Chapter 64

<Lydia's POV>

So what if I am going into a class where Stiles is. Maybe I will even sit next to him. Perfect idea Lydia, sit next to him after ignoring him for two weeks. That's right. Its been two weeks since I figured out that void wearing Stiles' face raped me in oak creek. And yet still for some reason, I can't bare to be touched or even talked to by Stiles. So yes I will at least sit next to him. Scott told me to talk to him about it, but I don't know if I am ready for that yet. Allison also told me that Stiles had harmed himself when I left him alone that night. That killed me. I did that to him. Allison was pretty mad at me, and yet I still didn't tell her why I left Stiles' house that night. I didn't tell her that I had been violated by a demon that looked like Stiles.

Taking a deep breath I take the first step into the classroom and see an open seat to the left of Stiles. Biting my bottom lip, I walk casually over to that seat and put my stuff down on the desk. Stiles looks at me in utter shock. And damn does he look horrible. Puffy, sleep deprived eyes with bags under them as dark as thunder clouds. His lips are dry as if he hasn't drank anything in days. The pale skin on his arms is pulled tight over his bones. There is no extra fat on his bones. After the Desert Wolf and being possessed twice I didn't think he could look worse. But here he was, emaciated, sleepless, and sad.

For the first time in seemingly forever, I smile at him as I sit down. It takes a lot for me to look at him like this. That is still that face of a demon that drugged me and violated me. Of course under that face is Stiles. Beautiful, clumsy, sarcastic Stiles, whom I love with every inch of my heart. He doesn't smile back at me, he  only bites his lips in anticipation. The class goes on as it normally would, I pretend to listen to information that I already know from hours of reading. Getting a wave of courage, I rip a small piece of paper from my notebook and scribble the words, let's talk tonight at my house okay? I fold it meticulously and place it on Stiles' desk nonchalantly. I pretend to take notes as I watch him open it out of the corner of my eye. He scribbles something on the note and then tosses it back to me. I look at his answer. For you, always. I smile and find it hard to concentrate for the rest of the class. When the bell rings, I place my books into my bag and then pull out a snack. Stiles is about to walk out of the room when I shove the granola bar into his sweatshirt pocket. He looks at me with hopeful eyes. I take one of his hands as my own hand shakes profusely. It's Stiles Lydia, not the demon who hurt you. All I do is squeeze his hand with a sad smile on my face before walking away from him and to my next class.

<Scott's POV>

I plant a casual kiss on Allison's cheek before she walks into her classroom. With a sweet smile still on my face I begin to make my way to my own class when a tall boy slams right into me. I'm about to yell at him to watch out when I realize it's only Stiles. He is breathing frantically with a late smile in his face. The expression seems foreign with his constant sadness. "What's up Stiles?" I ask confused. He takes my arm and pulls me along as we walk quickly to our next class.

"Lydia wants me to come over tonight to talk, and she smiles at me and held my hand and since when did things like these become so big?" Stiles says frowning halfway through his statement. I smile at him. Good for Lydia, she is finally getting comfortable again.

"That's great buddy," I tell him, "but aren't Boyd and Kira coming over tonight to play video games?" I remind him kindly.

"That's where I'm going next, I'm gonna tell them to go on a date instead," Stiles states excitedly.

"They aren't dating," I remind Stiles with raised eyebrows. Stiles rolls his eyes.

"But they should be, hence the date," Stiles explains. I nod my understanding and laugh as Stiles sprints away to find Boyd and Kira. Stiles is making plans again, that's a good sign.

<Kira's POV>

I walk with Boyd down the hall to get to our mathematics class. We talk casually as we've been doing the past few weeks. We have formed a natural bond and I think I might even be ready for a relationship. I just have to wait for Boyd to ask me out. Stiles comes ramming into my, cutting off our conversation. He grabs my shoulders and looks to Boyd and then at me then at both of us. He is smiling. That's odd, he hadn't smiled in forever. Finally he is happy. "Hey guys, so Miss. Martin has asked me to come over on this fine Friday night, so I'm going to have to cancel our Call of Duty game night," Stiles says quickly.

"Maybe I'll see you there then," I tell Stiles, referring to the fact that I live with Lydia now. Stiles smiles and shakes his head.

"You most certainly will not," Stiles tells me. Boyd raises his eyebrows.

"And why is that?" He asks with a curious smile.

"Because you two have reservation at a restaurant by a beautiful river, I already texted you the address. The reservation is at six thirty, don't miss it!" Stiles states giddily. He pats Boyd on the chest and then puts two thumbs up as he walks backwards down the hall. He bumps into Cora and Isaac and starts blabbing all over again. After all the excitement is over I look awkwardly at Boyd. He smiles smugly.

"I'll see you tonight." I smile and as we walk to our class I check my phone. Sure enough, Stiles texted me the address along with, wear something nice, it's a bit formal:):). I smile even brighter. I can't wait to plan my outfit with Lydia when we get home.

<Isaac's POV>

When Stiles begins to blab to Cora and I about Lydia I smile. Stiles and I may have a complicated relationship, but he truly has gone through a lot of shit the past few weeks and even months. And he is finally so excited that I can't help but grin. Cora smirks when Stiles finishes talking. She pats his arm. "I told you it would be okay." Stiles snorts.

"This is more than okay, this is amazing!" He shouts. A few people look at us oddly.

"I know this is great and all, but you are attracting more attention then a terrorist attack," I state. Stiles rolls his eyes.

"I DON'T CARE! SHE GAVE ME HER HAND AND A GRANOLA BAR!" He shouts much to loud. Now everyone stares at us. Cora chuckles to herself.

"Maybe you should eat that granola bar, you're thinner than me," Cora tells him.

"Fine, but only because Lydia gave it to me!" Stiles states as he rips open the wrapper. Taking a giant bite he waves goodbye frantically and sprints away. He spots Jackson and Malia by a locker and stops to tell them the news. I burst out laughing hysterically. Cora takes my hands and I look down into her eyes.

"It's just a day for love," I state jokingly. Cora smirks and raises and eyebrow.

"Want to go to the roof?" Cora asks. I smile and nod.

"Skip class? Of course." We giggle like children as we race up the steep stairs onto the sun illuminated roof.

<Malia's POV>

I laugh as Jackson makes a joke. Just as I am about to head to class, Stiles jumps in front of us and starts ranting about Lydia wanting to talk. "And you're telling us this why?" Jackson asks slightly annoyed that we were interrupted. Stiles frowns, he almost looks confused. I hit Jackson on the chest with a frown on my face. Then I look back at Stiles happily.

"That's great Stiles, thanks for keeping us in the loop, the packs been a little messed up lately," Malia states. Stiles smirks and nods.

"Ya I think we are are just coping at different rates," Stiles claims. I nod and smile at the boy who almost died so many times. Jackson sighs.

"Ya, that's really great Stilinski, I know girls can be complicated," Jackson states. I raise my eyebrows and look at him sternly.

"Excuse me?" I hiss. Stiles holds his breath before stating, "I'm gonna go, I see this getting messy." He rushes away and I don't take my eyes off Jackson. He gulps, knowing that he is in for it.

<Allison's POV>

I sit next to Aiden in our English class. We sit in the back of the room. As always we say a few words to each other casually. But where we usually get right to work, this time I get into how he is doing. "Where are you staying?" I ask him, trying to play it cool.

"Derek's mostly, but I assume once school ends I'm going to go somewhere far away, maybe Australia," Aiden states numbly. I frown.

"Aiden, you know you can talk to us right, we are your pack, we can help," I remind him kindly. He looks at me with sleepless eyes.

"Can you bring Ethan back?" I stay silent. "Can you take away the pain that I felt when he died? It's just like whenever he was hurt I felt it. When he died this unbearable pain started, it felt like my heart was being torn from my chest, and it hasn't stopped since that day," Aiden explains. I gulp. He looks at me fiercely, "it's like with Stiles, a continuing pain, void possessed him, we save him, he gets captured, but we save him, then he gets possessed again, we once again save him, then Lydia starts ignoring him, he and I are one in the same." Now I get a little angry.

"What about me? My family was destroyed, all I have is my dad, I died twice, I watched my aunt die. And Malia? Abandoned by her mom, given to the desert wolf and the Mexican hunters, controlled by two different villains. We all have gone through a lot, but if we stick together everything turns out okay," I state. Aiden looks at me sadly.

Before he can say anything Stiles comes bursting into the class. Our teacher looks at him angrily. "Mr. Stilinski, I don't have you till next period, get out!" She yells. He breathes heavily, holding a granola bar in one hand.

"Whatever, Allison, Aiden guess what?" He calls out to me. I raise my eyebrows in surprise. "Lydia wants me to come over tonight!" The smile on his face makes my day. It's been so long since he genuinely smiled. I stick two thumbs up.

"Congrats Sti!" I yell to him. The teacher shuffles him out of the class before he can say anything else. After everything calms down I look back to Aiden.

"See things do get better for us," I state smiling. He nods slowly.

"At the funeral, you talked to me and told about how you experienced death and that it was peaceful. You told me it would be okay. I didn't believe you until now." For the first time since Ethan and Danny died, Aiden smiles. His teeth shine white and his eyes light up.

And I can't help but give him a long and well deserved hug.
