Kyle and I walked to Ava's car. She was standing next to it and giggling. No one was next to her.

"So, how did it go with your mystery date?"

"Ava, who's your number one OTP? " During the movie I realized that Kyle and going on a date wasn't a coincidence.

"Obviously kylie." I knew it. During the movie I figured out everything.

"Ava, you set Kyle and I up."

"What? No I didn't." She tried to acted innocent.

"Ava"

"Okay so maybe I did, but that doesn't matter. How did it go?" She had a glint in her eye. It was like crazed fan girl look. She jumpy.

"Ava are you okay?"

"Fine, fine perfectly fine. Tell me, tell me, tell me how did it go!" Some kind of wrapper was sticking out of her pocket. I took it. It was Skittles.

"Ava! You ate Skittles. Not to mention without me!" She snatched it from me.

"I was gonna save some for you the Skittles were screaming, 'Eat me, eat me.' So I did. It's not my fault, it's the skittle's fault." 

"I think she's losing it." Kyle whispered to me.

"Yeah." I said.

"I am not losing it. Let's go buy more Skittles." She tried to run to theater, but I pulled her back.

"Oh no. No more Skittles for you." I said. She pouted.

"You're no fun. I don't wanna drive. Kyle you drive." She tossed Kyle the keys.

"Fine." he answered.

"Wait. If you coming back with us, how did you get here?"

"I walked. You should've too. I guess you were too lazy." He went around the car and hopped in the driver's seat. Can't he go five seconds without teasing me? Wait. One of us has to go to the back. I am not sitting in front with that guy.

"I'll-"

"I'll sit the back." Ava volunteered. "You better talk to him and tell me everything when we get back." she whispered. She did that 'I'm watching you' gesture. Oh boy she's serious. See when Ava tells you to do something you have to do it. If you don't..... let's just say their are very serious consequences. I hopped in the front seat. Kyle started the engine and we drove off. We came to a stop light. I looked in the rear view mirror. Ava was gesturing me to talk. I sighed. I really didn't have anything to talk to Kyle about. Kyle glanced at me.

"You okay?"

"Oh. Yeah I'm fine" Think Juli think. Say something to him.

"Did you enjoy the movie?" He asked.

"Oh. Yeah." The truth is I didn't pay attention to the movie I was too busy glaring at Kyle, thinking about how to get back at Kyle and throwing popcorn at Kyle to pay  attention to the movie. 

"Name a character other than Superman and Batman in the movie." Oh this is an easy one.

"Grass." I answered. Ava and Kyle burst out laughing. "Why are you laughing grass was a character in the movie? In fact a lot of other movies too!"

"No it's not!"

"Well it should be!"

"Tell me how the date went. Don't leave out a single thought or detail." Ava asked. We were in her room sitting on her bed.

"Okay. First I sat down on the seat-"

"Skip."

"Kyle arrived late and was startled to see I was his date. We talked."

"Tell me what you guys said."

"He said he thought I was some crazy chick that wanted to date him I said..... stuff." She sighed.

"Let me guess you thought he was some hot guy." I gasped.

"How did you know."

"I know you Juli."

"Good point. Anyway we got into a quarrel." She sighed again.

"WHAT DID YA'LL SAY!"

"I can't remember what it was about." I muttered.

"What did you say." I could tell she was losing her temper.

"I don't remember." She face palmed. 

"That's it. KYLE!" she shouted. He came in covering his ears.

"You don't have to shout. My room is right next to your's."

"I wanted to shout. Anyway what happened on your date?"

"Stuff." He answered.

"STUFF. Is that all you two have to say. STUFF. You're making me think something BIG happened. Do you two kiss? Are you dating? Do you hold hands? Am I gonna be an AUNTIE!" 

"OH GOD NO!" Kyle and I shouted at the same time. Sometimes, Ava's imagination is too much.
