I found this rant awhile ago about designers from a designer, and to be honest it's completely true. The opinions below are my take on it but I did not come up with the very idea of this rant. So you must have noticed that most of the chapters complain about requesters. Well here is a chapter about us designers.

1. We judge each other's graphics. Ok I'm not saying that we all post a comment hating on someone but when we look at fellow designers we DO judge them.  Whether the opinion be good or bad we have become judgmental people

Yes you! Just accept it when you look at a graphic you see the quality of the cut of the png, or the textures used. That's just how it is, I mean it's not necessarily a bad thing.

2. Discrimination. Ok so we all know about that little line between graphic designers that use computers/ laptops and mobile users. No there are no full out brawls about this but I have seen people say that designers who use mobile will never be as good as designers that use laptops/computers.

As a mobile user this upsets me. I know that Photoshop is one of the best programs you can use and that is pretty much only available on desktop but that doesn't mean that designers that use mobile aren't as good. This isn't all desktop designers but I have seen a few who do this.

3. When people who request make even one little mistake it really gets on some designers nerves(guilty as charged). While this is honestly a really bad habit it is kind of inevitable. I honestly think it has to do with the fact that when you have so many requesters that didn't list a cast and then expected some person on it, or didn't complete payment any little thing begins to bother you.
