Lillian's POV
"Another governor died?!"

I shouted while on the phone with Conway.

"Last time it was the Governor of Hoen, now it's the governor of Johto. Can you guess where he died?"

"He died at the salt mill in a car accident."

I said.

"Correct but that's not how he died."

Said Conway.

"How did he die?"

"Want to take a guess?"

"CONWAY I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR GUESSING GAMES!!!! LUSAMINE'S LIFE IS ON THE LINE AND HER LIFE DEPENDS ON WETHER OR NOT WE CRACK THIS CASE!!!! She'll die without that antidote and we can't give it to her until jerk is no longer in power and to get him out of power we need to prove that he's nothing murderer and a liar!!!"

I shouted while startling Iona.

"He died of from drinking Muk's venom. It was mad mixed with some whine. However this poison takes a few hours to fully take over the human body and when it does the victim dies instantly."

Said Conway.

"Muk's venom. A nice change of pace this time. How did he end up at the salt mill?"

I asked.

"Well he died while he was driving apparently he was on his way to Marcus's house and he passed away while driving but we found something quite different this time. I've got a feeling that Marcus didn't kill him."

"Then who did?"

"The killer left us a calling card do you know what it is?"

"No guessing games Conway!"

I shouted.

"It was a a card with the king of spades on it."

Said Conway.

"THAT'S ATTILA'S SIGNATURE CALLING CARD!!!"

I shouted.

"So it looks like Marcus has a partnership with Attila. Interesting stuff huh?"

Said Conway.

"But why make a deal let alone a partnership with one of the most untrusting Neo Team Rocket members?"

I asked.

"I think he's relying on Attila's ability to get the job done and he took care of it pretty quick keep this in mind too Attila has a Muk on his Pokemon Team."

Said Conway.

"Okay so Attila killed Johto's Governor and we have proof but do we have proof that Marcus killed Hoen's Governor?"

"Unfortunately all I have is this tire Lil. Just because it came from that Marcus's car doesn't meant that he did it. I mean Marcus has a very nice car but so do other rich people. That tire could've come from any rich man's car."

"So you're saying we're at a dead end?!"

I shouted.

"I'm sorry Lil."

"No! I'm not giving up on this case I made a promise to Gladion that I would bring his sister home safely. I know we've got Attila pegged all we need to do is find something get this guy real good! We need hardcore evidence! Why don't we head to Alola to take a look at Marcus's house and car. I know we'll find something."

I said.

"Lillian this guy can turn our warrant down Lil we have to find evidence without searching his house."

"What if we brought it to court."

"This case won't hold up in court! Attila's will but Marcus will get away scotch free and Lusamine won't see the light of day."

"He can't turn down the FBI if they ask for a search warrant."

I said.

"Lil how can we get ahold of the FBI?!"

"I know someone."

I said with a giggle.

"Oh..."

Said Conway.

"Talk to you later Conway I have to make a phone call."

I said while hanging up.

I dialed my grandfather's phone number into my phone and waited.

"Hello?"

"Hey Grandpa Nanu. I need a favor."

I said.

"Hello Lillian it's been a while what is that you need?"

"I need some help from the FBI. I need the FBI to search Marcus's car and his house."

I said.

"You've got it Lillin are you going back to Alola with us for the search?"

"I can try...."

I said.

"Okay well see you there."

"Can I bring back up."

"I highly suggest you do."

"Good. I'll call Luke, Paul, Aracel, and Silver and have them meet me at the airport pronto."

I said.

"Okay see you there Lil bye grandpa."

I said.

I hung up and then dialed Paul's number.

"Hey Paul and Silver pack your bags we're going back to Alola and I have a feeling that we'll be there for a while."

I said.

"Again?!"

Said Silver in background.

"Why are we going back to Alola?"

Asked Paul."

"We have a new lead! And a new recruit is coming with us."

I said while looking at Iona.

"Interesting can't wait to meet him."

"Actaully he's a her. And her name is Iona Nightshade."

I said.

"Oh well I can't wait to meet her."

Said Paul correcting himself.

"Don't tell Gladion about this Lil."

"I won't."

I said.

Then I heard Gladion running towards me.

"I have to go we'll talk more about this later!"

I said.

"Okay bye."

Said Paul hanging up.

"Who was that?"

Asked Gladion.

"It was Paul calling about a different case."

I said.

"When are you getting to Lusamine's case?!"

Whines Gladion.

"We're working on it."

I said.

"Well guess who's here. Lucas Hayden."

Said Gladion.

"Hayden's here?!"

I shouted.

"Yep and how do you know him Lil he said he knew you."

Said Gladion.

"I met him on my journey through Unova."

I said.

"Well he's here with my sister. She met him when he was traveling through Alola. They're best friends. Or at least they were until Lillie lost her memory."

Said Gladion.

"How's Lillie?"

I asked.

"She's so confusing!!! She points points to random things in the room and expects me to understand her!"

Said Gladion in frustration.

"I don't know what to tell you Gladion just be paitent she's mute!"

"She's not mute she'll just have to learn how to speak again."

Said Gladion.

"Look Gladion I'll be gone for a few days and-"

"No you're not leaving! I need help with Lillie as much I love her she's driving me crazy! Silvally's already enough to handle! Now I have to look after Lillie and Silvally?! No it's happening!"

"You have no patience! I won't be leaving you alone. May, Dawn, Misty, Mina, and Drew will be there!"

"You're not leaving me alone with Conway!"

"That won't be a problem Conway's coming with us and so is Gerret."

"Wait Garret's leaving?! How irresponsible are you people leaving me alone to take care of a fourteen year old girl and a crazy Pokemon that eats everything in sight!!! I'm not even that responsible!!! Silvally almost ate a TV remote when I wasn't watching him!!! I don't want to be alone and I have a feeling that you're working on Lusamine's case and don't you dare lie to me!!!"

Shouted Gladion.

"Okay fine we're going to Alola and we've found a really good lead! If we find some very good evidence that would hold up in court then Lusamine will live. We're so close Gladion."

I said.

"I want to help you guys!!!"

Shouted Gladion.

"No you're going to take care of your sister and Silvally!!! I'm done arguing with you Gladion! I want you to be alive! Marcus might have committed murder and I have a feeling that he's a very dangerous man and he's affiliated with some very dangerous people! I know the people he's working with!!! They're dangerous and the will kill you without hesitation! These people don't play Gladion!!! They've killed before!!!! Lusamine wants to see you alive and well! I'm not going to let you die! You're staying here understand me?!"

I said with my hands on my hips.

"I understand..."

Said Gladion.

"Will you guys be back in a week because my birthday's coming up and I want to separate it with my friends."

Said Gladion.

"I promise we'll be back in time for you're birthday."

I said.

"You better not break that promise."

He said.

"We'll all be back for your birthday."

I said.

"Okay... Hey Lil?"

"Yeah?"

"Thanks for taking my sister's case. I know it's a tough one."

"Anything for one of my best friends."

I said while walking away.

I intended to keep my promise to Gladion and I was hoping to bring Lusamine home with me for Gladion's birthday if it killed me.
