Part 46

Next morning:

Khushi woke up from her sleep. She tried to get up but couldn't. she looked down and saw Arnav hugging her by waist. His head is burying in the crook of her neck. She smiled to herself. She looked at Arnav who is sleeping peacefully like a baby. She caressed his hair.

She slowly removed his hand and went into washroom.

After she went, Arnav opened his eyes and smiled to himself. He woke up with the jerk when Khushi tried to wake up but remained to be sleep. He enjoyed Khushi caressing his hair.

Khushi went downstairs after getting ready. Arnav got up to go for jogging.

When he came down he saw Khushi arranging everything in the pooja mandir and talking to her devimayya.

"Devimayya. You know today there is a presentation of me in office. I am feeling very nervous. You know naa I will feel always nervous in giving presentation even in college days too. But today Arnavji will be there. So my nervous is some what less. But don't know the clients like my designs or not "blabbering Khushi to devimayya which is heard by Arnav. He chuckled hearing her prayer. She is fearing like a child who is going to give her exam for the first time.

"Khushi!!"called Arnav.

Khushi turned and looked at Arnav.

"Arnavji. Good morning. I din't see you"asked Khushi.

"Yeah.You are very busy with your devimayya"said Arnav.

Khushi smiled sheepishly.

Kuhsi "Woo. I was just ..........."

"Boring her with your blabbering morning morning"said Arnav.

Khushi opened her mouth into big O and said" I am not boring her. She will never get bore of my talks"with a little anger.

"So my little kitten got angry now"said Arnav teasingly.

" I am not a kitten"said Khushi with little anger.

Then Anjali came there.

"Chote!!"

Arnav looked at her and smiled to her.

"Good morning Di"said Arnav.

"Good morning chote, Good morning Khushi"said Anjali. She observed the Khushi's face who is angry.

"What happened Khushiji ?"asked Anjali.

"Nothing Di. My kitten is angry"said Arnav.

"I am not a kitten. See naa Di how is teasing me ? Why I am saying you ? You are also in his team."said Khushi and went into kitchen stamping her foot.

"Chote!! Why do you make her angry ?"said Anjali

"Let's see Di. She can't be angry with me more time"said Arnav.

"How do you know ?"asked Anjali.

"Because she is my little kitten"said Arnav.

"Chote!! You are too much."said Anjali" But I felt nice. I am seeing my old chote whom I lost after mamma's death, always teasing and happy. Thanks to Khushiji."

Suddenly the atmosphere got serious. Arnav's smile vanished

"I am going for jogging"said Arnav and left from there. Anjali sighed seeing him but she felt a hope that Khushi will change him completely.

Arnav returned from his jogging, he saw Khushi who is in the kitchen. No one are there. So he silently went into kitchen.

While coming back from jogging, he saw a boy who is selling red roses. Arnav remembered Khushi who likes red roses. So he brought them for Khushi. He now entered the kitchen to give them.

Khushi is soo immersed in work that she failed to notice him. Arnav went and behind her, called her.

Startled by voice Khushi suddenly turned, but Arnav was soo close to her that she was going to fell down but Arnav held her by waist. Both shared an eyelock.

Khushi came out of the trance.

"Why are you here ?"asked Khushi with little anger.

"I came to give you this "said Arnav showing red roses and extended them to her.

"Red roses. I love them"said Khushi smiling taking them.

"I know"said Arnav.

"Thank you Arnavji."said Khushi and hugged him to which he reciprocated.

Then Anjali and mami entered the kitchen. Both looked at them.

Anjali cleared her throat due to which Arshi came out of their trance.

"Arnav bitwa !! What are you doing here ?"asked mami.

"Mamiji. Can't you see ? Romancing with Khushiji. "said Anjali . Arnav rolled off his eyes while Khushi blushed.

"What the.. Di. I just gave came to give flowers"said Arnav.

"HHBB. Early morning romance in Raizada house "said mamiji suppressing her laugh.

"Un believable"muttered Arnav and went away from there.

"I will keep this flowers"said Khushi and almost ran from there.

"Sharmaagayi..."said mamiji.

At the breakfast:

All the members are present at the dining table. Arnav din't meet his gaze with Anjali and mami.

"Nani.You know what happened morning in the kitchen ?"asked Anjali.

"What happened beta ?"asked Nani.

"HHBB. What to say sasumaa. Early morning romance in Raizada house"said mamiji giggling.

All looked at her confused. But Arshi din't dare to raise their heads. Anjali signaled at them to others. All understood to whom they are mentioning.

"Akash and Shyamji. You both have to learn from chote how to be romantic. Did you ever brought red roses for us while coming from jogging ? see today my chote brought them for his wife."said Anjali. Khushi blushed. Nani smiled hearing this. Akash was surprised while Shyam fumed in anger.

"Wow. Nannav. Teach me some techniques"said NK to which he got a famous glare of ASR.

"I am leaving for office"said Arnav and got up. He looked at Khushi. She understood and went upstairs to bring her bag.

Arnav went near the car.

"Anjali bitiya. Why did you tease chote ?"asked Nani.

"Nani. We rarely gets this opportunity. We have to utilize it"said Anjali.

Khushi came there with her things and bid good bye to everyone.she came out and both left for AR.

In the car:

Arnav is driving seriously while Khushi sitting nervously thinking about presentation.

After a pause , Khushi called Arnav breaking the silence.

"Arnavji"said Khushi.

"What!!"asked Arnav.

"Can you please stop the car at mandir ?"asked Khushi.

"Why ? Still left to bother your devimayya "asked Arnav.

Khushi looked at him with little anger and said" I want to take her blessings. Today is my first presentation in the office"

"You are behaving like a child who is going to give his exam for the first time"said Arnav.

Khushi put a puppy face and turned away.

After sometime, the car halted. Khushi looked at the mandir. She saw Arnav.

"Go" said Arnav.

"Really!!"asked Khushi.

Arnav nodded his head" Go and take blessings. But you should come within five minutes"

"Won't you come ?"asked Khushi..Arnav gave her a do you think I will come look.

"Ok ok"said Khushi and went from there with quick steps.

Khushi came back from the mandir and sat in the car. she extended laddu Prasad to Arnav.

"I can't eat. "said Arnav.

"Eat just a little bit Arnavji. It's Prasad"said Khushi.

"I won't"said Arnav. "Already you are late by three minutes" and started the car.

Khushi rolled off his eyes and muttered" Laadgovernor kahike"
