Something about the joy you'd display upon your face made me feel happier than I could express. All it took was for you to crack a kind-hearted smile to cause me to return your smile, the energy that radiated off your happiness was contagious and I miss it.

Now all I receive are small, depressing frowns that claw at my heart. I want to shatter at the way things have changed. It seems as if a rain cloud is hung above your head every day now and I can't produce the sunshine needed to rid of it.

The only way I can see your smile now is from pictures but I long for more, I want, need to see your smile. All it took was that simple curve of the lips to make my entire day.

It doesn't have to be meant for me; I just need a glimpse of it one last time. 

I wrote this cuz I wanted to make people get real emotional over my work but damn was I dramatic with it
