"Aw, you're so cute"

Even now, when it had became one of the running inside-jokes between us, I still don't know how it started. {Tiger} and I were just sitting in science class one day back in 7th grade when she had first said it.

"No I'm not" I mumbled through the corner of my mouth, part of my mind wandering off and leaving the other half to fend for itself.

"Okay, you're adorable then" She stated, like it was as much of a fact of life as saying the sun is bright or that snow is cold.

I denied that one as well, confusion ebbing into my voice as I paid more attention now that my mind wasn't in the clouds again.

"Fine. You're hot" She retorted, a small laugh bubbling up from her chest as she noticed my flustered puzzlement.

A didn't know what was happening, so I resorted while snorting out a laugh in return. I then answered with an "As if".

{Tiger}'s lips pulled upwards into a large, mischievous grin as she formed finger-guns with both her hands, "You're right; You're sexy~"
