Part 11

Khushi went into her room and saw Arnav near the poolside with his mamma's jewellary in his hands. Khushi went near him and kept her hand on his shoulder. He looked at Khushi.

"Khushi. Mamma..........."said Arnav and couldn't say further.

"shhh. Arnavji. Plz don't cry"said Khushi.

"Why did she leave me ? I want to share everything with her but she is not there"asked Arnav

" Do you want to meet her ?"aske d Khushi. Arnav nodded his head excitedly.

"There she is"said Khushi indicating stars in the sky

"What is there Khushi ? There is only sky"said Arnav innocently.

"Arnavji. See there are stars in the sky. Our elders says that who ever leave us go near god, they will become stars I the sky. They would be seeing us from there. We can share our feeling s with them"said Khushi.

"Really"said Arnav. Khushi nodded her head.

"Then where is my mamma ?"asked Arnav. Khushi showed him a star.

"But she is looking dull"said Arnav.

"Because you are sad naa. If you be happy then she will also be happy giving soo much brightness"said Khushi.

Arnav wiped off his tears and said"Ok. I won't be sad from now"

"Ok. Then let's go for dinner"said Khushi. Arnav nodded his head and they both went downstairs.

After dinner, Arnav was in the hall with others. Khushi came into their room. NK too came there as Khushi called him.

"Khushiji. what happened ? Have you come to know anything about medicines ?"asked NK.

"Ji NKji. Today when Shyam is giving medicines to Arnavji, I observed him. He gave only one type of tablets to him. Other tablets he kept in his pocket. After he went I saw the tablets and found they were diabetes tablets"said Khushi.

"So our expectation is correct. He is not giving medicines. He is giving only diabetes medicines, so nannav is saying he had taken tablets when ever we ask him."said NK. Khushi nodded her head.

"Now what we have to do ?"asked NK.

"NKji. We have already thought to give Arnavji his original medicines with out any knowledge naa. We will follow it."said Khushi.

"The idea is good Khushiji. But what if nannav spills form his mouth that he is taking other tablets in front of family"said NK.

Khushi thought for a while and said" You don't worry about it NKji. I will take care of it"

NK nodded his head and left from there.

Next morning:

When Khushi came out of washroom after having bath, she saw Arnav already wokeup and sat on the bed with sleepy

"Good morning Khushi"said Arnav with a sleepy tone.

"Good morning Arnavji. You woke up early"said ksuhi.

"Ha Khushi. Today is mamiji's birthday. I have to wish her"said Arnav.

"Ok but why did you got up soo early."asked Khushi.

"I have to wish her first. I will go now"said Arnav.

"Arnavji. Mamiji must be sleeping. You can wish after she wake up. First you go and take bath "said Khushi.

Arnav nodded his head and went to take bath. After he came out both went downstairs. Khushi was preparing for pooja while Arnav is watching her activity with most interest.

After sometime, everyone came downstairs except mami.

"Chote. You woke up soo early"said Nani.

"Ha Nani. I want to wish mamiji first"said Arnav. Nani raised her eyebrow.

After sometime mamiji came, they performed pooja. Then Arnav went near mami and wished her first. Others didn't wished first as they all know that Arnav will feel sad if they do so.

They all went and seated in the hall. All of them gave their gifts to mami including Arnav.

Mami opened the gifts. Everyone gave different type of gifts. Finally mamiji opened Arnav's gift. It was a makeup kit.

Seeing it,mamiji started to cry.

"What happened mamiji ? Didn't you like it ?"asked Arnav.

" I love it Arnav bitwa. See you only remembered my likes and dislikes. You gave me best gift"said Mami. All of them rolled off their eyes. Arnav was on the ninth cloud. After that everyone went to temple.

In the evening:

They arranged a small function for mami only family is present. Mami cut the cake. They all enjoying the party when they heard a loud scream from kitchen.

They all rushed there and saw Anjali lying on the floor unconscious and Khushi trying to wake up her.

Akash carried Anjali to room while NK called the doctor. Doctor came checked Anjali and said she is going to be mother.

All felt very happy and congratulated Anjali and Shyam. Mami and Nani said a lot of care to be taken. All went out of the room but Anajli noticed fallen face of Arnav.

Arnav was going out when Anjali called him.

"Chote. What happened ? You are looking dull"asked Anjali.

"Di. Can I ask you onething ?"asked Arnav. Anjali nodded her head.

"Di. When your baby comes, you forget me naa. You will no longer love me."asked Arnav.

Anjali was shocked as well as surprised for Arnav's comment. Then she understood his insecurities.

Cupping Arnav's face, she said" Chote. Don't think like that. Even if I become mother of bundle of children , Always you will be my first preference. You are my first child. Your Di loves you a lot more than anyone in this world"said Anjali. Arnav looked at her happily and they both shared a cute hug.

Three months passed:

In these two months Arnav and Khushi got soo close. They both became best friends. Arnav can't stay without Khushi. He accompanies her to mandir, nearby shop, mall everywhere. Khushi too realized that she loves Arnav. Khushi is giving Arnav his tablets in his juice at morning and in his milk at night without notice of anyone. Arnav's condition is very much improving now.

Anjali is now four months pregnant. She is very happy for her chote and Khushiji's bond. Shyam and sheetal are planning to take property into their hands.

On one fine evening Khushi was not there. She went out with Payal. Arnav is is at the poolside watering plants.

Then Shyam and Sheetal entered there.

"Arnav"called Shyam.

"Jiju. You here "asked Arnav.

"I bring a chocolate for you"said Shyam showing chocolate.

Arnav took it excitedly and said" Thank you jiju"

Shyam smiled to him " Arnav. I want your sign in these papers" showing some papers.

"What papers are these ?"asked Arnav.

"Nothing. Just I want all family members sign in these papers. So thought to start with you first"said Shyam

"Will you sign for me ?"asked Shyam.

Arnav nodded his head. He took papers from Shyam to sign them.

He was going to sign but stopped and said" No jiju. I won't sign these papers"

"Why ?'asked Shyam and sheetal.

"Because Khushi said to me not to sign in any papers like this "said Arnav.

Shyam and Sheetal were shocked but composed them selves.

"Arnav. Nothing will happen if you sign this papers. Plz sign them"said Shyam.

Arnav thought for a while and said" Ok jiju. You said that you want all family members sign naa. You go and ask anyone to keep sign. If anyone keeps then I will keep sign"

Shyam gasped hearing this. How did his salesaheeb gain this much of knowledge. He is getting smart these days.

" No NO Arnav. There is no one in the house. So I asked you. "said Shyam.

"Jiju. I have an idea"said Arnav.

"What ?"asked Shyam irritatingly.

"Khushi will be coming back. After she returns then we can show it to her.. If she says Ok, then I will sign them"said Arnav.

Shyam was shocked to this.

"See. We don't need your stupid ideas or advices. Shut your mouth and sign these papers"shouted Sheetal angrily.

Now ASR entered into Arnav, " How dare you to shout at me ? Now I am not going to sign any papers. Leave from here "

"Arnav wooo..............."Shyam was going to say something.

But Arnav shouted" Get lost from here"

Shyam looked at sheetal angrily for spoiling his plan. They both went away from there dejected. NK who is seeing all this by hiding at the door smiled and felt very happy for Arnav shouting at the siblings.

NK saw Shyam and Sheetal entering Arnav's room. He felt something wrong and followed them. He stood behind the door to know why they are there. He heard their conversation asking Arnav to sign those papers. He easily understood they were property papers. He was going to stop Arnav but Arnav himself said that he won't sign those papers. He felt happy for his brother who is returning into ASR.

After Khushi returned from out, NK told about this incident. Khushi too felt happy for Arnav's behaviour.
