My younger cousin likes to watch Disney Channel, so we ended up watching it quite a bit

Most of their ads are more entertaining of course, but then there was this one advertisement that stuck out to me

So this one character in a TV show has anxiety and gets panic attacks, and there was an advertisement that had that character and the character's adult friend talking about how people with anxiety should not worry about coming to friends or family for support and that people who know others with anxiety should help and support them when they need it

And it just made me rlly happy cause it's a channel for kiddos, and it makes them aware of something they could help out with, or something they can do if they're having trouble

Mental illness awareness makes a 10/10 on my list, and the character has a pretty accurate description of someone with anxiety while keeping his individuality

Public awareness of these issues just makes me so happy 💛💛
