Introduction

As life begins memories begin. As life goes on, memories fade away. Life's Mystery Door is about a mysterious door and room that shows me my past (forgotten memories), my present (strong memories), and my future ( not yet experienced memories)

Yesterday my life was meant to be an open book today is just the unsolved mystery my life has evolved into.

It started yesterday I was getting ready for school in the morning when I found this old key. I wondered what it was for. A few days passed and my curiosity grew stronger. Prom came and as I was looking for a dress suddenly a door showed up and I remembered the key.

I shoved it in and twisted the key till I heard a click. I jumped in surprise and plopped onto my bed. It was almost time to leave so I took out the key, a dress, then slammed the door shut. I called for my mom to go to prom. As I was there I was trying not to think about the door. But my imagination got the best of me.

I started seeing the door everywhere. I got more and more anxious thinking, "Will the door let a bad thing out? Will it effect my life or will it hurt my family? Is it some kind of good spirit?" I just didn't realize that one of these questions was going to be true. As prom ended so did my imagination.

I knew I was going home so I got even more scared but excited. When we got home I ran to my room and locked the door. I grabbed the key and rummaged through the closet picking out clothes randomly trying to find the door. I started throwing my shoe boxes and ps's and wiis until I finally found the door.

I quickly grabbed the key and once again shoved, turned, then 'click'. I opened it slowly and walked into the room. The door shut but I didn't notice. "Wow...", I exclaimed, "...there's blackness for miles." Out of nowhere I start seeing these video-like structures. It was from my childhood.
