the only one I really saw the most out of everyone in my family. I spent most of my childhood being raised by my Uncle Brandon and my Aunt Rissa. That's why Paul, Gold, Mina, and I were so close. Jonathan eventually came to Coordeleena with his parents and stayed for the summers and they lived in a house next door and we would all play together. I looked over at Rj Who looked a little sad about something.

"Rj what's wrong?"

I asked.

"It's nothing Lil. I'm totally fine. All this family drama is draining so I'm just going to head back to the room."

Said Rj.

VG glanced over at Rj and he also looked very ad.

"Is there something that you two aren't telling me?"

I asked.

"Its nothing Lil I just need a break."

Said Rj.

Hazel grabbed Rj's arm and tugged on it softly.

"Are you sure?"

Asked Hazel.

Rj turned away from Hazel and sighed.

"Yeah nothing's wrong. I'm fine."

Said Rj walking back to his room.

VG followed quickly behind Rj and headed back to the room with him.

"I wonder why he acted so strange..."

Said Hazel sounding concerned.

"Don't worry we'll get to the bottom of all of this."

I said.

"You should really try to stay out of other people's business. It's probably something personal that Rj doesn't want to talk about. He would've told you about what was bothering him if he wanted to but you should really stay out of it."

Said Lexie.

"I have a feeling that I can help him though."

I said.

Lexie sighed but stood there quietly.

"Geez what a dysfunctional family this is just all a big mess."

Said Hayden while sighing.

Lillie tugged on Gladion's arm and he winced out in pain.

"Lillie I told you to stop that! You have wipe bored that uncle garret bought you! Thats what it's for! So you can try to tell me what you want without yanking my arm off!"

Shouted Gladion.

Lillie scowled and Hayden sighed.

"You know Gladion to b fair she does have amnesia."

Said Amber.

"You don't have to be so rough on her."

Said Lei.

"You just have to be patient."

Said Selene.

Lillie looked at Lusamine and began pulling at her arm.

"Lillie please use the wipe bored."

Said Lusamine nicely.

"Told you so."

Said Gladion.

Lillie smacked Gladion on the arm and he glared at her.

"Lusamine Lillie hit me!"

Shouted Gladion.

"Lillie no hitting use your wipe bored to communicate you do not need to hit people."

Said Lusamine Firmly.

I could tell that Lillie was getting frustrated Hayden stood here with his partner Dewott patiently waiting. I knew Lucas Hayden from when I had traveled through Hoenn for only a short amount of tim. Hayden an Lillie seemed extremely close and Hayden seemed to be the only one who really understood Lillie without using the bored. Lillie and Hayden seemed inseparable much like Hazel and Alec, they just seemed to click. The Draco family feud seemed to boil over and everyone went their separate ways and only Lance and Lana remained.

"Well that went over well."

Said Guzma sarcastically.

Lana sighed and looked up at Lance.

"What are we going to do your grandfather is totally against us getting married."

Asked Lana.

"Well first off screw him. I don't care what he thinks. I love you and I want marry you and my egotistical grandfather's opinion isn't going change that."

Said Lance kissing Lana on the lips.

I saw Alain over in the corner alone staring at Aracel.

"You know staring at her won't do much. You have to tell her how you feel and if you don't she'll move onto someone else."

I said.

Alain stood here and sighed.

"She's already going with Siebold! That jerk! He knew that I liked her!"

Shouted Alain.

"Its never too late."

I said.

Alain sighed and looked at me.

"Thanks for the positive encouragement Lil but I have to go. Luke is messing up our room."

Said Alain while rolling his eyes.

"That doesn't surprise me. He' very scatter brained."

I said.

"See you later lil."

Said Alain while leaving.

I sighed and headed back to my room with Lexie. Aracel had beaten us there and was hanging her clothes up in he wardrobe.

Mina's suitcase looked like it blew up and Lexie was having a small panic attack. I helped Mina sort through her suitcase and Cynthia had apparently never left the room ad she missed the Draco Family Feud. Lucky for her. She was sitting on the bed playing with her Mimikyu. The day went by quickly. we all ate dinner and headed back to our rooms. It was still thundering outside and there was a huge storm.

"Looks like its not going to clear up."

Said Hazel.

"Yeah looks like it."

Said Thania.

"We should play hide and go seek."

Said Lexie.

"Really?"

Asked Aracel.

"Yeah doesn't it sound like fun?"

Asked Lexie.

"Not really.

Said Misty who was sitting on her bed flipping through a book about water types.

"Lex its getting late shouldn't we call it a night?"

Asked Aracel while yawning.

"Come on guys don't be party poopers."

Said Lexie.

"I'm not really into hide and seek."

Said Cynthia.

"You guys are no fun."

Said Lexie.

"Let's just all call it a night and go to bed I'm really tired."

I said while yawning.

We all agreed it was time for bed and we turned off the lights and we all went to sleep. I was finally fast asleep and the three eevee triplets who have now evolved into Slyveon, Espeo and Umbreon were curled up in my be and spark slept quietly at the end of my bed. Then I heard my phone ring and I looked up and it was Alec. I looked at the clock and it read 1:00 AM. I sighed but answered.

"Alec its one in the morning what do you want this better be good."

I said.

"Some one is in the halls running. I heard a cape swoosh passed my door. Lillian do you hear anything?"

He asked.

As soon as Alec had asked I heard footsteps walk past my door and I heard a cape swooshing noise.

"Oh yeah I definitely heard it."

I said while getting up.

"I'll meet you halfway in the halls. We're going to catch this guy."

I said while hanging up.

Then I saw Lexie get up and her Stuffle followed her.

"Lexie where are you going?"

I asked.

"With you. I heard it too."

Said Lexie.

"Okay but you have to be quiet."

I said.

My Umbreon Dusk saw me get out of bed and he followed me along with my espeon Sunny and my Sylveon Pixie.

"Guys what are you doing?"

I asked.

Pixie Leaped into my arms and I began to pet her. Sunny rubbed against my legs and hopped up onto my shoulder.

"It would be good to bring pokemon in case you needed them for back up.'

Said Lexie.

"Okay you guys can come."

I said while sighing.

They hopped and down in excitement and I sighed.

"You guys have to be quiet."

I said.

Lexie nodded and followed me out into the hall.

"It's creepier at night."

Said Lexie.

"Shhh!!! Be quiet!"

I said while whispering.

"What if the back dragon is here?!"

Asked Lexie while shivering.

"If he is we'll catch him."

I said.

"So what are you guys doing up in the middle of the night?!"

I jumped and saw Paul standing there behind me.

"What are you doing here?!"

I asked.

"I heard the sound of someone running in the halls and I came to check it out. Then I saw you guys."

He said.

"Alec called me and woke me up in the middle of he night. He said he heard someone running by. He though he heard the sound of some swooshing their cape."

I said.

Then I saw Alec running towards us with Gladion. Then I saw Lusamine and Iona coming out of their room. Iona had her Zoroark standing next to her and Lusamine was carrying her Togapi in her arms.

"Hey guys I heard him running down that hallway."

Said Alec pointing to a long twisty hallway.

"Iona and Lusamine I'm assuming you heard it too."

I said.

They nodded and looked at me.

"Yeah I thought someone broke in."

Said Lusamine in a frightened tone.

"Me too and I'm going to beat the crap out of them."

Said Iona cracking her knuckles.

"Why would anyone be up this hour anyway."

Whined Gladion.

"Thieves are."

Said Lexie nervously.

"So are killers."

Said Lusamine nervously.

"I'm going to put an end to your fear with logic. If someone broke in we would've heard it. I think that our "intruder" is someone that lives here but who would be up at 1:00 AM in the morning?"

Asked Paul.

"I have a weird feeling about this."

Said Iona.

"Yeah we should check it out."

I said.

I looked over and Iona's eyes looked red and they glowed.

"Iona what's up with you're eyes?"

Asked Alec.

"It's the just the lighting."

Said Iona.

"But they're glowing."

Said Lusamine.

"Can we just not talk about it!"

Snapped Iona.

We sighed and I looked over at the hallway Alec had said that he heard the intruder running. The hallway looked dark and ominous. Shadows lurked around every corner, dragon statues stood tall looming over everything, and the dark pillars stood tall and any one could be hiding behind one. I had a gut feeling that our intruder was in that hallway.

"I don't like that hallway."

Said Alec.

"Me neither."

Said Lexie.

"Come on shaggy and Scooby its not that bad."

Said Paul.

"Shut up!"

Said Alec.

"If you're scared then bring out one of your Pokemon."

I said.

"Okay."

Said Alec.

Alec brought out a poke-ball and pressed the button releasing a Nihilego from it's Poke-ball

"When did you catch that thing?!"

Asked Gladion.

Lusamine jumped and hid behind Paul.

"Seriously?!"

Asked Alec why are you scared of it.

Asked Alec.

"Alec you're an idiot!"

Shouted Iona.

"Lusamine got poisoned by one of those things! And our mother was possessed by one of them!"

Shouted Gladion.

"Oh... Yeah I remember..."

Said Alec.

"Duh!"

Said Paul.

"Where did you catch it?"

I asked.

"Back at the Aether paradise. I got the scratches to prove it. It was quite a fight that's for sure."

Said Alec.

"I don't like that Pokemon."

Said Lusamine.

"This Nihilego isn't so bad!"

Said Alec petting it on the head.

Nihilego purred in contentment and landed on top of Alec's head.

"No Nihilego!"

Shouted Alec.

Nihilego's toxins went through Alec and he began fumble.

"Hey Lexie you look sexy in your Pj's!"

Said Ale while fumbling.

Lexie slapped him on the cheek.

"Excuse you! What is wring with you Alec?!?!"

Shouted Lexie.

"Those are the result of Nihilego's toxins. Nihilego has hundreds of different types of Toxins that it generates. This type of Toxin isn't harmful to the human body but it does make the victim seem like they are drunk. This toxin actually has the same qualities similar to Alcohol. The affects don't last nearly as long though as the effects of Alcohol. The affects last for about five minutes max. Nihilego is actually quite unaware of the toxins that generate through it's body which is what makes it dangerous. Whatever mood Nihilego is in those Toxins are generated to suit it's mood. If it's in a happy mood these harmless toxins are produced however if it's angry of feels threatened poisionous toxins are produced. So that is why you have to careful with Nihilego. It can be dangerous. In my case nihilego's poison was lethal."

Said Lusamine.

"Wow you know a lot about this stuff."

Said Lexie.

"My father studied ultra beasts and wrote about his findings. Wicke gave me the journal my father wrote in. He wrote the ultra beasts he studied. That was something that is something I had read in my Father's journal."

Said Lusamine.

"Hey look there are dots on the ceiling."

Said Alec while giggling.

"You're so delusional."

Said Paul.

"Well lets go."

I said.

Alec gulped and we all ran down the creepy hallway. There were dim floor lamps lighting our way.

"This place is creepy ."

Said Lexie.

"I kind of like it."

Said Gladion.

"Me too. It's mysterious and dark."

Said Iona.

"Its like we're in a horror movie."

Said Gladion.

"Who would die first?"

Asked Alec

"Probably you."

Said Gladion while smirking.

Alec glared at Gladion and I rolled my eyes.

Then a loud crack of thunder was heard and then all of the floor lamps went out leaving us completely in the dark. Then I heard loud screaming.

"Lusamine be quiet!"

Shouted Paul.

"That wasn't me!"

Snapped Lusamine.

"Sorry that was me."

Said Alec.

"You scream like a girl!"

Said Paul.

"Guys we have to be quiet."

I said.

Then at the end of the hall stood a tall figure with a cape he was wearing a tribal looking Hydragon mask. He was wearing all black, he as wearing black dress shoes, a top hat, and a long black cape. He saw us and he ran down the hall like a bolt of lightening. He opened a window and began running on the rooftop.

"Its the black dragon!!!!"

Shouted Lexie.

"He's getting away!"

Shouted Gladion

"No he's not!"

Shouted Iona chasing after him.

"come on guys lets go!"

I shouted.

"So we're going to chase a guy on the roof in our pajamas while its storming outside?!"

Shouted Alec.

"Yes now lets go!"

I shouted.

I followed Iona and we all ran across the rooftop. Dusk, Pixie and Sunny followed closely beside me then the black dragon flashed his cape at me and continued running. I've never seen anyone run as graceful as the black dragon which I found kind of odd. Then I noticed a lock of hair escape from his top hat. I couldn't make out the color since it was dark. I ran towards a corner and I tried to chase him down that corner but he disappeared.

"We lost him."

I said.

"Looks like it."

Said Iona.

"Wait what if he snuck through a passage way."

Said paul opening a small secret hatch on the roof.

"Good eye Paul."

I said while giving him a thumbs up.

Paul opened the hatch and down bellow was a dark room.

"Ladies first."

Said Paul slapping Alec on the back.

"Why is it always me?!"

Shouted Alec.

"Just go!"

Shouted Iona pushing Alec into the room.

I heard a loud thud but he got up and gave us thumbs up.

"I'm okay."

Said Alec.

Iona hopped in after Alec. Paul helped Lusamine get down the passage way then Paul went in after her. Gladion helped Lexie get down and then Gladion went down with her. After Gladion and Lexie went down I shut the hatch quietly behind me and hopped down. I looked at my surroundings and it looked like we were in an office. There were dragon statues everywhere, and there family portraits and paintings all over the walls. Then I saw the mask the black dragon was wearing hanging on he wall.

"Its the same mask that the black dragon was wearing."

Said Lusamine pointing to the mask on the wall.

I touched the mask and it was wet from the rain.

"This is definitely the mask that the black dragon wore."

I said.

"Great but since the mask is wet now there won't be any traces of DNA."

Said Paul.

"I think that is what the black dragon was going for."

I said.

"But why put the mask back?"

Asked Lusamine.

"I think that the black dragon is staying here in this mansion."

I said.

"You can't be serious so there's a creepy masked man running about and it's one of the people that live here?!"

Shouted Lexie.

"Yes there is."

I said.

"What do you think he wants?"

Asked Lusamine nervously.

"Honestly I'm not sure."

Said Paul.

"Why was he out though?!"

Asked Gladion.

"What's all this racket?!"

I jumped and turned around to see Elijah, Lady Hydra, Lance, Ursula, and Jonathan standing there.

"Sir we saw the back dragon running around in your mansion! He was wearing this mask!"

I shouted.

"Why is it wet?!"

Asked Elijah.

"Because he ran outside with it on and its still storming outside!"

I said.

"This is absolutely absurd!"

Shouted Elijah.

"If I may ask sir what's the significance of this mask?"

Asked Paul.

"My ancestor wore this mask and he was the one who started the Draco family clan. This mask is hundreds of years old."

Said Elijah.

"The black dragon could be here because he's after grandfather."

Said Hydra.

"Sir we need to guard your door!"

I shouted.

"that's absolutely ridiculous!"

Shouted Elijah.

"Sir do you want a death wish?!"

Shouted Paul.

"Grandfather you could get seriously hurt!!!"

Shouted Ursula.

"You should listen to Lillian. She's smart and I trust her judgment."

Said Lance.

"Okay fine."

Said Elijah.

"Lillian, Paul, Jonathan, Iona, and I will stand and stay guard. the rest of you need to go back and get some sleep."

Said Lance.

Everyone nodded and Alec and the others headed back to their rooms. Jonathan, Paul, and Iona stood guard at the other end of the hallway while Lance and I stood together in front of Elijah's bedroom door.

"So Ursula told us that you scolded her for being rude to us back Romine City Square."

I said.

"Yeah I did I wasn't too happy about her being rude to my friends. She won't be bothering you guys again."

Said Lance.

"That's good."

I said.

I sat there quietly and looked over at the grandfather clock. It was now 2:00 AM in the morning. I yawned and held Pixie in my arms and I pet her soft white and pink fur. Dusk and sunny were sleeping beside each other.

"So what are your plans for you and Lana's wedding."

I asked.

"Well we were planning on having a big wedding and we were going invite all of our family and friends but now with grandfather's big disapproval... I don't know how we are going to do it but I'll think of something."

Said Lance.

"Who cares what that Grumpy old man has to say about it. You love Lana don't you?"

I asked.

"Of course I love her."

"Then don't let your grandfather tell you who to marry. Do it anyway."

I said.

"You know what Lillian you're right."

He said while smiling.

"This is so boring we haven't found anyone yet."

Said Iona.

"Be patient."

Said Jonathan.

"But we've been here for over an hour."

Whined Iona.

"Maybe he's not coming back."

Said Paul.

"Yeah maybe..."

I said can we all call it a night?"

Asked Iona.

"I think we're safe now but if he comes back we'll have to chase him."

I said.

"Well lets all head back."

I nodded and we all headed back to our rooms for the rest of the night.
