Oh, to be a seagull,
Floating in the sea.
I've got all the worries in the world
But the water's set me free.

Ah, to be a seagull!
Soaring in the air,
I've got all the worries I could have
But cannot seem to care.

So, to be a seagull...
On the beach at sunrise.
Strutting proudly, chest puffed out
Snatching people's fries.

What a small, happy life
As I watch majestic eagles,
And yet I am far superior,
For I am a seagull
