VG's POV

"Seriously why doesn't this work?!"

Shouted VG throwing the string of lights across the room.

"Maybe if you weren't throwing them they would work."

Said Ash.

"Ash I didn't ask for your help."

I said while getting frustrated.

"Well the future is now thanks to science!"

Shouted Clemont.

"Oh is this invention going to blow up?!"

I asked while sighing.

"Not this time! I call it the solar powered light system!"

Said Clemont.

"Big bro I hate to break it to you but if the lights are solar powered and it isn't sunny outside then how are they going to work?"

Asked Bonnie.

"She does have a point."

I said.

Clemont sweat dropped and sighed.

"Thanks for bringing me to reality."

Said Clemont while sighing.

"You know if you want I can help you."

I turned around and saw a girl with long wavy purple hair and she had big blue eyes and she looked similar to Mina. She looked about my age and she was very pretty.

"H-hi are you Kanaii? Lillian said you were going to help fix the lights."

I said while trying to hide my blush.

"Yeah and you must be VG. I'm Mina's big sister. Your Rj's big brother right?"

Asked Kanaii.

"Yeah I am how many sibling do you have is it hurt you and Mina?"

I asked.

"Nope unfortunately. There's about eight of us including me."

She said.

"Eight of you?!"

I asked in shock.

"Yep all of are sisters no brothers."

"Wow. I might as well have a sister though."

I said while giggling.

"So what's the problem with these lights?"

She asked.

"Well for one I can't seem to get them to work even though I tried plugging them in."

I said.

"A circuit must've shortened out. Here let me take a look."

She said.

I nodded and handed her the lights. She began to run her fibers a Ross the the and it looked like she was moving the wires around. After a few minutes she handed the lights to me.

"Here try them now."

She said.

I plugged them into the wall and to my shock they worked.

"Holly crap that worked!"

Shouted VG in shock.

"I thought it would. I knew there was something trippy going on with those wires."

She said.

"Wow you're good."

I said.

"Well I've actaully picked that up trick up from a book. I'm not really tech savvy though. I'm more knowledgeable out healing, medicines, Pokemon, and mostly history about all of the regions. I'm a trainer but water types are my specialty. Are you a trainer?"

She asked.

"Well not quite but I have Togedemaru that VG helped me catch. I want to be an electric type trainer one day. Maybe even run my own electric type gym someday."

I said.

"That's a good goal."

She said.

"I'm guessing you're a trainer too right?"

I asked.

"Yep my specialty is water types. You see I'm the island Kahuna of Poni island."

Said Kanaii.

"Wow really? Do you own Tapu Fini?"

"Yeah I sure do."

I said.

"Your sister is a Island Kahuna in training right?"

I asked.

"Yeah Mina wants to be the Kahuna of Akala island one day. She already own Tapu LeLe."

Said Kanaii.

"She has Tapu LeLe?!"

I asked in shock.

"Yep she sure does."

Said Kanaii.

"Wow so do you have a full team?"

I asked.

"Yep I would that my Milotic is my ace."

She said.

"I wish I had a full Team."

I said.

She smiled at me and my cheeks turned a little red. I think I've found a girl that I really like.

Star's POV
"Alec I'm surprised that you're here and how did you figure out that I was moving in?"

She asked.

"Well I just happened to see you moving in yesterday when I was walking by. It's a house."

Said Alec who was sitting at my kitchen table.

"Yeah I was able to get a job as an artist since this region is where most artists get their big break. So I came down here and this guy who owns an art studio really liked my paintings so he bought them and have me a job. I was able to use the money to get a plane ticket here and to buy a house that was pre-furnished and everything. It may be a small house but it works for my sister and I."

I said.

"Where is she at?"

Asked Alec.

"She's playing outside in the backyard."

I said.

I watched as her pale blonde hair blew in the breeze outside as the warm breeze brushed up against her back,

She looked like she was having fun and I am so glad that I really don't have to leave her alone in another region.

"You know if you're ever in any sort of trouble don't be afraid ask if you can stay at the Shingi's house I mean they will take anyone in and help them or I'm pretty sure that Aracel could convince Guzma if you and your sister could crash at his place. Don't be afraid to tell me okay?"

Asked Alec.

I slightly blushed. Wow he really does care. I tucked a strand of my dark hair behind my ear.

"Thanks Alec that's really nice of you."

I said.

Alec turned a shade of red and looked away.

"Anything for my friends. Well I better get going I have a job to do. Keep Gladion distracted. You know if you want you can swing by Gladion's party if you want it's at Paul's house. Your Wellcome to come. I'm sure Lillian would love to have you."

Said Alec.

"I'll think about it. It was nice seeing you again Alec. Tell Hazel I said hi."

I said.

"I will see you later."

Said Alec while leaving.

Then my little sister Emmie walked into the house and looked up at me.

"Is he your boyfriend?"

Asked Emmie causing me to blush heavily.

"NO! Of course not Alec is just a dry good friend of mine."

I said.

"Well I really like him."

Said Emmie.

"I'm glad you do."

I said.

I scooped up Emmie in my arms and and she smiled at me. We both sat down on the couch and I put on a movie for her to watch on TV while I continued to work on my next painting.
