Vanessa's POV

I woke up in a strange room, I bolted upright, my face was throbbing desperately, from what I can remember the three of us were on the way back from Australia to see our family, and in some part between then and now I fell.

I reached my hand up to feel my nose, My arms had wires and tubes injected in them, I felt my nose but it was covered by something, it was hard as if someone had replaced it with a rock.

Roni entered the room with a cup of coffee, I looked at her confused, as soon as she saw me she dropped her cup on the ground,

"You're awake!" She shouted excitedly.

"What?" I asked

"Nessa remember in the airport, you fell and hurt your nose?" She asked concerned,

"Yes,... well kinda, but what am I doing here?" I questioned confused,

"Well... long story short after you broke your nose it bled for so long that your system lost too much blood and you were rushed to hospital" she explained

"Oh ok... WAIT I BROKE MY NOSE!" I shrieked upset, feeling my nose again, it was a cast on my nose!

"Don't worry it's removable, but they said it's safe to have it on for at least 3-4 weeks" Roni stated calmly

I couldn't get over the fact I BROKE my nose!

Roni must have noticed how upset I was, "hey Nessa don't worry, you'll be ok, you're being discharged tomorrow anyway" she told me softly.

"Oh but Roni my poor nose" I said feeling the cast, electric shocks of pain shooting through my face causing me to wince.

"Oh wow wait, don't touch it! It's severely damaged!" Roni shouted at me holding in a laugh,

why was she laughing?

"Nessa the doctors said you still have anesthetic in your system" Roni giggled

"What's anathetic?" I asked confused

"Anesthetic, they used it to make you go to sleep so you wouldn't feel them injecting your nose"

"Ohhhh so I'm kinda like Kim K now?" I said seriously, Which somehow caused Roni to burst out laughing, again!

"No Nessa they wanted to numb your nose to crack it back into place" she laughed

"THEY CRACKED MY NOSE" I shrieked cringing which somehow made her laugh AGAIN!

Veronica's POV

I don't think I've ever laughed so much in my life! Yes I know I should feel sympathetic for her but everything she says is in utter confusion or certainty.

She thought she was like Kim Kardashian having her nose injected!

"Roni what's wrong with my nose" she asked feeling it,

"Nessa I told you that you broke it!" I laughed even harder

"Oh yeah" she chuckled

She then attempted to stand and that did not end well,

"OW" she screamed as she hit the ground.

"Oh Nessa be careful please?" I giggled helping her back up.

"I blame it on the anathetic!" She shouted.

"Anaesthetic" I corrected her trying to contain my laughter once again.

Just then someone entered the room and put their hands on my shoulders,

"What's all this laughter about?" He asked, I turned my head to see James, I gazed into his eyes

"Just Nessa" I chuckled

"No it's the Anathetic!" She shouted

"It's ANESTHETIC!" I chuffed not able to contain myself any longer.
