Hello everyone
Here's the update.

Enjoy -

The episode starts with Swarna opening the door of the room. She opened the to find dadi and family standing over there.

Dadi and Swarna came inside and dadi fumed in anger seeing naira over there that too sitting beside manish.

She went there and held naira tightly from her hand and pushed her on the ground. She screamed in pain while kartik stood up angrily from the bed and helped naira in standing up.

Naira ( holding her stomach , groaning in pain ) - Ahh...kartik...bohot pain ho raha hai...Ahh......

Kartik ( holding naira's hand ) - Naira kya hua?? Pain ho raha hai. ( she nodded ). Ek min hum abhi hospital chalte hai.

Saying this kartik picked up naira in his arms and went towards his car.

Kartik settled in the car with naira in his lap. He drove the car as fast as he can.

Soon , they reached hospital.

Hospital -

Kartik entered inside with naira in his arms and asked the receptionist about naira's doctor. The receptionist called her doctor and doctor came running there. She asked kartik to make her lay down on the stretcher. He made her lay down on the stretcher and the hospital staff and doctor took her immediately to emergency ward.

After 2 hours -

Almost after 2 hours , the doctor came out and kartik ran to her.

Kartik ( worried , bombarding her with questions ) - Doctor naira theek toh hai na?? Humara baby theek hai na?? Everything alright na??
Doctor - Sorry to say Mr.Goenka but due to the fall your baby is no more. Mrs.Goenka has suffered a miscarriage.

This came out to be a shock for kartik. He fell down on his knees and cried badly.

After some minutes , kartik stood and the doctor passed him a glass of water. He took it and drank it.

Kartik - Doctor meri naira..meri naira kaisi hai?? Is she fine??
Doctor - As of now , she is not fine. She is a trauma of loosing her baby. See kartik you have to make her talk to you because she needs to take her pain out. If she will not do so then it can lead her to fall in depression.
Kartik - I will try my best doctor. Can I meet her ??

The doctor nodded and kartik went inside naira's ward and the doctor too went to her way.

Inside Naira's Ward -

Kartik entered the ward to find naira staring at the ceiling expressionlessly without blinking her eyes.

Kartik took the stool and kept it near naira's bed. He sat on it and held naira's hand. Feeling his touch naira saw towards him.

As soon as naira saw him she started crying badly.

(Ignore the bandages)

Naira ( crying ) - Kartik...humara bacha....humara bacha...woh ab iss duniya mein nahi hai. Kyu kiya bhagwan ji ne yeh?? Kyu??
Kartik ( wiping her tears , caressing her back ) - Naira please calm down.... Dekho tumhari tabiyat kharab ho jayegi.
