I was digging through my photos on my iPad, and I came across this~~

I wrote this up in mere minutes after thinking of it while practicing for District Band, and now this has become Spirits Soar, taking place in the Upper NW Cutoff of Qesald, in the world of Zescoiter.

I have a heavy heart for certain dates, and when I found this up, I nearly cried, honestly

This literally went from a fluffy fanfiction to an entire new world of different concepts put together and where fantasy characters thrive, and I adore it.

I know I haven't gotten near even a quarter way of writing, but the development of what will happen and the world itself has come so far in my mind, I'm actually so proud of this, even though I barely talk about it with the lack of words on the spot.

It amuses me that such a silly lil thing became something I hold so closely to me, cause this world is my biggest escape.

I'm a sappy fool today, but I'm happy about it. I've put so much of myself into this work, and someday it'll allow me to come out of hiding and protecting everything I'm too scared to bring out of myself.

Even if this doesn't become some big thing in the future, I'm still satisfied with what I've gotten together so far, even if it may not seem like a whole lot to others.

So from her, I'm setting a goal for myself.

By next year - December 10th, 2018 - I will officially document every kingdom in the Upper NW Cutoff as well as map out a second Cutoff.
I will organize more animal species into documentation.
I will begin to get plant species on paper.
And, I will get a decent enough word count on at least one of my works, perhaps Echoing Falls, perhaps Spirits Soar, perhaps one of my other works, but one of them will have a decent amount of words.

I want this to grow and expand, and I'm taking bigger steps to make it happen.
