"Come on, let's get inside!" Rex called to us as we all jumped out of the speeder and rushed into the base.

"The suspect has killed three clones. Code red. If you see the target, shoot to kill." Fox ordered his men. Anakin, Rex and I ran around the corner to find three dead clones and Commander Fox standing over them.

"Delay that order, commander fox." Anakin instructed.

"She's killed troopers." Fox argued against Anakin's orders.

"I know Commander Tano. She would never do something like this." Rex argued back.

"These are definitely lightsaber cuts" I noted, inspecting the dead clones before us.

"Then who did?" Fox voiced the important question to Rex's statement.

"Quiet!" Anakin shoved back both men and stepped through. "Ahsoka! It's me, anakin. Stop running." Anakin called out through the echo of the halls, hoping she would hear his plea.

"You can't help me, master. Someone's setting me up." She replied and I could hear the hurt in her tone.

"I believe you, Ahsoka." Anakin told her.

"But no one else will." She replied again.

"Keep searching until we find her. Rex, call security. Tell them we need to search the entire base. Now!" Anakin ran off again in search of his Padawan.

"General Skywalker has just issued an all-points bulletin on Commander Ahsoka Tano. She's killed three clones and should be considered armed and dangerous." Rex reported to the troopers over the comm channel. I shot him a look of sadness for our friend before we had rushed off together to find Anakin and help find Ahsoka.

"All right, don't lose her. We'll be right there." Fox spoke into his com link as Anakin, Rex and I had joined them in the hanger.

"What's going on?" Anakin asked from behind, startling the clone painted in red. "We've found her. She's heading towards the industrial pipeline." Fox reported the situation to us.

"Set weapons to stun. I want her alive!" Anakin led them into the fight that would surely arise within the next few moments. "Do not shoot to kill. Do not shoot to kill!" Anakin ordered sternly as we ran in the rain, watching the gunships take off in her direction.

"Try to box her in. Don't let her escape. Tell me what you see, oddball." I ordered the 212th pilot who I had served with before.

"She's moving west along the central viaduct." Oddball reported back after a few moments. "All right, we got her now." They opened the doors and clones shot at her from there, attempting to stun her. The padawan managed to deflect back or dodge every shot taken towards her. She was cornered when we arrived, but the look of pure fear in her eyes when she looked at us already told us that she wasn't staying long enough to get caught.

"Ahsoka!" Anakin called as she jumped up and away once more, cutting a hole in the pipes and climbing inside to escape.

Troopers had flooded into the pipelines to search for her while Anakin and I followed, rushing to get to her before the troopers did. He had shut his eyes momentarily and we both felt her through the force. I gave him a nod as he ran off to find her, letting him know I would hold off the clones.

"This way boys!" I called out, faking them out as I led them away from her.

"General skywalker, where are you?" Rex called out once his brothers had ran off on a wild goose chase.

"This way" I moved swiftly past Rex, leading him towards the duo. Just as we rounded the corner Ahsoka sent us both a look of worry, jumping back out of the pipeline into the lower levels of the planet. I pushed past Anakin, looking over the edge to see she had safely landed on a transport below, sighing as I knew she was safe for now.

"After further investigation, there can be little doubt that the clone officers murdered in the escape were killed by none other than Ahsoka Tano herself. She used a Jedi mind trick to convince the clone to open the door and then proceeded to cut him down along with five other clones along the way." Tarkin explained to the council over hologram transmission.My arms were crossing against my chest as I let out a quiet scoff at his statement.

"I do not believe that Ahsoka could have fallen so far." Plo spoke his opinion on the fugitive who we had all been close to.

"The beliefs of the Jedi Council are irrelevant. We deal strictly in facts and evidence, and the evidence points to Padawan Tano being guilty of the attack on the temple and the murder of the Republic officers. This is sedition." Tarkin stated before ending the transmission.

"Skywalker, was there no way to stop your Padawan before she escaped?" Ki Adi Mundi asked Anakin who stood beside me in front of the council of Masters, discussing the matter at hand.

"No, Master Mundi." Anakin promised though you both knew he was lying to protect her.

"The Council believes that Ahsoka may be guilty of the crime, still believe they are wrong, do you, hmm?" Yoda gurgled his question to us both.

"I believe she didn't kill the clone troopers or the woman who used the nano-droids to blow up the temple. That's why she's running. To prove her innocence." Anakin explained her actions and his point of view.

"It would make most sense for her to run to try and prove herself as she feels no one here will help her. This is her only way to prove her innocence because she can't work the case if she is caught" I continued on the thought, stating the facts.

"Now she's in the lower levels. With her skills, she will be hard to find." Windu noted.

"Two teams we will send. Master Skywalker and Master Plo Koon, with clones you will go." Yoda said.

"I think it would be best if Skywalker stayed here. Having you involved may actually make things worse. Jayko will be a good replacement." Windu sighed.

"Master Windu, with all due respect, she is my Padawan." Anakin growled.

"The reason for you not to go." Mace grimly spoke.

"I think we're being foolish if we take Anakin off this mission. Who knows her better?" Obi Wan pointed out from his hologram form.

"He's emotionally tied to her. Probably too emotional to do what needs to be done." Windu countered.

"I'd rather capture Ahsoka and find out the truth than let her run because of a lie." Anakin told them strictly, growing more frustrated with the council.

"You must prove to us that you will stay focused. Can you?" Yoda asked.

"I've already alerted security on the lower levels to be on the lookout for Ahsoka." Anakin explained.

"Go swiftly then, Skywalker, and bring back this lost child before it is too late." Yoda told him. "Go with them you will, Jayko" Yoda also agreed with Windus suggestion of taking you on the mission as well.

"Yes, Master." The duo left the council with me to find Ahsoka.

"The lower level police claim to have spotted Commander Tano heading to level 1312." Rex reported to us as we stood together on the gunships entering the lower levels.

"All right, let's bring her home." Anakin ordered out. Holding on tightly to the straps above our heads we all looked out of the open doors in search of our close friend. "Shine the light over there." Anakin pointed to a docking bay. They followed instructions and put the light on Ahsoka who stood with Ventress.

"Stay where you are!" A clone called over the speaker, alerting and causing Ahsoka to panic. Anakin jumped down as a ray shield was put up between them, the two women escaping the scene.

"Ventress" Anakin sneedered when he spotted her. "Send out the probes. I want them found now!" Anakin ordered back up to us in the gunship that hovered over the platform.

"Calling all units. Suspicious activity on level 1315." Rexs com link buzzed and he looked at Anakin and I in the gunship with a nod that it was probably the missing Padawan.

Rushing over just in time, we watched as Wolffe had stunned Ahsoka and she laid still on the concrete. Anakin rushed to her side immediately as I stood beside Master Plo, still in shock over the whole event.

"Explosives. These are the same types of nano-droids that were used to blow up the Jedi Temple." Wolffe noted.

"Is it true, Lyra?" Anakin looked up at me for a second opinion, trusting me.

"Well.." I started hesitantly.

"Is it true, Lyra?" Anakin repeated sternly, wanting an honest answer.

"Yes, these are the same Nano droids" I noted sadly with a low nod of my head.

"I can't believe it." Anakin commented. He had picked up his Padawan and we moved back to the gunships where we called Yoda as Rex and Wolffe kept Ahsoka upright in her seat, still unconscious.

"Captured she has been?"

"Yes, Master Yoda." Plo responded as I sent Ahsoka a sad look, pitying what would happen to her next.

"Without incident?" Yoda asked.

"No, she was subdued by the clones and found in possession of explosive nano-droids." Plo answered again, the rest of us too shocked to speak.

"It still doesn't explain Ventress's involvement. We saw her with Ahsoka. I think there's more going on than we know." Anakin explained, finding his voice again and speaking up.

"By Ahsoka or against her?" Mace asked from beside Yoda.

"That remains to be seen." Plo said.

"We're bringing her back to the temple." Anakin told them.

"Let's just hope we can keep her here." Windu cut off.
