Cora's POV

Somewhere in between the Hoenn and Johto sea, I was struck with a question that I had no way of answering. Slyvi and Yumi had already disappeared to who knows where, while Richie was ignoring the question by stuffing his face was food. "Pallet! We're going to Pallet town!" I told them hoping that they weren't going there too. It was kinda ture and a lie at the same time, we were going towards pallet but not literally going to pallet. "What a coincidence. We're going to Pallet town too." Cake said in a neutral tone for once, I guess all that sugar rush from before finally cooled down.

"Professor Oak is expecting a package we're delivering." Leo said as he showed me a small cardboard box he took out of his bag. I was about to speak when my pokegear started to ring. I excused myself and answered it.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Cora did you retrieve the Blue Orb?" The boss asked. If the boss ever contacts you personally, you know that it's either for information or your being fired.

"Yes, the mission was a success." I formally told him while keeping a grunt image.

"Good. Now for your next mission. On the ship you're on now has two trainers. A girl who specializes in eeveelutions and a boy who carries the package." I didn't like where this was going. "They're headed for Pallet town when the ship docks in Vermillion city. You and your partner are to follow them and take the package." I have to steal the package from Cake and Leo.

"What's in the package?" I asked wondering why it was so important.

"If you must know, it's the Red Orb. Retrieve the Red Orb and their pokemon." The boss hung up.

I walked back over to where the others were sitting. "We also have business with Professor Oak." They nodded and left for their room since it's dark now. Richie went to his room as I stayed outside a little longer. "Cora are we going to be traveling with them?" Declan asked as he and Trig finished their tenth plate of berries. I nod and enjoyed the ocean air. I could hear splashing and laughter nearby. About 20 feet to my left I see two water pokemon. The one that was splashing was a Horsea, and the one laughing was a Buizel.

"I want to play with them!" Declan yelled excitedly. "Vul vulpix!" Trig said. "Trig said 'Let's battle them!' I agree with Trig Cora!" Declan translated Trig's words and agreed with them. "Alright let's go battle them!" We walked over to the side of the boat to try and get their attention. After just calling their names a few times, they made the decision to swim over to where we were. The Horsea looked around level 15 while the Buizel Looked level 27. I started to regret this when i realized that Trig and Declan are level 7 and....wait what level was Declan? I took out my P.I.D and scanned Declan.

'This is going to be hard.' I thought to myself. "Bui bui?" The Buizel asked confused. Declan turned to me ready to translate. "She said 'What seems to be the problem?'" He translated. I looked over to the Buizel. "I was wondering if you and Horsea can help us train." I told her as she turned to the Horsea and started talking to it. "Bui Buizel." "Horsea!" The Horsea was nodding it's head. "Buizel asked Horsea if they should help and she said yes. They're both girls." Declan informed me.

After a few stretches, all the pokemon were ready to battle. We moved over to the battlefield the ship had. I already scanned both of them and now know their moves. Buizel has Aqua jet, Quick Attack, Water Pulse, and Sonic Boom. Horsea has Water Gun, Twister, Tackle, and Bubble. They promised to go easy so Trig and Declan can train.

It's been 10 minutes since we started and there has been improvement already. Trig grew about 5 levels already making level 12. Declan grew 7 levels making him level 10. Buizel seemed to grow a level too, as well as Horsea.

An hour passed and Trig is level 25 while Declan is level 23. Buizel and Horsea only grew one level again making them lvl 29 and lvl 17 since they're wild pokemon. My pokemon learned new moves too but I'll have to check them after I sleep first. I returned Trig and Declan to their pokeballs after they passed out during battle. "Thanks for your help Buizel and Horsea!" I thank them as I walked away.

I stopped walking when i heard a certain orange pokemon call after me. I turn around just to see Buizel and Horsea jump on me and pressed the buttons on the two empty pokeballs on my trainer belt. They caught themselves with my pokeballs?! I guess I'll ask why in the morning. I am so tired!

I walked back to my room and passed out on the bed while thinking of names for my newly added pokemon, Buizel and Hosea.

Well Cora caught new pokemon! Well not actually caught them, they caught themselves.

Anyway, I need nicknames for them. The most creative one wins(if i think it's creative). And will Cora betray her new friends for the mission? How did Leo and Cake get their hands on the Red Orb? Well i can answer that right now. Before they went to the ball, They both were following the story of pokemon sapphire. Cake doing most of the battles. There was like one battle. Anyway they got the blue orb from the old couple on that graveyard island.
