Hey guys, ninja_of_steel here and I felt like uploading a chapter today since it's my birthday. Anyways here is the picture that I told you about.

I woke up to a strange noise. I felt weight on top of my head. I tried lifting my head a little, but couldn't go very far when I heard shuffling. It's Jake. His arms were around my waist and I was still in his lap with my head on his shoulder. I tried looking around when I heard the noise again.

"Psst" I heard. I looked toward the noise moving slowly so I wouldn't wake Jake. I looked out of the prison bars and saw a black figure. There were no lights in our temporary home, but there were outside of it.

"Psst" I heard again.

"Over here" said the furry figure. I tried getting up, but Jake moved. His head moved away from mine and I could finally move my head normally. I slowly got up, his arms sliding off of my waist the closer I was to standing completely. Once I was standing I walked over to the bars very skeptically. I was about one foot away from the bars when I finally realized how big the figure actually was. You see I'm about 5'10. I know pretty tall for a girl, but the one in front of me was about two feet taller than me. He motioned his hand towards me and grabbed my arm, but not harshly. He pulled me closer and leaned down.

"I can help you" is all he said, then he let go of my arm. I heard a noise behind me and turned around. Once I noticed that is was just Jake moving, I turned around and the one who was previously standing before me was gone. I just stood there, stunned at what just happened. 'He can help us' I thought. I turned around and saw Jake. I smiled. His hair was all in is face and his bluish gray eyes were closed. He was absolutely beautiful.

"No don't think that" I whispered to myself. I don't know what was going through my head, but I walked closer to him and moved his hair out of his face. My right hand stayed on his cheek as I stared at him. I don't know what came over me as I leaned down and pressed my lips to his cheek. I quickly pulled away and turned around. I started paced around the cave thinking. 'Why did I do that? If Aaron finds out he's going to kill me'. You see Aaron is like my big brother, Jonathan, and he was very protective over me. 'If he finds out that I kissed Jake he's going to freak out. Let's just hope that Jake wasn't awake'.

"I've been awake" I sighed and turned around. Jake was sitting down looking at me. He was smirking and I just wanted to slap it off of his face.

"Don't worry I won't tell him" I sighed again as relief took over me. I walked up to Jake and sat next to him. I leaned my head onto his shoulder.

"Who was that?" He asked, probably talking about our visitor.

"I don't know, he just showed up" I answered.

"What did he say?" He asked again. I lifted my head and looked at the wall across from us.

"He said 'I can help you', but I have no idea what he means" I replied then turned to Jake, "What do you think he meant?" I questioned. He looked away and smiled.

"You know what, I think we are getting out with his help" he said. I smiled almost immediately and hugged him. He seemed to be caught off guard. He hugged back and pulled me closer. I pulled away, but kept my arms around his neck. We just stared into each others eyes. Brown orbs into bluish gray ones. We both started leaning in. Just as our lips were about to connect, I heard the same noise as yesterday. Keys, that's it. Someone was coming. I pulled away and walked to the bars. He was coming. The same wolf who unlocked mine and Jake's hands the day before. He walked up to the bars and told me to step back. I did as I was told and stood back. He opened the door and closed it back. He walked over to our chains and picked the up. He put them around my wrists and locked them. He did the same to Jake. He grabbed both chains and started walking away. We followed him until we reached an open area inside the cave. It was like a lunchroom. Except they were eating breakfast. He brought us to a lonely table and left us there. I looked around trying to find the wolf who said he would help us. I couldn't seem to find anyone, but there was this one who wouldn't stop looking at us.

"That's River he joined us a couple years ago" I heard and looked to my left. There was a white wolf sitting there. 'I thought all wolves were black' I thought. He laughed.

"I know it's weird right, they said something must've went wrong" he said. I face palmed.

"I said that out loud, didn't I?" I asked and he nodded.

"I'm Theron, by the way" he said. He stuck out his paw and I shook it with my hand, awkwardly.

"Sorry if this is weird" he said.

"It's kinda weird I mean I've never shook hands with a wolf, so yeah" I said. He nodded and looked down.

"It's cool though I mean I absolutely love wolves, especially gray ones" I said honestly. He smiled, at least I think he did, and finished his food. I looked back at River. He was still staring. He was pitch black and had black eyes. It was scary.

"Yeah you might wanna stay away from him" Theron said. I nodded and he stood up.

"Well it was nice to meet you, but I have to go. See you later" he said and waved. I turned to Jake who was already looking at me.

"Looks like we have a new friend"
