It's been two months since Aj went to rehab and today is the day she gets out.

Adam stayed the night at mine and Aj's apartment that we still pay for.

Me and Adam went out last night and let's just say it was late and I needed someone to talk to.

Although we really didn't talk, if you know what I mean.

I rolled over to his handsome face right next to me.

"Good morning, baby." Adam said to me as he kissed me.

"Good morning, how do you wake up looking so good." I said to him as he hugged me.

"I was just about to say the same thing about you." He said to me.

"I should probably get up and get ready cause we have to go work." I said as I laid my head on his chest.

"No don't go." He said.

"No I have to get up, my phone is ringing." I said.

"Who is it?" he asked.

"It's Hank, I have to answer."

"Go ahead." He said as he got up.

"Hey Hank, what's up?" I asked as I got dressed. (outfit above)

"Something happened to Justin and he's missing." He said.

*knock on door*

"Go check that." I mouthed to Adam as he opened the door to reveal Aj.

"Did you hear me Katie?" Hank asked.

"No sorry, Aj just walked in."

"Tell her and then get Erin on your way. Us four go alone while the other ones work the case." He said as he hung up.

"Aj we need to go now." I said putting my gun in my holster.

She quickly put her bags down and grabbed the keys to Demon. (Aj's car)

"You go back to the district and start a search for Justin now." I said as I ran down the stairs.

*Erin's*

"Justin's missing." I said as Aj turned.

"What?!?!" Aj and Erin said at the same time.

Aj immediately turned the lights on and started going faster. Justin was like a brother to her before she got sent away.

"We're meeting Voight at our spot." I said.

*spot*

"His GPS location is about two blocks down from here." Hank said showing us his phone.

"Aj and Katie, you take Davis & Lewis Street while me and Erin take Dallas & Freedmen."

We nodded and headed to where we need to.

*Aj's pov* (🧚🏻‍♂️)

I began search Davis Street and Katie took Lewis Street. My gut says that just is dead or dying and my heart is saying he's alive.

I saw a car sitting in a field that looked unusual. I said it over the radio and they were all two blocks away from me.

I searched the car for anyone in it but now I have to search the trunk.

I lifted the trunk open to reveal Justin with blood all in the trunk.

"Justin!" I yelled. I hurried to get him out of the trunk and into my lap.

He was bleeding from the back of his head. He was shot point blank in his neck.

"Get over here now! He's been shot in the neck. His pulse is here but very faint." I said as I was crying.

"This is Detective Lopez, badge number 61316, I need you to roll an ambo to 25th and Davis Street." I said.

*ambulance is there* *Katie's pov*

"Hank you ride with him and we'll go back to the district." I said as Aj was pacing back and forth.

Erin tried to go over and hug her but Aj yelled at her and walked over to Demon and left.

"Why doesn't she let anyone in?" Erin asked.

"That's just how she is." I said calling Adam.

"I called Adam to come get us."

*back at the 21st*

"Calm down Aj." I heard Antonio say.

"How can I calm down when Justin is probably dead or needs major surgery and we don't have anything to go on yet." She said.

Mouse came in and put some papers on the board. "Actually we do."

"We got prints off of the car and it matches a guy named Dillon James." He said pointing to him.

"Do we have an exact location right now?" I asked him.

"We do." He said.

Aj grabbed the paper and headed out. Erin was about to leave. "Let her go by herself for this one." I said.

Erin nodded and we began more on the case.

*Aj pov*

"Thanks guys." I said.

"Who are you?" He asked.

"I'm Justin's baby sister." I said making him get up.

*phone rings*

Me: Hello

Hank: *crying* Justin didn't make it

Me: I'm so sorry Hank, you know I tried my best to save him before the ambo got there

Hank: if it wasn't for you he would've probably died before the hospital

Me: I got him

Hank: do what needs to be done

*end of phone call*

I grabbed a shovel and threw it at him. "Start digging."

Rage was filling my veins. I wanted to kill him but I know I couldn't.

"How far?" He asked me.

"Far enough to fit a body." I said.

He kept digging and the rage and adrenaline that was racing in me made me do something I never thought I would do.

I picked up the other shovel I had and that's all I remember....
