Hello my fellow reader's...I just wanted to say that I had an anxiety attack at school today. It started in my second block, Which is Citizenship with my teacher,Mr.Lazzari.
I started to panic yet had no reasons as of to why i was panicking.
It scared me. I didn't want to leave but I needed to tell someone And so I did. And I was sent to the office and then to the nurse and then to a social worker. I stayed there for over 2 hours and my mom picked me up and now I'm home. I am supposed to be at school in my last class for the day but instead I'm at home.8'(
