Tips For Getting Longer Healthier Hair ~
■ Drink Lots Of Water!!
If your body is healthy then your hair will be too.
■ Take Vitamins!
These will give your hair the nutrients it needs to grow.
■ Don't Apply Heat!
(let your hair air dry) If constantly blow-drying, curling, or straightening your hair it's burning, shortening, and leaving terrible breakage and flyaways.
■ No Tight Updos!
This being said it's ok to do to a high/tight updo once in a while. But if it's done frequently/Daily it'll stunt hair growth and start breaking the hair off.
■ No Frequent Haircuts/Dyeing
Despite popular belief, you don't need a haircut every 6-8 weeks. I get my hair cut like twice a year and that's it! Also if you are frequently getting your hair dyed and or bleached it'll start to kill your hair, making it broken, dry, and overall less healthy
■ Pure Aloe Vera Leaf Extract
This is amazing for dry dull hair. You can get it at any local organic grocery store for super cheap!
■ Moisturize!
Your hair is like your skin, it needs to stay moisturized. I put a little bit of coconut oil in the ends to keep it hydrated.
■ Don't Brush Your Hair Wet.
This weakens and brakes the hair. Brush it before you get in the shower or after it drys. :)
■ Treat Your Hair Like Silk!
Stay patient, you'll definitely see results
