Quick note: PokeWriterLucas I know your character Lucas Hayden hasn't gotten a ton of attention and I feel bad but he will now. He'll have a lot of dialogue in this story. I've had plans for him for such along time and now that I got through this part in the story now I can focus on the next part in the story because this story isn't even close to being completed yet. I'm aiming for forty chapters or more... Maybe even fifty we'll see.... This book will be a long one. So yeah... I hope you guys enjoyed this so far because it's not even close to being over. Lillian's POV

A few days have passed and now it's drawing close to Gladion's birthday.

We've decided to take a break in Alola for the rest of the week we're flying back tomorrow and staying in a hotel.

We're going to surprise Gladion for his birthday which is in two days. We'll stay at a hotel in Coordelina and plan for Gladion's birthday surprise.

We wanted to bring home Lusamine as surprise since he doesn't know that his sister has been pardoned and that she had fully healed from all of the poison.

I'm also bringing Gladion another surprise. I'm also bringing Selene too. I'm hoping to get the two together. I knew hat they liked each other.

I was sitting at the breakfast table in the hotel and I was sitting next to my old rival Lexie who I was shocked to see. She looked at me with her bluish hazel eyes and smiled.

"Hi Lillian it's been a while."

She said.

"Yeah I know it's been too long..."

I said.

"I heard about what happened to Amalie. I'm very sorry."

She said.

"It's okay... It's been seven months now I've gotten over it."

I said.

"So how are you and Nate doing?"

She asked.

"We broke up. Nate cheated on me with Rosa and he's doing Arceus knows what... We're on speaking terms now. I guess. It's okay I've moved on and now I'm dating Calem. He's someone I deeply care about. He gave me this locket."

I said showing her my golden rose locket.

"Wow so pretty he even knew about your love of roses. He seems like Mr. Perfect."

Said Lexie while laughing.

"Yeah he is."

I said while slightly blushing.

I actually missed Calem even though it's only been a week we call every night. I looked at the picture of us inside the locket.

I smiled at the thought of giving Calem a kiss when I got home. for now Calem was going to keep Gladion very busy on his birthday so we could get in the house. Everyone knows but Gladion.

Even Lillie knows. Lillie was going to meet us at the bakery. We decided we were going to divide and conquer.

Guzma hasn't even bought Gladion a gift yet so Aracel and Plumeria were going to help him shop when we got home.

We had finally convinced Plumeria to move into the Coordelina region. Now Aracel and I were going to make a plan to get Guzma and Plumeria together.

Aracel was now an official member of the Cupid Squad. Now the Cupid Squad had three members instead of just Gold and I.

"So have you found a guy you liked?"

I asked while taking a sip of my white chocolate Mocha Latte.

"No of course not."

Said Lexie turning a bright shade of red.

"Lexie don't lie."

I said.

Lexie sighed and laid her head on the table.

"Yes I like a boy but he is so dense!!!!"

Said Lexie taking a sip of her Oran and Sitrus berry Smoothie.

"I can help."

I said while nudging her.

"No meddling!!!"

Said Lexie.

"That's what I do!"

I said.

"Well it's wrong you shouldn't meddle in other people relationships!!!!"

Shouted Lexie.

"I'm only trying to help!"

I said.

"I want to do this on my own okay?"

Asked Lexie.

I sighed and rolled my eyes.

"Okay fine."

I said while crossing my arms.

"Thank you now I'm going to bring my luggage downstairs."

Said Lexie while getting up from the breakfast table.

I sighed and rolled my eyes.

"My friends just don't know what's best for them but I do."

I said to myself while giggling.

Lillie's POV

"Hey Lillie do you know what you're getting Gladion for his birthday?"

Asked my best friend Lucas Hayden.

I shook my head for no. I wasn't sure what I wanted to get him. My brother was like a stranger to me.

I don't even remember him or what he likes it anything like that she to my amnesia.

I barely remember my big sister Lusamine who's coming home but it was a surprise for Gladion.

I wasn't supposed to tell him but it's not I know how to speak. I went to therapy and still still seem to be helping.

Lucas Hayden seemed to be the only one who knew what I wanted. Gladion had a hard time trying to figure out what I wanted.

It's as if Lucas knew more about me than my own brother did. Which is actaully really sad considering that Gladion's my brother.

I looked at Gladion and sighed.

"Gladion's my friend so I can help you pick out something."

Said Lucas.

I smiled and nodded.

Lucas looked away from me and looked back.

I felt bad for not knowing anything about Gladion. He's my brother I should know a lot about him but I don't.

I wanted to spend time with Gladion to get to know him better but he always gets really annoyed with me.

Maybe he gets frustrating when he can't guess what I'm trying to say. Also his Pokemon Silvally has been driving him crazy.

Silvally eats everything and Gladion's trying to teach him not eat everything but so far it hasn't been very successful.

Silvally also likes to show affection by biting on Gladion's head which only makes Gladion very mad even though Silvally only means well.

Sometimes Silvally is too affectionate and what I mean by that is that Silvally doesn't know it's own strength.

Silvally still thinks he could fit in Gladion's lap but he really can't if anything Silvally is two hundred pounds too big to be a lap Pokemon.

I sat there and sighed and looked at Silvally who was laying his head head in Gladion's lap while Gladion gently pat it's head.

Even though Silvally annoyed the ever living crap out of Gladion I still could tell that loved him to pieces. I wonder if Gladion cared about me that much.

Maybe he does. Lucas had told me that Gladion's not very emotional he just keeps to himself and he's more reserved than anything.

"Lillie I'm sure that Gladion loves you he completely flipped out when you were in the hospital he was extremely worried about you. He cares about you. Even if you don't think so. He's just a little stressed and he doesn't know that we're only putting him through torture and making him run errands because it's for his birthday."

Said Lucas.

I nodded but I still wasn't sure. Does Gladion actually like me because I still wasn't sure.

I have studied Gladion's behavior for quite sometime and he just seems closed off and distant.

"You and I will go get Gladion a present how does that sound?"

Asked Lucas.

I smiled and nodded.

"Good lets go look."

Said Lucas.

"Can I come too I have to put in a order for Gladion's cake so it will be ready by tomorrow."

Said Mina cheerfully.

"Great let's all go."

Said Amber.

"Wait for me!"

Said Gary running down the stairs.

"Oh yeah Gary's getting decorations for the party."

Said Mina.

Mina's partner her shiny Alolan Ninetails stood there and sat there quietly and patiently waiting for further instructions from its trainer.

"Okay let's guys anyone else want to come?"

Asked Lucas.

"I do."

Said Dawn running towards us.

"May and Drew are already out trying to pick up their gifts for Gladion which just came in this morning."

Said Dawn.

I saw Gladion get up off of the couch in the living rooms and he headed towards the kitchen where we were.

"Are you guys all going somewhere can I come I've been house bound for too long!"

Said Gladion.

"No you can't go because I need your help."

Said Guzma who was raiding the refrigerator which he does all the time. Guzma has a history of never running to the grocery store.

"What is it now? If you want me stalk Alain again it's not happening. The guy thinks I'm a stalker now! The guy just got here and is moving into this house so you'll have to get used to it considering that you come over to raid our fridge all the time!"

"Normally Aracel does the grocery shopping and she's not here so I'm back to raiding through someone's fridge until she gets back."

Said Guzma.

"Look Alain's a great guy and Aracel really likes him and why can't you run to the store yourself?!"

Said Gladion.

"Any guy that likes my niece is the enemy and Aracel banned me from grocery shopping because I almost got into a fist fight because because this jerk cussed me out just because I took last head of lettuce."

Said Guzma.

"Why does not surprise me?! You're so irresponsible! And why are you so weird about her dating? She's not even dating Alain yet!"

Said Gladion.

"The key word is yet Gladion! She could date him. He likes her and she likes him! They like each other and I can tell I have a censor!"

Said Guzma.

"Come again?"

Asked Gladion who was very confused.

"Look I just know okay?! Believe it or once I was Alain's age and trust me I know how this stuff works!"

Said Guzma.

"And when was that like fifty years ago?!"

Said Gladion while laughing.

"You better watch it Gladion!!! I'm not that old believe it or not I'm thirty years old!"

Said Guzma.

"You don't look thirty."

Said Gladion.

"Gladion watch it!!! And I don't need help stalking Alain! I need your help moving some furniture. Calem agreed to help me too but I need your help too. Aracel bought a piano online and I need help moving it into the house along with a bunch of other furniture that came today."

Said Guzma.

"Okay fine if it gets me out of this house."

Said Gladion.

"Make sure that Silvally does eat anything that isn't food! And I'm taking about the Piano!"

Said Guzma.

"I make no promises!"

Said Gladion Glaring at Silvally.

"Okay let's go now."

Said Guzma taking a slice of Pizza out of the fridge.

Finally Gladiom was gone and now we could leave. Lucas and I looked at each other and we were relived.

"I'm glad Guzma was able to get Gladion to help him move furniture."

Said Gary.

"Well enough chit chat let's go get Gladion's cake and present!"

Said Mina.

We all nodded and headed out into town.
