SelfCare/Pampering Ideas ~
✤ A nice relaxing bath complete with bubbles, music, maybe even candles. :)
✤ Movie night in comfortable loungewear with some yummy snacks.
✤ Spa night filled with face masks, nail painting, and/or any other ways to treat your body.
✤ Yoga session. Whether it be at sunrise or dusk as long as you get in a good healing stretch is all that matters.
✤ Take a walk outside. Go through a park, up a trail, or even down the sidewalk.
✤ Take a nap. As dumb as it sounds we all need one ;)
✤ Write in a journal. Express your thoughts, feelings, and experiences no matter what they may be. One thing I've started doing that I love is a bullet journal! It's like a journal but with more art/doodles. It also isn't just diary entries its more of planning and listing, but it can be whatever you want!
✤ Clean/Organize. Though most don't like this, no one can deny it doesn't feel good to have a nice and tidy room/wardrobe.
✤ Lazy day. Everyone needs a good lazy day once in a while, full of sleep, snacks, and Netflix binges ;)
✤ Take a drive. Roll all the windows down and blast your favorite songs as you sing along. Best feeling ever!
✤ Lay outside in the sun. Get some vitamin D and a nice tan as you lay outside in the warm sun
