I walked with him trying to hide my face so he couldn't see how red it was.

"Are you ok?" he asked.

"Yea I'm fine." I said.

"Ok." he smiled at me.

I smiled back and went silent. I walked along side him I didn't know what to say to him I didn't know him very well I wanted to learn more about him and figure out why I had a crush on him.

"So ummm what is your name?" I heard him ask me.

"Oh umm my name is Ruby Firestar ." I said as I looked up in shock.

"That's a very pretty name, mine is very boring." he told me.

"How so is it a borin' name." I asked.

"My name is Adrian." he told me.

"That's a very interestin' name." I gave him a smile.

"Thanks Ruby." he smiled.

I giggled when he said that to me and my face turned a light shade of pink when I did because I didn't know how he would react.

"So Ruby I've never seen you around here before are you new to this school?" he asked.

"Yea I was home schooled up until now." I looked at him with a smile.

"Well damn that sounds awesome." he said.

"Not when you have to deal with an older brother everyday." I rolled my eyes.

That's when I heard Emeralds voice coming up from behind me I sighed and rolled my eyes and sped up a little Misaki noticed and started walking at my pace.

"Speak of the devil..." I muttered.

"Ruby why are we walking so fast." Adrian asked.

"'Cause that guy that's tryin' to catch up with us is my annoyin' older brother." I told Adrian.

"Oh damn, ok." he said to me.

Once we finally lost Emerald we walked normally also catching our breath from how fast we had to walk. Where we stopped at was the park so we sat down on a bench I looked at him my face still a light shade of pink.

"So Ruby are you glad its a Friday?" he questioned.

"Hell yeah I absolutely hate school well except when I do get to go to school to see my friend Skye and you." I didn't realize that the last part had slipped out.

"Really?" he asked.

"What?" I asked back.

"You said that you really only came to school to see your friend Skye and me..." he said.

"R-R-REALLY!!!!" my face turned blood red.

"Yea." he chuckled.

"How could you just chuckle at that?!?!" I said in shock.

"What do you mean, its cute." he told me.

I sat there screaming internally because I was so embarrassed by what I had said I'm surprised that he didn't notice how embarrassed I was. I started rocking back n forth.

"Ruby are you ok?" he asked.

My eyes widened "shit he knows now" I started to breath heavily still rocking back n forth. My heavy breathing turned into hyperventilating and by now I was shaking a little bit.

"OH MY GOD RUBY!!!!" Adrian yelled and grabbed me.

I was still shaking I heard a slight deep voice then I passed out.

Adrians' P.O.V.

I caught Ruby before she fell off the bench that's when I heard a voice coming towards us I looked over and there was a guy with black hair and green eyes running towards where we were at.

"GET YOUR HANDS OFF MY SISTER!!!!" he yelled.

I didn't get my hands off her, if I did she was gonna fall the rest of the way to the ground.

"I SAID GET YOUR HANDS OFF MY SISTER!!!!" he yelled again.

"I can't." I looked at him once he got to me and Ruby.

"Yes you can just mover your hands out from under her duh." he said.

"I can't she'll be more hurt if I let her fall, she's passed out from hyperventilation." I looked at him with a irritated look.

"Why was she hyperventilating?" he looked at me with an angered look on his face.

"She looked like she was having a panic attack so I caught her before she fell off the bench." I looked at him with sympathy in my eyes.

"Ok good, cause I'm sticking to my dads rules and he says she's not allowed to have a boyfriend." he told me.

"Don't worry I can't date her anyway I have a girlfriend." I told him.

"Then why are you hanging out with my sister if you have a girlfriend." he asked.

"'Cause I'm allowed to have other friends even though I have a girlfriend." I answered him.

"How would your girlfriend feel if she found out that another girl has a crush on her man?" he asked.

"I don't know how she would react to that, but why do you ask that kinda question?" I answered him.

"'Cause I don't think you could tell but Ruby has a crush on you, if I assume your the guy who walks her to her classes?" he asked.

"Yea I've walked her to a couple of her classes, and I don't care that that she has a crush on me just as long my girlfriend doesn't find out." I said.

"Ok, I will take my sister and we'll go home she can see you on Monday." he told me.

"Ok." I said.

He took Ruby from me and carried her home. I smiled as I started to walk home but then I got a text on my phone from someone so I pulled my phone out of my pocket to see who had texted me and it was my girlfriend Miara. I pulled the drop down menu down and read it but she wouldn't have know I also didn't answer 'cause I was tired and didn't feel like answering her right now.

When I woke up from when I had passed out I was in my room on my bed and Dj was still on his make-shift bed of sheets on the floor. I looked over at him I got up and went downstairs to see what was going on. I seen that Emerald was on the couch so I walked over to him and sat next to him on the couch.

"Hey little sis how are you feeling?" he asked me.

"Good." I said.

"That's good." he said.

"Why do you ask?" I asked him.

"'Cause I wanted to make sure you ok." he told me with a smile.

I laid my head on his shoulder still a bit tired. He looked down at me.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

"Layin' my head on your shoulder 'cause your my older brother so I'm allowed to." I told him.

"Ok what ever you say." he said to me and shifted a little bit.

I sighed cause I was bored but then I started to fall asleep with my head on Emeralds shoulder.

Emerald's P.O.V

I seen that Ruby had fell asleep on my shoulder I just smiled at her 'cause she slept so peacefully. When I first met her I thought she was just a random person I didn't know she was my blood sister til I found out that she was a demon werewolf like me. I smiled and picked her to bring her back up to her room so she could be comfortable sleeping in her bed. I smiled and left her alone and went to my room. I laid on my bed for a while and wondered what to do. My dad doesn't care that I have a relationship but why can't Ruby be in one this guy seems to care about her a lot even though he has a girlfriend. " I'm willing to get in trouble for my sister I want to help her out she's my younger sister I'm gonna help her get into a relationship" I thought to myself as I laid on my bed. "I love my lil sis I will do anythin for her to make her happy she seems so happy when she's around this guy, I love seein my lil sis happy." I thought to myself  before fallin asleep.

I woke up on a beautiful saturday morning. I looked out my window from my bed to see the bright sun shining in the sky it kinda hurt a little bit. Looking away from the window I seen Dj asleep on the floor I smiled and used a levitation spell to bring him to me up on the top where I slept. My bed is a loft bed with a desk on the bottom. I had him lay next to me in is wolf form he was like a dog sleeping with its owner. I laid my head on his and petted him while he was asleep and smiled a little. When I woke back up I seen that I had gotten a text from someone I didn't know the number but I wanted to make sure if it was important or not, so I grabbed my phone and looked at it to see who the text was from. I put in my pass-code to my phone to open it, I seen that it was a random number but I looked at it any way.

Text from random person:

"Hello is this Ruby Firestar , if it is I just wanted to let you know that your brother talked to me he thought I was some pervert I guess when I tried to help you from not falling off the bench yesterday"

"This is Ruby Firestar , how did you get my number and tell me who you are and how you talked to my brother what this thing about bein at the park and keepin' me from fallin onto the ground from the bench"

"Oh you answered this I'm surprised"

"Who are you how do yo-, wait is this Adrian?!?!?!"

"Yes it is Ruby"

"H-H-How did you get my number??"

"Your brother gave it to me :)"

"Oh..."

"Why are you embarrassed to talk to me?"

"Uhhh because you texted me at a bad time"

"Ohhhh sorry"

"I-It's ok"

"But, anyways I wanted to know if you wanted to hangout to day?"

"S-S-Sure Adrian"

"Ok, where do you live?"

"Oh, I don't live to far from the school, like maybe two or three blocks away"

"Ok, what address number?"

"The address number is 5802"

"Ok thanks Ruby, see you in a little bit, I'll be there around 11:45"

"Ok, when you get here you can just walk in"

I set my phone down and pulled the blankets off of me and Dj who was still in his wolf form because that's what I had asked of him in order for him to stay here. I got up and climbed down the latter at the end of my bed I also helped Dj down then I went to get ready for the day "Eeek!!!! I'm so excited that I get to hangout with my crush today." I thought to myself, I grabbed my stuff to go take a shower. After I was all dried off and dressed I slightly dried my hair but still kept it wet enough to braid it. I sat at my vanity to look at the mirror as I braided my hair, after it was braided I took the hair dryer and dried my hair a little more. I sighed a little and stood up I looked at my phone too see what it was "he told me that he would be here at like 11: 45 so he should be here soon cause it's only 11:13." I said to myself. I went into YouTube and looked for a song to play, that's when I came across a song called "Chasing Cars" by a band called Snow Patrol. I walked downstairs to the living room to wait for Misaki, I decided to play the song I found. I liked the beat so I started to dance along to the song. I was so into dancing I didn't hear the front door open, I turned around to see Misaki I blushed madly and was so embarrassed.

"U-Uhh...." I looked at him embarrassed.

"Wow Ruby your good at dancing." he looked at me with a smile.

"U-Uhhh...." I could barely speak because I was so embarrassed that someone seen me dance.

"Ruby you ok?" he asked me.

"M-M-Mhm...." I said my face still red from embarrassment.

"Ruby are you sure?" he asked and walked over to me.

"Y-Y-Yea..." I told him.

"Ruby you have stage fright don't you?" he asked.

"Y-Yea.." I said.

"That's ok it doesn't matter what people think of your dancing it's actually amazing." he said with a smile.

"Thanks Misaki." I said.

"Your welcome Ruby." he told me.

I gave Misaki a hug after I thanked him for the complement and to my surprise he hugged me back my face turned a light pink. After we let go of the hug I grabbed my stuff and we walked ou the door to go hang out like we said we were gonna do.
