Ryoma POV:

"You're related at each other?" I was so surprised to see Mirai beside Atobe. Atobe seemed to be surprised that I already know her but he just smiled.

Mirai smiled, went closer to me and kissed my lips. "H-how?" Most of my team mates were looking at us after seeing her kiss me.

"Even you play together and you win, my brother wouldn't allow you to be happy with another woman," she told me.

In my anger, I pushed her away from me. "Kisama!!! MIRAI!!! I am not yours anymore!!!"

Then, she shouted to me, "Do you want your team mates to know what kind of relationship we had before!!?! If you don't want to, then... Win this game against me and not against my brother!" his gray eyes and gray hair that she inherited from her parents were really beautiful that it seems to be something I want to forget but is haunting me now.

"We'll cancel this tennis battle between you and the Atobes, young master," Tezuka Kunimitsu-senpai held his hand, right to his chest and bowed. "It seems that the Masters of both houses, Echizen Jiroh-sama and Atobe Kizaku-sama are coming in this school."

All of us were astounded.

There's nothing I can do now.

I am trapped in oblivion.

Is there even a way I could escape this surprising turn of events?

I don't want to end up like Shinichiro...

My great grandfather remarried and had pained his legitimate son because of it. "I'm leaving the Tennis Team for a week, Senpai," I told him.

"Ryoma-sama!" he called out to me but I just walked in silence.

Why.... Why did I choose to become an heir if I can't marry the woman in my dreams?

Suddenly, I heard Mirai crying.

I was already out of the Tennis courts and when I looked down, I saw her calling out to me with her knees on the ground. Atobe Keigo is furious because of it. He was about to collar me when suddenly, Momo-senpai came and collared him. "Hey, rich kid! I don't know what is happening here but I won't allow any violence in this school!" he told him.

Atobe smirked and took his right hand away from his shirt.

"Monkey King," I whispered.

Atobe looked at me and asked, "Ahn?"

"I'm trapped, isn't it?" I told him. 

No matter how I wish not to become my great grandfather.... I may just end up like him...

Sakuno... Ryuzaki Sakuno!!!

"Trapped? You make me laugh, Echizen Ryoma. Sakuno and their family business will be safe as long as you obey us. Most of all, it is your fate to marry my dear sister. Your real parents contracted with us that even if they die, their son would marry the Atobes' heir," he told me.

"What is actually happening, Ryoma?" Momo-senpai asked me.

"What is happening? Hn! A commoner wouldn't understand!" I spoke.

Fuji-senpai came and opened his blue eyes. "Ryoma, you need to be honest with us! Who is she?"

I stared down at the sky and told them with tears flowing down my cheeks, "It is understandable I fell in-love with her ten years ago when I was just in junior highschool. I saved her against men who wanted to hurt her. It was my first brawl and I never will brawl again. Seeing her eyes made me happy but after a few months, she left me alone. She never had any contact with me after that until I realized that I could hurt Sakuno because of my first love. Sakuno!!!" tears fell bitterly in my eyes.

It is so painful.

Suddenly, I felt her hugging me and kept saying, "Forgive me!!! Forgive me!!!"

"I'm not yours anymore, ATOBE MIRAI!!!" I didn't mean to shout at her. I deserve the punch her brother, Keigo gave me after I shouted those mean words. I could clearly see the sadness in Mirai's eyes but I could see more of Ryuzaki Sakuno's despair and suffering.

"ECHIZEN RYOMA!!! Are you forgetting that our families want both of you to marry? If you disobey and act odd, there'll be trouble for Ryuzaki Enterprises?" Atobe Keigo reminded me.

How could I forget?

Am I being selfish?

If I marry, I would destroy myself.

I looked down at myself and pulled out the golden necklace from my neck, surprising everyone but then, Tezuka-senpai grabbed my front collar and slapped me using the back of his hand. "TAKING IT OFF WON'T MEAN A THING ANYMORE!!! YOU HAVE ALREADY ACCEPTED THE FATE AS AN ECHIZEN HEIR!!! REMEMBER YOUR REASONS FOR ACCEPPTING< RYOMA!!!!"

At first, accepting is a good thing.

I made my father, Nanjiroh, happy.

But secrets of the pasts slowly haunts me and were unraveled.

It was now hard to breathe as I go deep down the depths of the sea.... darker and darker it becomes as I drown in my own sadness. 

There are people trying to catch me and take me away from drowning but it seems the only way to save me from this sadness is when Sakuno comes to rescue me.

A commotion soon came until Coach Ryuzaki have already noticed it and ordered everyone to leave. After that, she faced me. I fell on my knees while my tears won't stop falling. 

"Forgive us. We cannot do anything for both you and Sakuno. Do not worry, we'll do something about it," she smiled at me and dried my tears.

Suddenly, when I looked everywhere, I felt like I was back inside the train. I stood up, my eyes were widened with fear as a fierce waves enter the train where I was standing. 

Where is Sakuno? Where is she? I need to find her. I need to protect her. I need to save her from the disaster engulfing us. This tsunami won't separate us!!!

My world seemed to be in a big twirl and slowly, broke apart the roof of the train.

Sakuno POV:

When I went to the tennis courts to find Ryoma, I saw Ryoma shaking with fear while his team mates, Coach Ryuzaki and the Atobes were confounded on what is happening to him. He was screaming in pain and fear. He is screaming my name!!! I ran quickly to catch him and tell him everything is alright!!!

I know! I know what is happening around him again.

He is seeing the tragedy that almost took my beloved's soul... the tragedy which I thought he has already moved on with. I have to be with him. His trauma is reacting again after several months.

I could clearly see that Atobe Mirai doesn't know what is happening around him.

I was late when I came in contact with him. He had already lost his consciousness. Tezuka-senpai caught him before he fell on the ground.

I fell on my knees and held his right hand. Tears slowly run down my eyes. Tezuka-senpai forbid the Atobes to interfere with us. "What... is... happening?" Mirai asked. I know that she knows me. We were bestfriends before.

"Do you really believe I stole him from you, Mirai?" I angrily asked her.

Her hair covered her eyes. "You can never do that, Sakuno but I can't leave him staying with you."

After a while, Atobe Kizaku, their father, Echizen Shuichiro and Echizen Jiroh came. They were confused why Ryoma was lying unconscious in Tezuka-senpai's arm. "What happened?" asked Echizen Jiroh-sama. He's a doctor and I know that from the tone of his voice, he had an idea already. Tezuka-senpai cannot answer,. and so, I was the one who who told them. "His weakness, his past had returned to haunt him again, Jiroh-sama!" I cried. Tears run down my eyes while holding his right hand.

All of them except the Atobes were surprised. "Doiuo iminano?" Mirai asked us.

Jiroh-sama answered her, "Please leave the couple alone, Kizaku!!! We all know that I am against the contract his real parents signed!!! No one could help him nor calm him down in his situation, right now!"

"TELL US WHAT IS HAPPENING!!!" shouted Atobe KIzaku.

"He was present in the disaster that destroyed Iwate Prefecture, Atobe Kizaku. I do not want to blame anyone but the sadness engulfed him and made him remember that day. Please, leave them alone," Echizen Jiroh said.

"He was in Iwate when that disaster came?" he was so surprised.

"And not just him, KIzaku. Sakuno was there, too!"" screamed Echizen Shuichiro.

After all that, Kizaku laughed and grinned, "Then, let Ryoga marry Mirai, Shuichiro. Wasn't he one of your heirs? The real heir of Echizen Brothers Corporation?"

Jiroh looked at his brother in surprise.

"URUSAI KIZAKU!!!" yelled Shuichiro.
