Part 23

After dinner:

Arnav was going to Khushi's room to explain her about project when he heard giggles from her room. He peeped through the door, saw Khushi and NK in her room.

NK is cracking some joke and Khushi is laughing to it.

Arnav entered the room. They both looked at him.

"Nannav. What are you doing here ?"asked NK.

"I came here to explain Khushi about the project. Get out from here"said Arnav.

"No need nannav. I have already explained everything to Khushiji. "said NK.

"Ha Arnavji. NK explained everything to me"said Khushi.

Arnav was disappointed. Here he came to explain her so that he can spend sometime with her but this NK.

"When you have explained everything why are you still here "asked Arnav controlling his anger.

"Woo. I am showing her salman khan's new movie teaser"said NK.

"What!!!!!!! Salman khan"said Arnav surprisingly.

"Ha Arnavji. I am a big fan of Salman Khan."said Khushi blushing a little

Arnav rolled off his eyes looking her blushing. He got angry too.

"Do whatever you want ?'said Arnav and went from there.

While going , he turned back and saw Khushi, NK deeply immersed in laptop laughing. Arnav fumed in jealousy.

Next morning:

At the breakfast:

Arnav came downstairs. Khushi and NK are present there.

"Di. We will leave"said Khushi.

"Where ?"asked Arnav.

"To the office"said Khushi.

"But there is lot of time Khushi"said Arnav.

"I know Arnavji. But in between I want to go mandir to take devimayya's blessings"said Arnav.

"You will go alone"asked Arnav.

"Nannav mere bhai. I am here naa. Do you think I will leave Khushiji alone? Never. I am accompanying her" said NK.

"OK" said Arnav gritting his teeth.

Khushi took blessings from Nani and mami. Then she hugged Anjali. She made her eat curd with sugar.

"All the best Khushi"said Payal and hugged her.

Arnav rolled off seeing their actions.

"Why are they making fuss over it ? Un believable"thought Arnav.

"Chote. Plz don't shout at Khushiji in office is she do any mistake."said Anjali. Arnav looked at his sister and Khushi .

"Di. Serve me breakfast" said Arnav.

Then NK and Khushi left from there.

IN AR:

Arnav entered the office along with Akash. He straightly went to cabin. He saw the flowers on his table. He is already in a very upset mood and seeing it his anger raised to peak.

"Aman"shouted Arnav.

Aman came there almost running. Behind him Lavanya, Akash and Shahi also came.

'Who kept this flowers ?'asked Arnav.

" I don't know ASR"said Aman.

"Sir. Woo I have kept them here. I thought that......"Lavanya was going to say something but Arnav stopped her by raising hand.

"Ms. Lavanya. This is my office ,my cabin. This is not your home or room to decorate as you wish. You are just an employee here. Just stay in your limits...." And was going to shout but stopped seeing the person who is behind all looking frightened.

Others looked at him surprised for stopping shouting and turned to look at the person who was the reason for ASR stopping.

They turned and saw Khushi standing with fearful eyes. She was seeing for the first time ASR shouting.

"Come Khushi"said Arnav calmly. Others looked at him surprised. It was like a dream to them. He was shouting before and in a next second he became more than normal. This is the eighth wonder.

Khushi came forward and smiled to him nervously.

"Shashiji. She is Khushi"said Arnav.

NK and Akash smiled to themselves.

NK murmured to Akash" See. ASR is introducing a daughter to her father"

Shashi just smiled to her which she reciprocated.

"Khushi. Until now your cabin hasn't been ready. "said Arnav.

"No problem Nannav. For today Khushiji will work..."said NK and was going to say

"IN my cabin"completed Arnav quickly " for today Khushi will work in my cabin"

Khushi looked at nervously while others wondered. He never likes to share his cabin with anyone but today.

"Leave for work all of you. Khushi stay here. I will explain your work"said Arnav.

All left from there.

Arnav explained Khushi her work.

"Still there is one week Khushi for this fashion show. The former designer had said that she would sent designs from hospital. You need to check them and do certain corrections if needed and you have to supervise designer section whether everything is going correct or not. "said Arnav.

"You just don't worry Arnavji. Don't stress yourself more."said Khushi.

"Ok. If you have any doubt ask me or Shashiji or NK. Now see this designs."said Arnav.

Khushi nodded her head and sat down to work on the sofa. Arnav too sat with his laappy.

After sometime, Arnav called Khushi.

"Khushi . I have a meeting. I am leaving for it. If you have any doubts you ask Shashiji or NK"said Arnav.

"When will you return ?"asked Khushi.

"In two or three hours"said Arnav

Khushi nodded her head and again immersed in work.

Arnav thought to inform Shashi and was going to enter into his cabin when he heard Lavanya's voice.

"Papa. This is not fair"said Lavanya.

"What!!!"asked Shashi.

'"Papa. That means Lavanya is Shashiji's daughter"thought Arnav.

"ASR shouted at me today and insulted me infront of whole office but you still behaving like unaffected"said Lavanya fuming in anger.

"So what!! You did wrong and he has every right as a boss "said Shashi.

"Don't you feel bad when he shouts at me "asked Lavanya.

"NO. Never. Because you deserve it. I have already warned you to change your attitude and leave your ego..... But you never heard my words...You won't even give me a respect as father. In you and your mother's eyes, I am a coward and useless person. I know why you came here. You came here because you want me to say ASR that you are my daughter....... But it won't happen. If I say him, he will definitely tolerates whatever you do because of me.. he respects me a lot. I don't want to degrade respect towards me in him by saying that you are my daughter............ I am even ashamed to say that you are my daughter."said Shashi.

" I know you won't love me. You always love your elder daughter."said Lavanya and went away from there fuming in anger.

Arnav who heard the conversation understood that Lavanya is Shashi's daughter who is a spoiled brat.

"Shashi is such a nice person but Lavanya she is. Even her own father doesn't want to introduce her to anyone. She doesn't even have a quality of Shashiji. Un believable!!"thought Arnav.

But he entered into Shashi's cabin. Seeing him, Shashi got up.

"Shashiji. I and Akash are leaving for meeting. You plz lookafter Khushi. See if she needs anything."said Arnav.

"Nannav mere bhai. Why do you fear for that ? I am here naa. I will lookafter Khushiji"said NK from the back who heard Arnav's conversation.

Arnav turned and looked at him angrily. NK smiled broadly to him.

"Don't disturb her work"said Arnav and left from there.

NK looked at Shashi and they both smiled to each other.

After sometime, Khushi entered Shashi's cabin. NK too was there. Shashi looked at her and smiled.

Khushi came near her father and hugged her.

"How are you papa ?"asked Khushi.

"I am fine beta. How are you ?'asked Shashi.

Both the father, daughter along with NK had a valuable time. They again got immersed in work.
