I saw something so out of place that I had to keep it. What I saw was......a dog. I put my sword back and walked up to it, but it scooted back a little.

"Aw poor thing. Don't worry I'm not going to hurt you" I said as I walked closer to it while holding my hand out. From the looks of it, it seemed to have been out here for a few weeks. It had some fur missing in different areas and it also has a few scars. It was attacked. The dog is maybe about a year old. From here it looks like an Australian Shepherd. I walked closer while saying 'I'm not going to hurt you' it actually seemed to be working. After a few minutes I stopped moving. The tip of my finger was about ten feet away from it. I stayed like that until the sun was in the middle of the sky. I sighed and was about to stand up as it moved a little bit. I quickly got back to my former position on my knees and held my hand out. It walked forward slightly. 'It's scared of me, I can see it'.

"You don't have to be scared. I'm not going to hurt you" after that last word was said. The dog walked straight forward slowly. Once it was in reach I put my hand on its head and started petting it. I felt something around its neck. It felt like leather. I moved its fur out of the way and saw a collar. I looked closely at it and saw the name of this unusual dog.

"Silvia" I whispered. She stopped looking at a squirrel and faced my way.

"Well, Silvia, it seems that you know your name. You may be a lot older than I thought" I said. I stood up and it jumped a little, but not the scared kind of jump more of like an excited jump. I started walking and Silvia was right by my side. Then something weird happened.

"Did you hear that" someone said. I looked around the big forest, but saw no one.

"Hello?" I asked, my voice bouncing off of the big California Redwood trees. No response.

"Down here you silly human" the voice said. I looked down and saw Silvia sitting there while just staring at me. It was like having a staring contest with a statue.

"Staring is rude" Silvia said in a masculine voice. I jumped back. She stood on all four legs and walked up to me. I scooted back with every step she took. She sat back down and spoke.

"My name is Jake and I'm not a dog" 'Jake' said as I gave him a confused look. He rolled his eyes and said some weird chant. Dust formed around him. Once the dust has cleared there was no longer a beautiful dog, but a handsome.......teenager?

Hey guys, ninja_of_steel here. Sorry this is so short but I didn't feel like writing to much cause tbh I had a bad week. I don't really feel like talking about it but let's just say that my best friend has a boyfriend and that boy was my crush that I'm still trying to get over. Anyways you probably don't want anything to do with my love life so instead I will tell you about my sequel. Well I have one person who wants to be in it and that is my friend Renee_Salvatore and now I just need TWO more people who want to be in it and if you do tell me in the comments or private message me.
