Oh god. Today is the day. I'm getting engaged. This feels like serious deja vu.

"Dania you should be ready by now" Hamna shouted from downstairs
"I am" Dania screamed back and rushed downstairs

Let's just get it over with

She really hates these debates with her subconscious.
She went on the stage and sat next to him and smiled awkwardly at him. He smiled back.
They weren't that frank yet.
The rings were brought and they were both handed the rings. Dania felt some electric shock when she held his hand to slip the ring between his fingers and also when he touched her hand. His grip was so strong. It almost made her insides melt.

The ceremony went normally which was very surprising considering Dania's life.
At night, Dania couldn't sleep. She kept looking at the finger in which she was wearing her ring. Was she doing the right thing? She kept thinking about how his touch felt. Then her phone flashed. She checked the time
"Who's calling me at 2 in the morning" she whispered to herself. She was more than just shocked when she saw the name on the screen.
She left her phone on the side table and lied down again. Her breathing was faster than before.
The phone kept ringing.
Then she got out of her bed and started pacing back and forth in her room.
"What do I say to him? How do I talk?" she was asking herself all these questions. "But he's the one who called. He'll know how to talk"
Until then he had already called 2 times and when he called the third time, Dania didn't hesitate to pick up.
"Hey...um..hi. I'm sorry I was in the washroom I couldn't pick up earlier" she said and bit her lip

Hahaha. I know. I wanted to make the chapter longer and write all of their conversation in it but then I thought why not leave you all craving for more.
