“Is everything alright?”

Salted tears gathered, for the pain of not experiencing that one emotion craved by every human being. Love.

“We're fine Ma, shocked but fine.”

“Why were y--” his mother started but was cut off my a squeal.

“You're so cool!” A field, stretching far and wide and ever so untouched by man but kissed by nature, came into view. Chestnut curls spiraling from her head, greeted my nose in mere whispers.

Amy. My dull armoured knight posses a beautiful younger sibling, sheltered from the harsh world she'll eventually have to live in. Their mother shines through their features besides for the iris, as hers, resemble the clouds during a raging downpour.

“You rose like those zombies in scary movies I watch with Addy.”

Staring up at me in pure admiration almost touched my blacken heart but that's only a forgotten dream. I'm too broken for feelings. I'm too lost in the sea of twisted words and forbidden actions to be saved.

But I swallowed my pain, to keep the door of your first attempt, open.
