Summer Time Chapter 31 - Cookies

I returned back to the cafeteria, but Redwood pulled me in another direction. He pulled me up to a door.

"You hear that?" Redwood asked. I heard talking. I recognized the two voices.

I'm not doing it. Period. I tell him and walk away from the door NightSoul and Feddia were in. I walked to the cafeteria and walked up to the animaltronics sitting in a circle. They were all snacking on something. Kitten was talking to Mangala, Bonnette and Springlet were awkwardly talking to each other, and Foxina was with some others.
"Oh, hey Leah!" Foxina smiles as she sees me.

"Hey, can I sit here?" I ask.

"Of course!" She replied.
"Wanna snack?" Berri asked me.

"No thank you."

"Fine, I'll get one if you really want to, why are you making me do this?" She got up and walked to the kitchen with a smile. I slip into my seat next to Roxy, who was sitting by himself. The closest animaltronics were two seats away from him and they were Rica and Ronnie? I think.

"Hey Roxy," I sit down.

"Ey, lass," He smiled at me.

"How are you?"

"Good."

"What were you doing?"

"Nothin' really, 'bout ye, lass?"

"Just walking around."

"Catch!" Berri tossed me a cookie. I caught it.

"You know NightBon is going to be really mad?" Rica laughed. "Did you take them from the cookie drawer he always takes cookies from?"

"Yeah, I thought there was only one...." Berri said, confused.

"Whatever!" Ronnie said.

"Who's NightBon?" I ask.

"Someone you don't want to be around when he's mad." Ballorina said.

"He's pretty nice...." Foxina says.

"That's because he likes you." Some animaltronic I didn't know said, rolling her eyes. She was reading a book.

"Oh, tell me about it NightChick!" Foxina rolls her eyes.

"Who likes my Foxina?" Springtrap comes over to us.

"No one!" NightChick covers her mouth.

"Did someone say something about my cookies?" A creepy looking animaltronic comes over to us. Eh, I've seen creepier.

"No, no one." I eat the remains of my cookie.

"New? Huh?" NightBon turns to me and his magenta eyes shine right at me.

"What? No no, she's not an animaltronic!" Foxina comes to rescue me.

"But she has my cookie!" NightBon pointed at me.

"First of all," NightChick comes over to NightBon. She's a little taller than him. "Don't point at people, it's rude," She put his hand down. "Second, she had your cookie, not has. Learn grammar. And third, be nice to guests and have a little respect." She finished her lecture and sat back down and began drinking her fruit punch and got back to reading a book.

"That was miss 'You do something wrong I give you a lecture.'. NightBon nodded towards NightChick.

I giggled. "I can tell." NightBon smiled at me.

"I have ears," NightChick said.

"I don't see them," NightBon replied. "I'ma get a cookie," He strolled over to the kitchen a disappeared behind the door.

"Some call him Cookie. It's sort of like his nickname." Ballorina informed me.

I laughed at the name and faced Roxy. I noticed he looked a little lonely.

"What's wrong?" I asked in my sweetest voice.

"Nothin' lad! Et's jest..." he sighed. "Et's jest dat, if Foxina is leavin' doesn't dat mean yer leavin' too?"

I smiled at him. "It's alright! I'll come visit you next summer okay?"

"Good." Roxy smiled slightly and I scratched him behind the ear making him feel better.

Right as I did, NightBon raced out of the kitchen.

"CCOOOOKKIIEE!!!!!!" He ran around holding a cookie in his hands. He did that for a while, everyone dying of laughter. He takes it to the next level by hopping onto a table and raising the cookie in the air. "Na!!! Sevenia!" He lifted it into the air. "Then it mysteriously disappears." NightBon said and shoved the cookie down his throat. Everyone is dying of laughter except for NightChick, who is too much in her book to understand what is happening in the outside world.

I giggle as I hear someone come in.

Summer Time Chapter 32 - Mari and Her Sister

I turn to see Marionettra. "Hey Mari!" I get up and run to her.

"Leah! Good to see you!" We hug. Everyone stares at us, but I don't care. "When'd you get here?"

"Two days ago I believe," I tell her. "Where were you?"

"I was visiting my sister," Marionettra said.

"Oh I never knew you had a sister!" Foxina says, walking over.

"Oh, she doesn't come out." Marri shrugs, then adds, "Ever."

"Is she like invisible or something?" I start looking around the room, thinking I'll see a new face.

"No!" Marionettra laughs.

"Nightress, am I correct?" Foxina asks.

"What?" Mari turns towards her.

"Her name is Nightress, right? She's impossible not to notice on that piece of paper." she laughs.

"Wait, what paper?" I ask confused.

"Oh, I was worried you seen her." Mari laughs ignoring me. "I don't think you want to be near her."

"Oh, I've seen her alright. Kind of freaky, but I promised to give her a slice of pizza later. I'll be off." Foxina says, picking up a paper plate and putting two slices of pizza on there." I start walking out of the cafeteria.

"Wait. We have some talking to do with my older sister. Leah, stay here." Mari puts her hand in front of my face.

"What do you mean I can't come?" I ask.

"It's dangerous," Mari says.

"Yeah, you'll totally die!" I roll my eyes.

"You will." Mari says with a serious voice. "I'll be back in a second Leah I promise. I just, don't want you to get hurt."

"But-"

"I promise!" Marionettra smiled and boops me on the nose. She then leaves with Foxina following her.

I turn and roll my eyes. Roxy decides it's the right time to run up to me.

"Ye'r friends with 'er!?" Roxy asks me.

"Well, yeah." I shrug. "Is something wrong?"

"Do you know why dat lass has no friends?"

"No,"

"Because 'er sister es good ol' lass Nightress!" Roxy says.

"So what? She's just a little creepy, from the way Foxina said it."

"No! Dat's de most dangerous animaltron'c out dere!" Roxy pointed out the door.

"Where is she?" I ask.

"No one knows, sorry lass. De only mate dat knows where she is, is Marionetta."

I look down the hall, the face Roxy.

"Well...Foxina might know... Let's go find her!" I grab Roxy and run into the halls.

You hear her? I asked Redwood.

"Not yet."

"Where we goin' lass!?" Roxy tried to get away from my grip.

"Stop..." I stop in front of a door. "I hear something....it's faint though."

"This way Roxy." I head through the door with a smile and Roxy following.

"Where we goin' lad!" Roxy asked again.

"You should know." I laughed.

"Nightress?"

"Yeah!"

"Why tho'?"

"I'm just dangerous that way!" I giggle and look around the dark room.

Redwood?

"Turn left. There should be a passage."

I turn, but see nothing but pitch black.

"I can't see a thing." Roxy mumbles.

"I can!" I turn on my Dragon Scales and look around as everything turns bright.

I look around and see some books, old books, shelves, and a wooden door.

I tug Roxy next to me and squeeze through the items in the way of the door.

We reach the door, and I notice some cobwebs on the knob. I shiver and open the door, revealing a passage way I've never seen before. I hear some voices which makes me turn my head slightly. Even though the passage is a little dark, I was able to see an orange and black tail by one of the doorways.

Must be Foxina! I thought with a smile.

"Be careful. Something's not right."

What?

"Someone else is there."

How can you tell?

"Have you not realized!? The reason I want revenge on NightSoul is because he killed me!"

What!? I pause and think about everything that has happened.

So...you're a ghost?

"Yes." I try not to think about it too much.

Never mind. I want to go see Foxina. Redwood doesn't reply.

"Leah." Roxy whispers to me. "Why so quiet lass?"

"Come on." I say, not answering the question.

Summer Time Chapter 33 - Nightress

We walk up to the doorway and I peek inside. Mari and Foxina are talking to an animaltronic I've never seen before. She has super long black thick hair and a mask that makes her look Mari. I shiver and look around the dimmed room. I hear Mari and the unknown Animaltronic talk, then I hear Foxina.

"Are you sad?" The unknown Animaltronic asks her. I peek through the door frame and watch as Foxina shakes her head.

"Why would I be?" She shrugs.

The Animaltronic says some more things, this time so quiet I can't fully hear her.

"Dat there is Nightress." Roxy looks over my shoulder.

"Get out of the way." Redwood tells me as Mari starts to speak.

"Foxina don't listen to her, get out." She looked at her. Nightress smiles and looks at Foxina with glowing black eyes.

Why? I ask Redwood.

Nightress Lifts her hand at Mari, causing Foxina to lift her own.

"Rude!" She glares at the Nightress animaltronic. I couldn't make out what they were saying until Nightress lifted her hand and smashed Nightress against the wall without even touching her. She allowed her to get up before sliding her out into the hall and she fell against the wall where Roxy was standing. I had to pull him to the side so she wouldn't hit him. The door later then closed and locked itself immediately. I pulled the handle and tried to unlock the door but it was useless. I turned to Marianettria who groaned as she she tried to look up.

"Mari what's happening?" I whispered to her as I helped her to her feet.

"Night....she has...Foxina." She breathed deeply.

A few seconds later, I hear a violin playing, then a rattle of the door handle.

"She's trying to get out." Redwood told me.

"Roxy." I turned to him. "Bring Mari to Freddia. If you don't mind."

"Not at all lass," Roxy left to go to Freddia with Mari.

"You might want to back up," Redwood said to me when the two left.

"Why?" I ask. I got the answer next second. Foxina busted the door open and it broke. Redwood made me back up into a dark corner. I heard the two talking.

"Oh what powerful things love can do. I didn't need anything from your boyfriend. Now look what you did. You vandalized a door. Now people will know of my existence." Night said. Or I think it was Night.

"But they already did,"Foxina said strangely. "I went and checked a couple weeks ago, I don't know if you remember, Foxina but that time I went out of your body to do something, I checked. I found out that Nightress lived with Marionettra. So Nightress was not evil from the beginning, and looks like she did have a family member that survived the attack of the fire."

"This isn't you, you don't talk like that," Nightress said.

"Now you start to realize," Aby smiles.

"Oh no, I knew all along. I was giving you a hard time. I didn't know she controls you,"

"That's it, I'm out." Foxina says and steps out the door, makes sure Nightress wasn't doing something she wasn't supposed to, and ran off somewhere.

There was silence for a few seconds, then Nightress says "I know you're there. Come out will you?"

I stay quiet until I realize she was talking to me.

"What did you do to Marionettra?" I asked as I started getting up.

"Who my weak sister?" Nightress laughed. She didn't even turn to face me.

My eyes started to itch, so I turned off my Dragon Scales and blinked a few times.

A second later, Nightress was right in front of me, her eyes staring into my soul.

"Ah!" I yelped and backed away, tripping on a box that had somehow appeared right behind me.

Thankfully, Redwood helped me catch my balance before a fell to the ground.

Thanks... I thought to him with a sigh.

Nightress tilted her head. "You're like Foxina." She took her finger and booped my on the nose. I shivered and she disappeared and reappeared back in the room with her violin in her hand.

"What? No I'm not!" I glared at her.

"Whatever." She smirked and started playing another tune.

At that time I started walking away. I was both confused and freaked out.

"See ya." Nightress laughed.

"What?" I turned expecting to see her, but I didn't.

"You need to go." Redwood urged me as I started up the stairs.

Fine. I'll say my quick goodbyes, then go. Okay?

"Fine with me." I sighed and went back to my guest room to see Marionettra sitting on my bed with a smile.

Summer Time Chapter 34 - Saying Goodbye Once More

I grinned walked over to her. Freddia had put some bandages on her wrist and some on my legs. Marionettra looked tired, but she tried not to show it.

"You're alright!" I said excitingly.

"Yeah! Roxy brought my to Freddia, and she helped me. Thanks a lot Leah."

"Anything for a friend!" I smiled. There was silence for a moment.

"You're hiding something from me. Something's wrong." Mari insisted I told her.

"Fine. You got me." I sighed and sat down next to her.

"I saw Nightress. She came up to me, booped my nose, then went back into the room. When I was leaving, she disappeared."

"She didn't. You don't want to know what she did."

"I trust you." I smiled and gave her good hand a light squeeze.

"I do have to go home though..." I added.

"Oh...that's to bad." Mari frowned.

"It's alright! I visit you guys next summer!"

"Promise?"

"Promise!" We both laughed and I helped her up off the bed. "I'll say bye to Roxy and then be on my way!"

"Let's go then!"

We both walked to the cafeteria, me helping Mari every once and awhile.

It was past lunch time, so only a few Animaltronics were in the cafeteria. Roxy and Freddia were at a table waiting for something.

"Leah!" Freddia looked at me and waved, calling us over.

"Thar you are lass!" Roxy gave me a hug after a helped Mari sit down.

At the corner of my eye, I saw Freddia give us a look.

"What?" I asked her when we sat down.

"Nothing!" She smirked. Marionettra giggled a little. I smiled and rolled my eyes.

"Anyways. I wanted to come and say goodbye." I started talking seriously.

"But summer isn't over yet." Freddia rejected.

"I know, but in 3 weeks, my wizard school starts. I haven't packed either."

"So...what you're saying is that, your school is an overnight school?"

"Yep!"

"That's neat!" Mari joined the conversation.

"Thanks. Now. I really have to go. If you don't mind, could you tell the others goodbye for me?"

"Yep!" Freddia and Marionettra said at the same time.

"Yar!" Roxy said right after. I giggled and got up from my seat.

"I'll visit next summer! Take care!" I waved and started walking back to my guest room.

The others waved until they couldn't see me anymore.

I swung open my guest room door to find all of my stuff, ready and packed up into a bag on my bed.

Wow! Thanks Redwood!

"Grab your stuff and you'll be home in a blink of an eye." I sighed and grabbed my bag of clothing.

Ready! I thought to him as a puff of black and grey smoke surrounded me. The next thing I knew, I was back in my backyard next to same tree I was at before.

Do you mind putting my stuff in my bedroom and changing my clothes back to the way they were? I asked Redwood.

"Why?"

So my parents aren't suspicious.

"Fine..." Another puff of smoke surrounded me, and I was back to the way I was before.

I walked into the house and yelled "Mom, dad I'm home!"

"Oh thank goodness!" My dad ran up to me with open arms.

"I'm fine!" I told him with a laugh as we hug.

"I told you she would come back!" My mom walked up to us with her hands on her hips.

She giggled and gave me a hug as well.

"Let's have dinner!" My dad said trying to change the subject.

"But we still have an hour till nightfall." Mom gave him a look. "By the way..." She took out a letter with a Hogwarts stamp on it. "This arrived when you went outside a few days ago. "You could go tomorrow if you want to.

"Sure!" I agreed, opening the letter. I couldn't wait for Hogwarts to start...
