Oh My Positivity !
Okay so here I am with a new chapter & let me say a new topic to discuss about & that is positivity :)
So I don't know about you all but I on every other situation listen others saying - " Be Positive "
To be honest I was never a person who looked at things to be fine after sometimes as written in every other inspirational article instead my every problem seems to grow more tougher than I can imagine !
Hmm so I thought where is the problem ?
With me or with society ?
Before speaking further I want you to know that I am the person who actually get inspired easily so I was like - Read one article & listen to an inspirational song &.........woohooo I can do this you know I'm different 🙌✌
Does that happens with you too ?
What happens next :
You enter into the same boring world....with totally too mean people.... Each one trying to make their lives better......& losing your own beliefs in the midst of proving yourself !
Aaah sounds so sad 😞😞...!!
Next - so what can be done ?
Hmm I thought about it for so many hours ,weeks ,days hehe no not years ! Although I know my updating time gaps may make you feel so 😂
Answer : Do what makes you happy ,stand up for your beliefs...connect with Nature & please its a request don't let the voice of others effect your very own mind !
Because its the only thing which isn't dependent on other things....
But but...... I know its too simple to say this but difficult to apply !
The best way is.....try doing something new in your daily schedule....something you didn't do since so many days even if it means watering the plants in your garden :)
Doesn't matter if this new thing takes 5 minutes or 15 minutes..... just do it !
& the reason behind it is breaking the schedule.....I'm not saying schedule isn't a good thing but being stuck with it is ! So as you entered into it step by step ,you gotta move out in the same way :)
I believe that today we all are sad because of this only....its simple if something doesn't makes you happy ,you shouldn't do that !
That doesn't mean leaving all your work.....it means living & working instead of Just working & working 😊
Just do small things today which makes you feel good & happy & just see the difference in your way of working too....you will be so surprised to see that you've started doing things straight from heart :)
So what I learnt it is -
Positivity is not what comes to you automatically & inspires you.....rather its something which you create from within & live according to it :)
So try it for yourself & share your experiences 😊 & till then here's some things to feel good every day -
1) Listen good music -
This truly helps :) Listen to your favorite singer /band for atleast 5 mins & look at that smile on your face 👌
2) Take A Walk -
Nothing could make you feel more lively than connecting with nature :) & do try taking evening or morning walks .
3) Sing Or Dance it Out -
There's a different kind of joy in singing out your favorite song loud or dancing at your favorite beats .
4) Read a good book -
Just because books opens a whole new world to you :) Personal suggestion - Don't go for that heart- breaking ones...might make it seem all wrong !
5) Meditate -
Look who's talking 😄 Okay so like you too I also felt that this was the sillest thing to do ever ! But hey you shouldn't judge a thing without trying it right ? Plus it isn't important to go for that basic - close your eyes one meditation ! Ask Google & you'll find some of the most interesting ways to meditate 👍 even dreaming is a kind of meditation.
6) Draw ,sketch or write - okay so doesn't matter how bad you are at it you should try this once & plus you don't have to read it out to everyone :) just you writing to yourself !
7) Travel -
No I ain't meant traveling 200 km away ! I just meant finding out new places in your city itself :)
8) Listen what others have to say -
Sounds boring but sometimes it helps :) okay if you don't like listening to someone's problems so just think do you too think like that for yourself & learn to laugh at your problems !
9) Surf for new stuff on internet - whatever you want even if that means looking for new houses or anything 😊
10) Sleep - Only if you think you work too much ! You should take a break 👍
Okay so I hope I've bored you guys quite well 😄😄 but it was for everyone who needed it because I did few weeks before 😩
