The last project was over, so I started writing a new one. While I was working boss came in with someone I have never seen before. She looked so pretty.
„She is so pretty." the men in the room all whispered.

„I want to introduce you guys to your new colleague Han Yunhee."
„Hello everyone my name is Han Yunhee I hope we all get along and I am excited to work with everyone."

„Seems like she is taking your place." a colleague next to me said.
„Why?"
„She is prettier than you." I rolled my eyes.
„I don't come to work to look pretty. But even if we don't come to work to look good you should work on your appearance and hygiene."

Boss came over to me and I got up.
„Sowon can you help her out when she needs help?"
„Of course I can." I said.
„Thank you so much." he said and left me alone with her.
„Hi my name is Sowon." I held out my hand and she took it.
„Nice to meet you."
„Let me think about your desk..." I looked at the desk where Jeonghan always sat and suddenly I was missing him so much."
„Is something wrong?"
„No! Not at all. You can take the desk in front of me."
„You can design it however you like."

„Did you get instructions what you should do?" I asked her.
„No boss only said that you will give me something."
„Alright. Then I need help with this project. I need you to research a little bit. Find out if someone else already released this idea or not. If not than we can present it to boss." she nodded and I took my phone and walked out for a bit.

I looked at Jeonghan's number and was about to dial it but there was no need he called me himself.

„Hello?"
„Ohhh you sound so excited did something good happen?" he asked me and I just smiled.
„I was missing you so I walked out to call you but you called me before I could."
„Wahhh that makes me feel happy. I am glad I am not the only one missing you." he said.

„What were you doing?" I asked.
„I was organizing my desk. While I was away someone else used it and they put everything in a drawer. I was so angry today but now I feel much better."

„Because of me?"
„Of course because of you."
„When I think about it I never saw you get angry. You were cold and distant in high school but you never really exploded like screaming and so on."
„Oh of course I can't show you such an ugly side of me. You will never see me explode like that when you are with me so don't worry."
„That's good if you don't want to see my ugly side." I joked and he laughed.

„What were you doing?"
„I was working on a new project."
„Already? Aren't you working too hard?"
„Maybe? But I am ok I love doing this so it's not hard for me."
„That's ok then. As long as you have fun. Still don't forget to rest in between."
„I won't. Especially now that we got a new colleague I can rest even more. She walked in today and she is so pretty."

„I doubt she is prettier than you."
„That's not the point. I had to give her a desk and the desk where you sat was available so I gave it to her but my heart hurted so much. I missed you so much that I quickly gave her work so I can call you."

„You have to stop Sowon. Or else I am walking out of here and coming over to your company."
„Are you crazy? You can't!" I laughed.
„After what you said, I want to hug you so badly."

„Sowon?" I turned around and it was Yunhee.
„Yes?"
„I need help with some parts. Did I disturb?"
„No not all all I am on my way." she nodded and walked away.

„I will talk to you later."
„Alright take care."

Jeonghan P.O.V

I hang up and was in deep in thoughts.
„That voice earlier..." it seemed so familiar. I am sure I know that voice from somewhere...

„I hope everyone had a nice weekend. Here is a new chapter to end it." 🩷
