Part 72

Next morning:

Arnav wokeup from his sleep, he saw Khushi who is getting ready infront of mirror.. She smiled to him through mirror wearing earrings. Arnav slowly got up and went towards her.. Khushi stood up looking him. he silently came near her, took the sindoor box and applied on her maang.

Khushi hugged him tightly. He leaned further to kiss her, their both lips were an inch apart.. but suddenly she pushed him back..

"What the...." Said Arnav and before he could realize Khushi ran into washroom.

After sometime, She came out, Arnav went near her..

"Sorry Arnavji. This morning sickness" said Khushi..

"It's ok Khushi. Are you feeling fine ??"asked Arnav. Khushi nodded her head..

"Now. Common take rest" said Arnav and made her sit on the bed..

"NO. Arnavji. I need to go downstairs" said Khushi rasing from the bed.

"Shh. I am not going to hear anything" said Arnav and made her sit.

"I will go and freshup" said Arnav and went inside.

When he returned, Khushi was not there..

"This girl never listens" muttered Arnav to himself and came downstairs to leave for his jogging.

He looked for Khushi. There she is in the pooja mandir along with his Di and Payal..

Seeing him, she looked away sensing his angry glare.. Sighing he went for jogging.

When he returned, he didn't found her in kitchen, wondering where she must be leaving her favourite place, he went upstairs to their room.

There she is, at the poolside, talking on phone, maybe with her father..

He went and stood beside her. She completed her conversation and turned back to see him who is having a stern expression.

"Arnavji. When did you came ??"asked Khushi.

"Just now" said Arnav.

"I am talking with papa. He is very happy. Do you know why ??" asked Khushi.

Arnav nodded his head as NO.

"Malhotra's said yes to marriage. They agreed to make Lavanya as their bahu.." said Khushi excited.

Arnav didn't show any expression.

"Arnavji. Here I am saying you happy news and you are silent" asked Khushi with a pout..

"Leave all that Khushi. I asked you to take rest and you escaped to downstairs" said Arnav.

"woo.....actually.." stammered Khushi and then said " Arnavji. I am perfectly fine.. So I went downstairs.. I am also bahu of this house.. What will jiji think if she alone works ??. Already she is in upset mood"

Arnav "What happened to Payal ??"

"She is feeling sad that still she can't become mother. Now if I rest mentioning about pregnancy, then she will be more upset naa" said Khushi.

Arnav didn't say anything "But Khushi. You have to be careful. You need to take care of you too"

"I Know Arnavji and I will" said Khushi "Now you go. I will bring coffee for you"

Arnav nodding his head went to washroom while Khushi to downstairs..

After breakfast, all left for their works Payal accompanied mami to shopping.

Khushi went to Nani and took her permission to go to GH. Nani agreed and instructed her to be careful.

Soon she reached GH and asked the driver to leave. She entered into the house as it is open.

Hearing voices from Kitchen, she directly went there. Buaji is teaching Lavanya making parathas.

"Buaji" called Khushi. Both of them looked at her.

"Titaliya!!" almost shouted Buaji and came near her, hugged her..

"How are you ??"asked Buaji.

"Fine Buaji" said Khushi. She looked at Lavanya who is wearing salwar to her surprise rather than her short clothes.. But Lavanya didn't dared to see her.

"Why did you came here ??"asked Buaji.

"Why ?? Is it crime to come to maayka ??"asked Khushi.

"Titaliya.. I asked you what made you to come here ??"asked Buaji.

"I was missing you Buaji. I want to eat your handmade kheer, laddu, jelebi all. I miss them" said Khushi.

Buaji was impressed by her answer.

"Wait then. I will make kheer for you" said Buaji happily.

Lavanya who is standing there simply took the ironed clothes which are on the table and started to go into Arvind's room when Khushi almost shouted "Stop Lavanya"

Lavanya jerked for her shout, Khushi went near her and took clothes into her hand.

"I will keep them" said Khushi.

Lavanya and Buaji looked at her confused..

"What happened titaliya ??"asked Buaji.

"Nothing Buaji. Just like that. You go and make kheer for me" said Khushi then turning to Lavanya "You go and do your work"

Without giving a chance to them, she entered into Arvind's room.

"Pagal ladki"muttered Buaji and went into kitchen.

Khushi keeping the clothes on the bed, took out Arvind's bag, she searched in it but couldn't found anything. Then her gaze fell on something beneath the bag. She took out it. It is a chain with a heart shaped dollar. She slowly opened the dollar and found........Anjali's photo in it. She looked at it with tears in her eyes.. So it is Di whom Bhai loved.. Hey Devimayya you did justice to him. I will unite them both...

After sometime, she came out into kitchen where Buaji and Lavanya are preparing lunch.

"Buaji. I will leave now "said Khushi.

"What ?? where ??"asked Buaji.

"Ofcourse to my house" said Khushi.

"Hey titaliya, you asked me to make kheer and you are leaving now" asked Buaji angrily.. Khushi smiled sheepishly to her.

"Stay here. You can go in the evening" said Buaji.

Khushi agreed to it.. She had lunch with them. During all these time, Lavanya didn't talked with her, Garima didn't came out of her room. Lavanya took food for her mother.

After lunch, Khushi called Arnav..

"Arnavji. Did you had your lunch ??"asked Khushi.

"hmm. Just now.. what about you ??"asked Arnav.

"Haa. I too had my lunch" said Khushi.

"Meds"asked Arnav. Khushi bit her tongue, she forgot to bring meds..

"Ha I had them"lied Khushi.

Buaji called her from room.

"Buaji came to house"asked Arnav.

"No. I am in GH"said Khushi.

"What ??When?? Why ?? You din't inform me" said Arnav.

"Arnavji. I want to meet Buaji. So I came here" said Khushi.

"But Khushi. you should have informed me" said Arnav.

"What ?? I don't even have the right to visit my maayka. I don't have that much freedom. I have to take your permission for everything. Ok from now I even take your permission to breathe.." said Khushi crying and cut the call.

"What the...Why did she cry now ??"said Arnav and dialed her number but she cut the call.

"What the hell Khushi ?? Pick up the phone dammit" murmured Arnav..

"What ?? Khushiji is not talking with you" came a voice. Arnav looked up and saw NK.

"But why nannav ?? Did you scold her ??"asked NK.

"NO. She went to GH..I just asked her why..She make a big fuss crying.. silly girl "said Arnav..

"Nannav. It is not Khushiji's fault. She is pregnant. It happens during pregnancy due to horminical imbalances.. Sometimes crying unknowingly, getting angry on small things, sleeping more... "said NK.

Arnav looking at him suspiciously said "You are talking as if you are a father of ten children"

"What the.....Nannav. There is no need to be father to understand all these but a minimum GK is enough which you don't have.. You will always be busy with your damn work" said NK angrily and went from there.

Arnav rolled off his eyes saying "Where I have stuck ??"

IN the evening:

"Buaji. Shall we go to mandir ??"asked Khushi.

"Ok. Let's go" said Buaji.

"I will inform Arnavji to come and pickup me there" said Khushi.

"Ok. I will bring pooja thaal" said Buaji and went inside.

Khushi called Arnav, he lifted to the second ring.

"Arnavji"called Khushi..

"Are you ok ??"asked Arnav fearing about her burst.

"hmm. Are you leaving for home ???"asked Khushi.

"Yes. In an half an hour"said Arnav.

"Me and Buaji are leaving for mandir.. Will you please come and pick up me from there ?" asked Khushi.

"Ok Khushi"said Arnav.

"Arnavji"called Khushi.

"Hmm Khushi. I am listening" said Arnav.

"I Love you"said Khushi and cut the call.

Arnav smiled to himself muttering "Pagal"

"Shall we leave ?"asked Buaji patting Blushing Khushi's shoulder.

"ji"said Khushi and both of them left for mandir.
