"AAAHH!" I yelled. We were really high up. "What do I grab onto!?"
"Jump to the tree over there!" He pointed to a nearby tree.

Shit. That's a long way to jump. And an even longer way to fall.

"Don't think! Just jump!" He yelled. WTF IS HE INSANE!??!?
"Trust me!" He yelled. "JUMP!"

So I did.

I jumped.

"Luce!?" Someone yelled. "Luce are you okay!?"

I opened my eyes to see that my face was filled with green leaves, and that my hands gripped tightly to a thin branch.

"Luce!" It was Natsu. I looked around and saw him perched on a stronger branch, a bit like a monkey if you ask me.

"Yeah!?" I asked, turning up to look at him. When he saw me respond he smiled and outstretched his hand.
"Grab on!" He told me. I reached up and grabbed his hand, and the pulled me up onto the same branch as him.

"Where are we gonna go!?" I asked him. Natsu then turned his head to look at me.
"I know a place." He smiled. "Think you can keep up?"
"Oh it's on." I replied, a smirk on my face.

I followed him as we jumped swiftly through the trees. This was my favourite thing to do back in female territory, I'd jump through the trees daily, and when I got to the tallest tree I'd stare out at the beautiful view.

We also held a monthly tree jumping competition to see who could go the fastest, and I won every time. Erza and Mira were always really good though.

But this guy... He was going faster than I'd ever seen anyone jump before, and I have a funny feeling he wasn't even trying.

"Alright back there Luce!?" He jeered. Well, this pissed me right off, and I got a sudden burst of energy.

"TAG! You're it!" I yelled, tapping him on the shoulder before jumping off into the middle of nowhere.
"I'm gonna get you!" He laughed.

I think I went too far; Iv'e lost Natsu! I spotted a cliff nearby and rested there, making sure I was submerged in the trees. I imagine that we were well away from the Fairy Tail territory by now, so I took a rest.

After about 2 minutes, I heard rustling in the leaves ahead of me. I stood up, anticipating what was to come.

"SURPRISE!!" Before I could move Natsu sprung out the bushes like a wild animal and pounced on me.
"Ahh!" I yelled, as we both fell to the ground, him on top of me.

"You scared me!" I laughed. He laughed too, but then his face became serious.
"What if I was a tiger? You wouldn't be alive now." He told me, pointing his finger at my chest.

"Since when have tigers been able to climb trees?" I teased, and he just scoffed.
"Fine then." He said. "What if I was someone from another tribe?"
"Another tribe?" I questioned, sitting up. He got off me and we both sat down on the edge of the cliff.

"Yeah! There's loads!" He looked shocked that I didn't know. "Actually, the Titan Tribe isn't far from here."

(A/N): Bet you can guess who's in that tribe. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

"How do you know all this?" I asked him.
"Sometimes we do training sessions with the Titan Tribe." He explained. "They have different rules there, like... the girls can be hunters! They have a really strong girl called Mikasa who's really good with a sword."

"The Titan Tribe sounds cool." I sighed.
"You don't wanna get caught by them though." He said.
"Why's that?"

"They decapitate their prisoners."

I gasped. That's awful! How could they do that!?

"We should leave here." He told me. I nodded, and we set off somewhere else.

It was late afternoon, and we'd been jumping through the trees for a good 10 minutes.
"Natsu." I yelled out. "I need a drink! Where are we going!?"
"We're nearly there!" He yelled back, so I carried of following him through the forest.

We stopped at the edge of a vertical rock face.
"Jump on my back." Natsu ordered.
"What!? Why? You're not gon-" He interrupted me.
"Just trust me." He said, looking up. "Get on my back."

I did as he said, wrapping my arms around his chest and my legs around his waist.
"You know if you fall we're gonna die." I informed him. He laughed in reply.
"You only have fun if you take risks." He smiled.

Then he began to climb.
