I got this and I'm super excite~

I did get gravel and tank decor, but the gravel is neon bright, which will stress the fish out since it came with an LED light thing with multiple colors?? It's really cool, but it can be trippy for le fishu, so it'll only be used for short periods of time if at all, but I really like how the tank fits in my room

The tank decor I got was also pretty cool, but after checking it out, I realized it would've torn up the fish fins. Something similar happened to our goldfish when my mom decided to get a plastic plant thing foe them, but I took it out the next day cause they were all torn up

I'm really excited for le fishu tho, I've been saying repeatedly that "I'm gonna be a great fish pappi"

My mom said we can go out either tomorrow or the next day to get fishu, but we're gonna hafta return the two things and get healthier alternatives, so I might end up waiting a bit longer so I can make sure enough good bacteria gets settled in for fishu to live happily

Fishu is gonna be precious

Expect a bunch of pictures for when the tank is set up and when fishu comes home

I got a free sample of water conditioner and food from somewhere, I think it's from the box with the aquarium, maybe the heater, idk, but anyways, the water conditioner says to put 5ml per one 10 gallon tank

I have a 2.5 gallon tank

And there's 15ml in the tiny package apparently, so it'd be good for 30 gallons

So it'd be good for 12 full water changes, but if I do a 50% water change each time - including when I use the first change for the first batch of water - that means I'd have enough for 23 water changes

Internet talked a lot about pH and crap, so I may or may not pick something up for that

I'm gonna make sure I'm a good fish pappi

I even put a fresh new clean sponge in front of the filter so that the water flow wouldn't give fishu any trouble swimming~

I also got Animal Crossing: New Leaf, and guess what I named my town~
