Aracel's POV
When we walked into the house Guzma smiled at Cynthia.

"So what do you think?"

Asked Guzma.

"It's a lovely home."

Said Cynthia while smiling.

I don't think I've actually seen Cynthia genuinely smile smile before.

"Glad you like it."

Said Guzma.

"Let's get you out of those old clothes and into some fresh ones."

I said.

Cynthia nodded and she quietly followed me up the stairs. I opened the door to my bedroom and tried to find her clothes that would fit.

Cynthia was already thin but she hadn't eaten in a while so now she just looks a lot younger and smaller than she already was.

"Here these should work. We'll try to get you some clothes of your own."

I said handing her a black t-shirt and a pair of jeans.

Cynthia nodded and she took the jeans and t-shirt.

"The bathroom is on the left. I know you'd probably want to get cleaned up."

I said.

She nodded and headed into the bathroom.

I sighed and plopped down on my bed.

"Man this is the definition of awkward."

I said while sighing.

"Hey it's me can I come in?"

Asked Thania from outside my room.

"Yeah sure."

I said.

"So I heard about Cynthia."

Said Thania.

"I used to hate her now I feel sorry for her mostly because my brother did this to her and it's out of my control and she has absolutely nothing! My brother took everything away from her and I feel bead because I don't know what I could do for her! Her own family even abandoned her!"

I shouted while burying my face in my pillow.

Thania sighed and then Calem and into the room.

"Is this a bad time?"

Asked Calem.

"What is it big brother?"

Asked Thania while sighing.

"You know what I'll just come back later but I have a question I Cynthia okay?"

Asked Calem.

"Yeah she's fine but she's lost everything and her own family won't take her in so Guzma's letting her stay at our place."

I said.

"What's it like having your enemy stay here?"

Asked Calem.

"Former enemy and it's very awkward. I think she's scared of me."

I said.

"Well you do have a big temper."

Said Calem.

I scowled and threw the pillow at Calem's face.

"I do not have a temper!"

I shouted.

"I'm only kidding!"

Said Calem while sweat dropping.

"Whatever Calem."

Said Thania while rolling her eyes.

"So Thania is it true that you took a new position as Coordeleana's elite four?"

I asked.

"Yeah. Their fourth member died of an illness and she was a fairy type trainer so Lillian asked me if I could take her position so I took it."

Said Thania.

"That's awesome Thania!"

Said Calem.

"So you're leaving your position in Sinnoh?"

I asked.

"This is only it until they find another trainer. Lillian said that it would be like subbing for a while because Coordeleana needs an elite four."

Said Thania.

"Okay well congrats!"

I said while smiling.

"Thanks!"

Said Thania while smiling.

"So Thania what do you think about this whole situation?!"

Asked Calem.

"As long as she's nice to you Aracel then I'm fine but if she isn't she better watch out!"

Said Thania.

"It's looking like she won't be mean. She seems extremely great full that Guzma offered for her to stay here. I could tell. Plus she's scared of me! It's obvious! I mean would you really be mean to someone you're terrified of?"

I asked.

"You've got a good point."

Said Calem.

"So she's taking the other guest room?"

Asked Calem.

"Yeah the room next to mine."

I said.

"I guess this means we have to take her clothes shopping she doesn't have the essentials so Guzma will have to buy a lot of it."

Said Thania.

"I told Guzma that I would help pay for her expenses and necessities. I'm going to take Lillian with me to help get her clothes."

I said.

"I don't think Lillian will want to after she spent hours of shopping with the girls and besides she and I haven't had a date in forever. So I'm taking her on a date to Cilan's resteraunt."

Said Calem.

"Aw how romantic!"

I said.

"So what about you and Alain?"

Asked Thania.

"What about me and Alain we're not even a thing yet!"

I said while putting my hands on my hips.

"So how's your plan to get Guzma and Plumeria together?"

Asked Calem.

"My Uncle's been flirting with her and she flirts back so as of right now it's been going good."

I said while smiling and giggling.

"So what did you get for Gladion?"

Asked Thania.

"I got him this."

I said pulling out a fire stone.

"Cool!"

Said Calem.

"You can guess what Mosty bought him."

I said.

"A fishing rod and a lure ball?"

Asked Thania.

"Yep Thania what about you?"

I asked.

"Well Wicke sent me a Fairy Type Memory because I asked her to."

Said Thania.

"That's cool."

Said Calem.

"Wasn't Wicke the only one who didn't go absolutely crazy at the Aether foundation?"

Asked Calem.

"She and Lusamine were the only sane ones at the Aether paradise because UB01's poison came from the portal when Colress opened it causing most of the Aether member's to go crazy even Colress himself went insane. I watched it all happen! after all I was one of Colress's experiments! He secretly kidnapped me behind Professor Mohn's back and used some of my DNA to make Type: Null."

Said Thania.

"Thania we already know this! Paul and Luke rescued you remember? This was about a year ago before Mohn's death."

Said Calem.

"Yeah I do but it's a blur."

Said Thania.

Thania was never the same after Colress had kidnapped her. Some of his modifications he made to Thania made her change at night.

He wanted to use Thania as the vessel for all the Nihelego but in the end the plans failed when Paul and Luke snuck in and rescued Thania.

At night Thania's entire appearance changed as well as her personality. So she wasn't exactly normal. Most people thought she was well weird while Silas took a huge liking to her to my Disgust.

"Let's just go down stairs and help Guzma make Cynthia a meal."

Said Calem.

"Because my Uncle can't cook ice make sure the food is edible."

I said.

They both nodded and headed downstairs. I heard the bathroom door open and Cynthia came out of the bathroom. Her blonde hair was damp but looked like it was almost dry.

She still had visible bruises and scratches on her face but she looked better. The shirt was a little big but it seemed to fit.

The pants were pretty baggy but they would work for the time being.

Her short blonde hair was no longer in tangles and she looked a little happier.

"Guzma, Thania and Calem are down stairs making you a meal. It'll be ready very soon. So in the meantime I'll show you your room."

I said.

Cynthia nodded and she followed me.

"Here this is your room it's right next to mine so if you need anything let me know and I'll get it for you."

I said.

She nodded and began to look around.

The room was painted white and had a yellow bedspread on it white a white flower pattern.

Then there were yellow laced curtains that hung and there was a white bedside table and a lamp sitting on the white table. Then in the corner there was a huge white bookshelf.

Then there was a desk with a few books with a pot of flowers. I could tell that the room was obviously done by Thania and Dawn my Uncle could've never pulled this off.

"So you like it. It was one of the many guest room but now it's your's. If you don't like the decorations we can change them."

I said.

"It's pretty. I really like it. I like it the way it is

Said Cynthia shyly while smiling.

"Good."

I said while smiling back at her.

"Hey Cynthia your meal is ready! And Aracel I need help with wrapping!"

Shouted Guzma from the kitchen.

Cynthia walked out of her room and walked down the stairs. I smiled and followed her downstairs so I could help Guzma wrap his gifts.

"Here I want you to eat all of this."

Said Guzma.

Cynthia looked at the table and there was food on the table enough for five people.

"Guzma I don't think she could eat all that and did you order take out and make meals?!"

I asked while putting my hands in my hips.

"I wasn't sure what she likes!"

Said Guzma.

"I think she would anything the girl hasn't eaten in three days!"

Said Calem.

"I'm not very picky."

Said Cynthia quietly.

"Well that's good because Calem is a very picky eater it's hard to feed this kid!"

Said Guzma.

"What's wrong with being picky?!"

Said Calem.

"You always have some kind of complaint at every meal!"

Said Guzma.

"Well he's not wrong."

Said Thania.

"Well Cynthia dig in!"

Said Guzma.

Cynthia sat down and she took a few things in her plate and sat down.

Then I heard Gladion and Alec coming into the house and Silvally came running in and saw Cynthia and ran to her.

Silvally sat down next to her on the floor and be laid his head on Cynthia's lap. Cynthia smiled and pet Silvally on the head.

"I've never seen this Pokemon before but it's very sweet."

Said Cynthia while putting him.

"Sweet some lunch I'm starving!"

Said Alec reaching to grab a sandwhich off of the sandwhich plate.

"Hey those aren't for you!"

Said Guzma slapping Alec's hand away from the plate.

"Ouch!"

Shouted Alec pulling his stinging hand away.

Alec looked at Cynthia and then he smiled.

"Hey Guzma who's the new girl?"

Asked Alec.

"This is Cynthia. She's staying at our house for a while."

Said Guzma.

"Oh I'm Alec."

Said Alec while smiling at her.

"And I'm Gladion and that's my partner Silvally."

Said Gladion.

"Oh so that's what it's called. I've never heard of it before."

Said Cynthia while petting Silvally.

"Yeah and he eats everything in sight."

Said Gladion.

Silvally grabbed a sandwhich off of Cynthia's plate and went running.

"Hey that's not your's!"

Shouted Gladion.

"Really?!"

Shouted Guzma.

"I'm really sorry I'm still training it."

Said Gladion sounding embarrassed.

"No it's okay. There's enough food for at least five people I don't mind sharing."

Said Cynthia while smiling.

"You need to eat you haven't in three days so eat as much as you would like."

Said Guzma.

Cynthia smiled and took a bite of the pasta on her plate. Even though the girl was absolutely starving she ate slowly and used her manners.

"So where was she living before?"

Asked Gladion.

I pulled him aside and whispered in his ear.

"It's a long story but she was living out of the streets for a while."

Said Aracel.

"She looks familiar is she the girl that supposedly committed some crimes."

Said Gladion.

"Cynthia was framed by my this kid named Silas. Cynthia was released when her innocence was proved but after that whole fiasco she lost everything and her family even abandoned her and when she was arrested the police confiscated her Pokemon and she lost all her money and her house. She couldn't even go back to Sinnoh because she couldn't afford a plane ticket. It would probably be worse for her if she were in Sinnoh people just the people here give her a hard time and treat her horribly imagine how the people in Sinnoh would treat her. She was at the police station to turn in money she found on the streets. They were going to lock her up because she had no identification but Guzma stepped in and said that he would take her in."

I said.

"Wow I feel bad for her. So she doesn't even have a Pokemon?"

Asked Gladion.

"No she doesn't and her own family abandoned her. That's why Guzma took her in."

I said.

"Wow I feel bad for her."

Said Gladion.

"Hey Gladion and Alec. Paul texted me and he says that he wants you to pick up some groceries for him then to come back home."

Said Calem from the kitchen.

"Okay. Silvally lets go!"

Said Gladion

Silvally went running and he followed Alec and Gladion out the front door.

"It was nice to meet you Cynthia."

Said Gladion while leaving.

Cynthia waved goodbye and continued to eat her pasta.

"Hey Cynthia we'll take you shopping to get clothes and the essentials tomorrow how does that sound?"

Asked Guzma.

"That sounds good."

Said Cynthia while she nodded and smiled at Guzma.

"Okay good. I want you to come with us Gladion's surprise birthday party. We're all going together."

Said Guzma.

"But I didn't get him a gift."

Said Cynthia who sounded concerned.

"It's okay Cynthia I bet he would just be happy to see all of us."

I said.

"Okay."

Said Cynthia shyly.

"Okay good. We're going to go ahead and head to Paul's house very soon so we can help with the finishing touches so be ready to leave in a few minutes."

Said Guzma.

Cynthia nodded and she brought her plate to the sink and slipped on her old shoes. I gathered all of our gifts and we all walked out the front door and headed to Paul's house.
