Rowan's P.O.V

I smiled, as I moved to kiss Jeremy as he wrapped his arms around me.

"Are you ready to go for our swim?"

"I'm ready, baby."

I smiled, as I took his hand and led him into the bedroom. I quickly changed into a black bikini, which he pulled on a pair of swim trunks. We grabbed two towels, and headed out to the pool.

We swam for a little while, but Jeremy had other things on his mind, and when he got that way, he acted like a teenager.

"You are a rascal, Jeremy Renner."

"Well you married me... so..."

"So, you're going to get us in trouble."

He just laughed as he pulled me into a kiss.

"Come on, baby. Let's get out of the pool and go to bed."

I just smiled, as I followed Jeremy out of the pool. It didn't take us too long to get dried off, and headed to the bedroom, and locked the door behind us.

The next morning, I woke up in a tangle of limbs, and sheets. Jeremy and I didn't get a lot of sleep, but it was worth it. I had to rush to get ready, before going out to shoot a few more stunts that needed to be done, last minute. Annie stayed with Jeremy, and I had just finished a stunt when my phone rang.

"Hello?"

"Rowan..."

"Jeremy, what's wrong?"

"I need you to come home."

He sounded worried, and that was never good.

"Jeremy, what's going on?"

"I don't know... I blacked out, after Annie went down for her nap, and I've got a gash on my arm, I don't remember getting..."

"I'll be home as soon as I can. Half an hour tops. Call a sitter, and then I'm taking you to the hospital."

"Okay..."

"I love you."

"Love you, too."

I ran to find Ming-na to let her know what was going on.

"Rowan, where's the fire?"

"I have to get home to Jeremy. He blacked out... I have to get him to the doctors."

"I understand. I'll cover for you."

"Thank you."

"Call me when you know something."

"I will."

I gave her a quick hug, before running off the lot and to my jeep. The drive home was horrible, and it scared me not knowing what was going on with Jeremy. I decided to call Anna Daniels on the way home.

"Doctor Anna Daniels."

"Anna, it's Rowan. I need you to meet me at the hospital. Jeremy blacked out, and ended up with a deep cut on his arm. I'm worried something is wrong..."

"I'll meet you there, and we should be able to run some tests to try and figure out what happened."

"Thank you. We should be there soon."

I hung up as I pulled into the driveway, and I ran into the house.

"Jeremy!"

I found him in the living room, and he'd blacked out again. The sitter arrived a moment later to say with Annie, and I got Jeremy awake and on his feet. We loaded into the jeep, and I was freaking out the whole time. He slipped in and out while I drove, and I had to bite back tears. Anna and her team met us just outside the Emergency Room and quickly took him inside. I just trailed behind, and collapsed in a chair, in the waiting room, until Anna came to get me.

"Rowan, he's stable now. You can come see him."

"What happened to him?"

"He lost a lot of blood from that wound, he opened a vein when he got the gash... As well as it appears that he had a severe allergic reaction, that caused him to black out."

I was stunned as I walked with her.

"He's not allergic to anything...But blood loss also caused the black out, right?"

"Yes, it did. I think I have an idea of what happened but I have to do a few more tests, before saying for sure."

"Okay, thank you Anna. He really had me worried..."

"I'm glad you got him here so soon. He's lucky he has you."

I just smiled, as I nodded and walked into Jeremy's room. He was propped up with several pillows, and smiled when he saw me.

"Hey baby..."
I smiled as I went over and kissed him.

"You had me so worried about you."

"I'm sorry... I don't know how..."

I could tell he was on something for pain, as well as the allergic reaction, and they were not helping him think too well.

"It's okay, Jeremy. You're safe, and that's all that matters. Get some rest, and we can always talk later."

"Thanks, baby."

"You're welcome."

I gave him another kiss, and it wasn't long before he was sound asleep. It was good to know he would rest peacefully for a little while.
