dOOOOOD OKI SO Matt switched Gilbert the Baritone out for another, and I actually lowkey cried when the drum major told me that Gilbert is dead (as a joke)

aND THEN I GOT DIED CUZ I GOT REMINDED OF HOW MY GIL DIES A BRUTAL SUDDEN DEATH AND XAVIER BE SUPER DUPER SAD AND IM JUST

But yee, GilVier is retired in the band room <3

Also, I was talking to some people and the topic of relationship jazz came up and me and one other person never had one, and I said "I dont even want anything intense in a relationship like that, I just wanta hold a child's hand" and the other seventh grader and I died laughing cuz that sounded wrong and the other two weren't listening to me XDXDD

Everyone really wanted to go out to see the eclipse and Im just there like "oki yee the eclipse is cool but Im chill" but then at the end I actually went out to see it with someone else's glasses thing and I was just "oh snap, that's actually really cool"

I got a rolling backpack for the school year cuz my shoulders still hurt from last year B3

I still havent done anything with my other backpack since 9th grade ended
