Part 27

IN OFFICE:

Khushi and Arnav are in a cabin. He is observing her often. She is looking soo dull.

"Khushi. Are you ok ?"asked Arnav.

"Ji."said Khushi and engrossed in her work. Arnav couldn't do anything.

After sometime, Khushi went to designer section to view work there. She is giving instructions to the workers when Shashi arrived there.

Khushi smiled to him.

"What happened beta ? Why are you worried for ?"asked Shashi.

"Nothing papa. I am fine"said Khushi.

"Don't forget that I am your father. I can recognize by seeing your face that something is wrong. "said shahsi.

Khushi led him to a corner and explained what Lavanya and Sheetal said to her.

"I am afraid papa. What if Arnavji won't accept me ?"said Khushi.

"Beta. You are believing those bitches words. They both are trying to trap Arnav"said shahsi.

"I know papa. I am not believing their words. But the guilt is killing me papa. How will I face him when he comes to know I am his wife. Will he really treats as nice as he is treating now. You also once said that ASR doesn't believe in love and marriage. What if he doesn't accept me ?"said Khushi.

"Beta. Don't worry. Everything will be fine. Trust your devimayya, she will make everything perfect. Besides Arnav not accepting you, we will think about it but don't forget that your father is still alive"said Shashi.

"I know papa but don't know why I feel like something bad is going to happen"said Khushi.

Their conversation is interrupted by a person who came to call Shashi as ASR is calling him.

IN RM:

Mami is dragging Anjali to Nani's room. Payal too is following her.

"Mamiji. what happened ? Why are you dragging me ?"asked Anjali but mami is nowhere to listen.

They came into Nani's room. Nani saw mami dragging Anjali.

"Manorama. Why are you dragging her ? Don't you know that she is going to become mother."said Nani angrily.

"I am sorry sasuma, but I want to say something to you people important"said Mami.s

"What is it ?"asked Nani.

Mami explained about Sheetal and Khushi's conversation which she heard yesterday.

All looked at her with disbelief.

"That is why Khushi is soo dull at breakfast table. Seems she din't sleep properly due to Sheetal's words"said Payal.

"This girl............what I have to do ? I have already warned her to be away from chote but still she tries to sticks to him."said Anjali angrily.

"Ha Anjali bitiya. Now she is trying to poison Khushi bitiya's mind. What Khushi bitiya must have felt ?"said Nani.

" I don't want her to be near my chote Nani. I am tolerating her only for Shyamji. He loves his sister a lot. He even indirectly hinted about Sheetal to be my chote's wife when we were looking for a bride but I din't hear him. I always wanted a best girl for my chote who loves and takes care of him. Luckily, I found Khushiji. Now also Sheetal tries to spoil my chote's life. I can't see it"said Anjali with little anger..

"Then what we have to do now ?"asked mami.

"I think we should say chote about Khushi bitiya. Also now his health is also more better"said Nani.

"Yes Nani. We have to say him the truth. I know he will be angry but we have to do it not before everything goes out of our hands"said Anjali.

"OK. We will talk in the evening'said Nani.

"Evening. No Nani. I need sometime to prepare by myself for Chote's anger. We will say him tomorrow. "said Anjali.

Nani nodded her head and said" Ok" then turning to Payal said" Payal bitiya tomorrow is kanyapooja. Make arrangements for it"

Payal said " I will Naniji" and everyone left from there.

IN AR:

It was evening. Arnav din't see Khushi from the morning. She din't return from morning. She was still in the designer section. Even at the lunch time too she din't came to cafeteria but ordered to bring her lunch to designer section only.

He wanted to ask her details about her husband but she is not coming. The office time is over and slowly staff are leaving one by one.

Then he saw Khushi going to store room. He too followed her. Khushi was keeping some waste cloth pieces on the top rack.

"Khushi"called Arnav.

She was startled by Arnav's sudden voice and turned to look but the stool was not in good condition so she was going to fell down but Arnav came quickly and caught but both fell down on the heap of clothes with Arnav on the top of Khushi.

Both looked up at each other and lost in each other.

Soon Arnav came out of his trance and got up from her. Both din't meet each other eyes.

"Arnavji. You here. Are you looking for something ?"asked Khushi composing herself.

"I came to see you"said Arnav, then continued" Because I have something to say you"

"Me!!"said Khushi puzzled.

"Yes. I want to know something from you "said Arnav.

"What!!!"asked Khushi. She felt something damn fishy.

"Do you love your husband ?"asked Arnav straightly.

Khushi looked at him with wide eye. This is something which she never expected Arnav will ask her.

Then they both heard NK calling for Khushi outside.

"NKji is calling"said Khushi went towards door and was going to open but Arnav quickly came there closing the door.

"Answer my question" said Arnav. Khushi looked at him frightening.

"Khushiji. Khushiji"NK was continuously calling Khushi outside.

"woo NKji is calling....."stammered Khushi.

"Don't think about others when you are with me"said Arnav with a little anger and possessiveness.

Khushi looked him surprised as well as with fear.

Then the door suddenly opened and NK was standing there.

"Khushiji. Why aren't you answering me when you are here ?"Asked NK not sensing the seriousness of situation.

They both din't say anything.

Seeing Arnav's angry face, NK asked "What happened ?"

Arnav din't say anything and left from there.

NK got confused and looked at Khushi who said" let's go NKji" and went from there.

When they reached parking area, Arnav had left from there in his car. Khushi and NK started in NK's car.

On the way to home, Khushi asked NK to stop at temple.

"NKji. You leave to home. I want to spend sometime here"said Khushi.

"No problem Khushiji. I will wait"said NK.

"No NKji. I want to be alone. You don't worry. I will come by auto'said Khushi. NK nodded his head and left from there.
