Bendy had been acting really skittish lately. He hardly came out of his room and even started avoiding me.

I thought we were friends. Did I do or say something wrong? Why won't he talk to me about it?

I went to Boris to see if he knew what was up.

"Golly Sam, I wish I knew. But don't take it too hard"

"But, he has me so worried Boris. I don't know what's gotten into him"

"I'm sure it's nothing. He might just be going through some phase. Give it some time and I'm sure he'll be right back at your side"

"*sigh* Alright, thanks Boris"

I walked off not knowing anything more than I already did.

Sudden screaming and shouting came from the recording room.

"WATCH WHAT THE HELL YOU'RE DOING THERE ANGEL!" Bendy shouted.

"I WOULDN'T HAVE TRIPPED IF YOU WATCHED WHERE YOUR TAIL WAS TWERP!" Alice shouted back.

I slammed open the door as he shouted at her again.

"I CAN'T HELP IT DAMNIT! YOU KNOW THAT-"

"WHAT?! THAT YOU'RE IN HEAT!"

Bendy's in heat? Well, now that explains a lot.

"SHUT YOUR TRAP ALICE OR SAM WILL-"

"Hear you?" I asked leaning against the doorframe.

"Uhh....S-Sammie! How long have you been standing there?" He shook.

His sephia colored skin was red to the tips of his horns. He trembled in his boots as he looked up at me.

He looked terrified. It was like he was looking at a horror film villain.

"Long enough. You've been avoiding me for the past week. This is the closest I've gotten to you in four days" I sat down on one of the stools.

Alice took the hint that I needed to speak privately with Bendy and shut the door behind her as she left.

"Why didn't you just come to me about your problem?"

"I was afraid you'd laugh at me or never want to go anywhere near me again"

"Bendy, all week I had thought that I did something wrong. I thought you were angry or upset with me. You really hurt my feelings"

"I'm sorry toots! I didn't mean to make you feel bad! I just- I just didn't want to make a damn fool out of myself!" He started bawling.

"Come here sweetie" I said picking him up and cradling him against me.

He buried his little face into my chest and hugged me tight.

"Come on, I'll tell Joey that you need some personal time off and you can just stay at home with me this weekend"

"Okay, thanks Sammie. I love ya"

"I love ya too Bendy"
