Keep your business to yourself. Don't go involving other people in your problems, or talking shit about each other

It's sweet to post the occasional pictures of each other on social media, but don't be that couple who literally pays more attention to their phones than each other.

Take time for yourselves. Being together constantly can actually strain your relationship. Make time for work, school, friends, and general solitude if one of you genuinely needs it.

Honesty is the fucking key. If you fuck up, tell your S.O. instead of having them hear about your mistake from someone else.

 Verbally establish emotional/physical/sexual boundaries and respect them.
 Accept each other's differences, and embrace your similarities
